由于自发地理信息数据主要来源于志愿者上传,不可避免地存在数据质量缺乏保障等问题,故限制了其广泛应用。针对自发地理信息数据质量未知、参考数据难以获取等问题,本文引入了数据可信度的概念,从区域内用户信誉度之和与数据变化趋势2个方面对自发地理信息的可信度进行评价,将定性分析结果进行量化表达。首先,利用李纳斯定理计算区域内用户的信誉度之和获取数据质量的相关信息,以志愿者上传数据中保留的点所占比重作为志愿者的信誉度,构建了基于点统计的志愿者信誉度模型。接着,从数据量变化的趋势中获取数据的质量信息,通过计算研究区域内数据量的变化程度进行数据变化趋势度量。最后,以北京等地区OpenStreetMap数据作为实验对象,验证了方法的有效性。实验结果表明,利用该方法所得出的实验结果与基于参考数据的质量评价结果总体上保持一致。  相似文献

针对境外欠发达国家(或地区)地理空间数据和志愿者不足问题,为提高有限志愿者的贡献积极性和有效性,本文提出了一种综合多要素的地理空间数据众包任务推荐方法。首先采用网格将研究区域划分为若干任务;然后引入三角核函数计算用户空间偏好,结合时间遗忘率综合计算用户的时空偏好,借鉴TF-IDF和余弦相似度计算语义偏好,并融合时空、语义偏好获取初始兴趣推荐列表;最后利用隐语义模型预测用户标注每个任务的信誉(能力),并根据用户信誉对初始推荐列表重排序。为验证本文方法有效性,以有一定数据基础的巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡为试验区,采用OpenStreetMap平台收集的用户及众包数据开展任务区推荐试验,试验数据按照8:2的比例随机划分为训练集和测试集。试验结果表明,该方法不仅能提高推荐任务接受率,还能提高用户完成任务的有效性。  相似文献

This article presents an innovative approach to establish the quality and credibility of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) such that it can be considered in Land Administration Systems (LAS) on a Fit for Purpose (FFP) basis. A participatory land information system can provide affordable and timely FFP information about land and its resources. However, the establishment of such a system involves more than just technical solutions and administrative procedures: many social, economic and political aspects must be considered. Innovative approaches like VGI can help address the lack of accurate, reliable and FFP land information for LAS, but integration of such sources relies on the quality and credibility of VGI. Verifying volunteer efforts can be difficult without reference to ground truth: a novel Trust and Reputation Modelling methodology is proposed as a suitable technique to effect such VGI data set validation. This method has been applied to successfully demonstrate that VGI can produce accurate and reliable data sets which can be used to conduct regular systematic updates of geographic information in official systems. It relies on a view that the public can police themselves in establishing proxy measures of VGI quality thus facilitating VGI to be used on a FFP basis in LAS.  相似文献

For certain critical equipment items in marine machinery systems, the optimum maintenance strategy would be a scheduled on-condition operation. This involves inspection of the equipment items in order to monitor their performance degradation and, invariably, carry out repair or replacement tasks. The main challenge with this type of maintenance approach is the determination of the appropriate interval for performing the inspection task. This paper presents a methodology which integrates multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) tools with a delay time model for the determination of optimum inspection intervals for marine machinery systems. With this approach, multiple decision criteria are modelled with the delay time concept and aggregated with MCDM tools such that different criteria can be applied simultaneously in the ranking of different inspection interval alternatives. The applicability of the proposed methodology is demonstrated using the case study of a water cooling pump of the central cooling system of a marine diesel engine.  相似文献

针对自发地理信息中存在大量恶意、虚假、低质量数据,提出了一种基于版本相似度的VGI志愿者信誉度计算模型。该模型将每个志愿者对某个地理空间目标的一次编辑结果定义为一个版本,当其他用户编辑该目标版本时,通过计算版本相似度来获得其他用户对该志愿者这个目标版本的支持度;然后通过计算其他贡献者对某志愿者所贡献的每个目标的支持度,对所有目标的支持度进行加权平均获得该志愿者的综合信誉度。其中版本相似度综合目标空间和属性相似性的主要因素进行加权计算。然后以面目标为例阐述了本文志愿者信誉度计算过程。为了验证本文信誉度计算模型的合理性,笔者采用德国柏林OpenStreetMap数据进行试验,试验表明通过本文模型计算获得的用户信誉度与其贡献的要素质量总体上正相关。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Volunteered geographic information (VGI) has entered a phase where there are both a substantial amount of crowdsourced information available and a big interest in using it by organizations. But the issue of deciding the quality of VGI without resorting to a comparison with authoritative data remains an open challenge. This article first formulates the problem of quality assessment of VGI data. Then presents a model to measure trustworthiness of information and reputation of contributors by analyzing geometric, qualitative, and semantic aspects of edits over time. An implementation of the model is running on a small data-set for a preliminary empirical validation. The results indicate that the computed trustworthiness provides a valid approximation of VGI quality.  相似文献

自发地理信息(volunteered geographic information,VGI)由大众志愿者自发标报,导致其可信度具有诸多不确定性,但目前的研究工作很少考虑用户信誉对于VGI质量的影响,因此提出基于用户信誉的VGI可信度计算模型。首先提出了VGI的用户信誉模型,模型综合考虑了用户的初始信誉和评价信誉两方面,在此基础上综合地理要素的编辑过程和贡献者的信誉等因素发展了地理对象的可信度计算模型。最后采用OpenStreetMap的真实历史数据中的线对象进行实验,实验结果表明,线要素的质量和可信度值呈正相关关系。本文从可信度的角度来评价自发地理信息,为VGI的质量评价和筛选提供了新的视角。  相似文献
