A STUDY ON LAND SYSTEM INNOVATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL TOWNS IN CHINA

The economic development in China and the rising of the living standard need to speed up the urbanisa-tion.The development of small towns is an important way to Chinese urbanization.Land use plays a very important role in the development of small towns.However there are many problems in the development of small towns,esp.in land use.The paper first discusses the land problems in the development of small towns.Such as much cultivated land lies idle,under-utilization and waste of land,increasing illegal use of land,unstable contractural relationship for land use.The relationship between the development of small towns and land use is also studied.Then the guidelines for the land system innovations of small towns are put forward.Namely the sustainability of social and economic development,the bal-ance between land reservation and land utilization,the provision of service to village ,agriculture and farmer,the manage-ment of land resource and land assets,the parsimonious andlegal use of land.The basic framework of land system innova-tions of small towns is put forward finally.It include the land replacement policy for small towns and the permanent tenan-cy of farmland,the overall plan for land uses and other plans in harmony,the establishment of a flexible system of land supplies,using land with payments ,the transfer of agricultural land and refining the land law related to the construction of small towns.     

一种从经纬度网格资料获得正方形网格资料的插值方案

本文提出了一种把经纬度网格点上的气象要素值转化到正方形网格点上的多项式插值方案。对插值方案作了稳定性讨论和定量及定性分析。结果表明,这种插值方案方便可行,而且有广泛适用性。     

层序-岩相古地理图及其编制

在中国岩相古地理研究历史简要回顾基础上,以层序地层学理论为指导,就如何编制层序-岩相古地理图进行了讨论,首先是编图单元的选择,一是以层序内的体系域为成图单元,二是以相关界面为成图单元.具体方法是在对所研究的层位进行精细的层序地层分析的基础上,进行层序对比,建立等时地层格架.在上述基础上系统编制不同层序内的各体系域或有关界面沉积时的古地理图.以此方法所编制的层序-岩相古地理图具有重要的理论和现实意义,主要表现为更具有等时性、成因连续性和实用性,能更好地反映一个地区在统一地质作用场中的各种地质信息和综合效应;可以揭示出一些新的地质现象,对于覆盖区相带展布及变化具更合理的预测性.进而以中国南方二叠纪为例,在层序划分、对比的基础上,系统编制了一个完整的海平面变化旋回条件下的层序-岩相古地理图,并描述了其平面展布特点.     

Tephrochronology and tephrostratigraphy of two Pleistocene continental fossiliferous successions from central Italy

The stratigraphical context of two Middle Pleistocene fossiliferous palaeosols from Central Italy (Abruzzo and Tuscany) have been studied. Small mammals and molluscs occur in both palaeosols, which are covered by tephra layers that were analysed using an interdisciplinary approach. Application of fission‐track dating to apatites separated from the Case Picconetto tephra (Pescara, Abruzzo), yielded an age of 0.48 ± 0.04 Ma, indistinguishable from those previously determined for the Campani Quarry (Lower Valdarno, Tuscany) (0.46 ± 0.05 Ma and 0.48 ± 0.05 Ma). Geochemical and petrographic investigations indicate that these tephra originated from different volcanoes, the Alban Hills Volcanic Complex and the Vico Volcano (Latium) respectively. Small mammal and mollusc assemblages indicate different palaeoclimatic and palaeoenvironmental conditions for the Case Picconetto and Campani Quarry palaeosols. Warm and humid conditions can be inferred for the Campani Quarry site, whereas open and cold conditions can be inferred for Case Picconetto. On the basis of faunal data, fission‐track dates and attribution of tephra to specific volcanic eruptions, we suggest a correlation of these faunas with marine oxygen isotope stage 14 (Case Picconetto) and with marine oxygen isotope stage 11 (Campani Quarry), respectively. This paper analyzes the surprisingly great variation in demographic character across the states, utilizing data on fertility, mortality, age, sex, mobility, household character, abortion, race and ethnicity. A fairly simple regional pattern is revealed that is less related to levels of economic development than to long-standing historical cultural differences.

图形软件在编辑出版专题地图中的应用研究

计算机制图(CAC)和电子出版系统的普及和推广,从根本上改变了传统的地图生产工艺。本文结合制图实践,讨论了应用Coreldraw图形软件编辑出版专题地图的适应性、系统条件和工艺流程,并总结了一些制图经验和应该注意的若干问题。     

重力插值方法研究

为了根据离散观测数据构制连续空间重力变化图像，分析和讨论了３种数值插值方法，计算结果表明多面函数方法插值精度最高。由于逐步回归分析筛选核函数中心点的计算繁琐，文中提出根据分形理论和Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ取样定理来确定核函数中心点。对滇西试验场进行模拟试算，插值精度可达到４～５（１０－８ｍｓ－２）。
