黑龙江省中尺度数值预报业务系统

黑龙江省气象台于2001年8月引进了MM5模式，并结合业务和服务的实际需要对其有关参数进行了确定，建立了黑龙江省中尺度数值预报业务系统。已经在黑龙江省气象台实时运行，并应用到短期预报的业务工作中。系统运行稳定，预报结果有一定的参考价值。     

论专业档案信息的数字化工作

以档案管理理论为指导，应用计算机技术，并结合多年的工作经验，对专业档案管理工作进行了研究，论述了档案信息数字化及专业档案信息数字化的必要性，并根据专业档案的现实使用性强、产生电子文件早、电子文件赖以生存的软件系统专用性强等特点，阐述了作者对于开展专业档案信息数字化工作的思路，指出了专业档案信息数字化需要解决的一些问题。     

Traces of the secondary Geography curriculum

Abstract: Expressions of dissatisfaction about the post‐compulsory Geography curriculum in the early 1970s were unusually concerted, leading to the creation of a National Geography Curriculum Committee. This essay reviews this history and the resulting Syllabus for Schools: Geography Forms 5–7 as a prelude to a discussion of contemporary curriculum development. The essay argues that curriculum development from 1975 and the ‘education reforms’ of the late 1980s failed to produce conditions in which satisfactory outcomes for a Geography curriculum can be assured in 2005, and that a new and concerted period of participation in curriculum discussion is required. Some goals for this process are outlined in the final section of the paper.     

耦动论下的遥感方向硕士教育与职业衔接实践

没实习单位可去、无企业导师指导、没实际东西可学是导致遥感领域硕士研究生就业难的主要原因,而不同的教育理念会对学生培养有不同程度的影响。文中将耦动理论运用到实践中,在校企合作、双导师制和前沿科技讲座互动式教学3个方面进行改革创新,注重理论与实践的互动、专硕教育与职业的衔接,为培养遥感领域研究生实践能力、工作能力提供参照。     

非常规油气地质岩心钻探专业术语的商榷

针对石油钻井工程与矿产地质钻探工程中使用的部分专业术语在理解和应用上存在的差异进行梳理,为了方便各项技术工作的融合、沟通交流和资料的收集与验收,希望相关专业术语在定义和使用上进一步规范和统一,以便于对今后非常规油气地质岩心钻探工作的开展能有所帮助。     

GIS professional development for teachers: lessons learned from high-needs schools

University faculty partners from the Departments of Geography and Instruction and Teacher Education at a large, public university collaborated with K-12 teachers and the leadership of a rural school district in order to investigate the crosscutting content of science, mathematics, and geography through the integration of web-based GIS technologies. The project explored the critical connections among technology, pedagogy, and content with a particular emphasis on developing technology-enhanced, inquiry-based lessons in which the teachers and their students used GIS technologies to analyze, visualize, and present data in real-world contexts. The findings highlight the importance of well-structured professional development that builds community, integrates diverse content and pedagogical expertise, provides feedback and coaching, and is of sufficient duration to effect change.     

能力培养为导向的实践课程改革与设计

大学实践课程是培养学生创新、创业实践能力的重要环节,本文在新工科实验课程建设中,提出了以能力培养为导向的实践课程设计思路,旨在培养适应当今新技术、新产业、新模式快速变革时代的创新性工程科技人才。本文将传统的验证性实践课程调整为“目标设定、方案规划及实施”的设计型实验课程,强调学生在实践中的主体地位,遵循实践能力培养的规律,引导学生在实践中重参与、重思考、重实施、重过程。同时,将行业的最新发展、最新变革反映在实践教学课程中,增加了新型传感器及混合云人机协作数据处理平台,确保学生获取的知识和技术与快速发展的行业水平相接轨。本文以摄影测量实习课程改革为例,实践证明,课程的实施对于培养学生综合分析设计、创造性解决专业问题的能力取得了较好的效果。     

对苏联固体镭源的检定

本文采用电离法(平板电离室装置)对英产镭源和苏联产镭源进行了研究,找出了两种不同当量壳镭源之间的相关关系,解决了按照国际镭源标准对苏联产镭源含量的检定方法。     

GPS技术在三峡库区地质灾害专业监测中的应用

分析了GPS监测在三峡库区地质灾害专业监测中的作用,设计并构建了三峡库区三级GPS监测网,满足了国家对库区地质灾害体监测预警的要求。     

International Association of Geoanalysts' Protocol for the Certification of Geological and Environmental Reference Materials: A Supplement

The International Association of Geoanalysts (IAG) published a protocol for the certification of reference materials in close accord with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) guidelines (Kane et al. 2003). This article supplements that protocol, providing additional discussion of best approaches for pre-selecting laboratories for participation in certification projects. This discussion also makes a distinction between inter-laboratory certifications, where n = 15 is the general standard, and expert laboratory certifications, where a much smaller number of laboratories will be deemed qualified to provide data of the quality needed for certification.
