基于网络的机器人跨平台远程实时控制

提出了一种基于网络的多层次结构的跨平台远程实时控制框架，它由智能与人机交互层、运动规划层、运动控制层和伺服控制层构成，并基于该框架完成了一套单机器人远程实时控制系统，进行了远程视觉控制试验。试验表明，该控制系统运行稳定，实时性强。     

高速铁路桥墩偏移整治工程线上监测及结果分析

高速铁路建成运营后,受外部因素的影响,如在桥墩一侧施工、堆载等,会造成桥墩发生偏移,影响线路的平顺性,严重威胁高速铁路行车安全,需对其进行纠偏整治。本文以某城际高铁K19段高架桥桥墩的偏移整治工程为例,在整治期间,对线上监测点和轨道线形监测,根据监测结果指导施工,直至达到纠偏目标。监测结果表明了监测方案的有效性、正确性,能够对施工起到较好的指导作用,且能够为纠偏是否达到目标提供可靠的判断依据。可为类似高速铁路的纠偏整治及线上监测提供良好的参考。     

一种开源软件集成的空间矢量数据在线采集方法

空间数据是GIS应用的基础,经济高效地从网络获取空间数据具有重要意义。文章主要研究了网络地图环境下利用Web GIS技术和开源软件实现空间矢量数据在线采集和数据库存储的方法和技术。并且使用Google Map API、Ajax技术和Apache、My SQL开源软件开发一个基于Web平台的原型系统,实现了基于网络地图的矢量数据的在线获取、数据库存储、在线显示和数据库访问服务接口等功能,为获取空间数据提供了一种新方法。

Fostering Environmental Sensitivity by Observing Everyday Environments

This study examined the effects of observing and reflecting on everyday environments in the development of environmental sensitivity, defined as a holistic capability composed of predisposition, knowledge, and behavior subdimensions. We encouraged participants to use diverse sources, such as texts, photographs, and animation, to record their observations and thinking. As a result, the activity in this study was beneficial in enhancing students’ environmental sensitivity. Students’ mean scores on the environmental sensitivity questionnaire improved, and their reflective journals reported increased interest in everyday environments, enhanced knowledge about diverse environmental elements, and strengthened will to act pro-environmentally. The usefulness of the geospatial platform was also reported.     

江河入海流量在线监测不确定度评估方法研究与应用

鉴于国内目前缺少流量在线监测不确定性评估方面的研究,针对江河入海流量在线监测过程中可能产生的各种不确定性,本文采用不确定度概念对不确定性进行评估,给出了不确定度的主要来源、各来源不确定度的评估方法,以及江河入海流量在线监测总不确定度评估模型,并应用该模型对辽河入海流量在线监测的不确定度进行了评估。     

地图审核在线审批系统分析与设计

随着互联网技术的发展和“互联网＋”业态的兴起,电子政务成为推进审批服务便民化的重要内容。地图审核作为一项行政许可,主要分为申请和受理、技术审查、审批和送达及样本备案4个业务环节。根据上述业务步骤,本文对地图审核在线审批系统的设计进行了分析,完成了系统的构建与应用,为同类型其他系统的构建提供了参考。     

基于3S技术的土地动态监管系统研究

研究目的:针对目前县级国土资源土地利用动态监管的现状和要求,探讨了采用信息化手段如移动执法和在线分析等工具辅助土地执法监察管理,建立土地动态监管新模式.研究方法:采用全B/S架构,ArcGIS Server Standard 9.3 GIS平台和ArcPad 7.1嵌入式GIS平台,建立土地动态监管系统.研究结论:利用3S技术建立的土地动态监管系统可以满足土地监管工作信息化需求,操作简单便捷,适合基层土地管理人员使用,同时有助于提高工作效率,降低调查成本,规范土地执法监察行为.     

On-the-fly server-based aerial imagery management system

Aerial images are valuable products when dealing with both geospatial and geotemporal analysis. Nowadays, they are widely used for many different purposes and by an extensive public, including private companies, official administrations and individual users. Although in the past few years there has been an increasing interest in showing all kinds of geographical information on the World Wide Web, access to aerial imagery and its dissemination are still difficult and lack flexibility. This paper introduces an aerial imagery management system based on client–server principles, operated so as to allow users quick and efficient queries, processing and management of huge sets of photogrammetric imagery stored on raster servers. It is a novel product that is ready to provide image-based cartographic data available in public and private digital warehouses, facilitating all the required visualisations and queries, as well as geometric and radiometric processing on the fly. This paper shows the design, system architecture and various functionalities of the system in a real-life scenario.
