三维激光扫描技术由于可快速获取高精度、高密度点云数据,可将拟验收建筑及周边情况几乎完全无差地复制到电脑中,是规划验收测量特别是复杂建筑规划验收测量的理想方法,但是其数据处理一直是影响甚至制约其应用的瓶颈。本文简述了规划验收测量要点,以及三维激光扫描点云数据初步处理流程,并针对制作规划验收测量各类图件的不同需求,提出了分别通过直接取线、切片、投影等方法制作成果图件的工作思路及各方法的特点。但是还需研究和解决海量点云的数据处理,以及根据验收测量特点获得测量成果图件的问题。  相似文献

Opencast mining alters surface and subsurface hydrology of a landscape both during and post‐mining. At mine closure, following opencast mining in mines with low overburden to coal ratios, a void is left in the final landform. This final void is the location of the active mine pit at closure. Voids are generally not infilled within the mines' lifetime, because of the prohibitive cost of earthwork operations, and they become post‐mining water bodies or pit lakes. Water quality is a significant issue for pit lakes. Groundwater within coal seams and associated rocks can be saline, depending on the nature of the strata and groundwater circulation patterns. This groundwater may be preferentially drawn to and collected in the final void. Surface runoff to the void will not only collect salts from rainfall and atmospheric fallout, but also from the ground surface and the weathering of fresh rock. As the void water level rises, its evaporative surface area increases, concentrating salts that are held in solution. This paper presents a study of the long term, water quality trends in a post‐mining final void in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. This process is complex and occurs long term, and modelling offers the only method of evaluating water quality. Using available geochemical, climate and hydrogeological data as inputs into a mass‐balance model, water quality in the final void was found to increase rapidly in salinity through time (2452 to 8909 mg l−1 over 500 years) as evaporation concentrates the salt in the void and regional groundwater containing high loads of salt continues to flow into the void. 城市地下综合管线数据库是管线信息系统的重要组成部分,及时、准确、权威的综合管线数据成果是管线信息系统能够有效应用、确保城市运行安全的前提和基础.本文以芜湖市城市建设地下管线管理探索为例,参考美国811管线管理与服务模式,结合城市地下管线探测与管理相关法律法规和标准规范,从机制体制和信息技术角度阐述如何利用新建(改建、扩建)工程电子报批竣工验收归档的管线相关数据成果.通过管线数据质量检查、数据融合处理与建库、二三维一体化建模,达到及时同步更新综合管线数据库、对历史数据进行有效管理、支持管线成果服务应用、提高行业管理水平、保障城市运行安全的目的,为各类基础和综合管线系统更好地发挥其应用价值提供良好的数据服务支撑.  相似文献

Research on place attachments and identities has made an important contribution to understanding social acceptance of low carbon infrastructure, which are often objected to by local communities. However, a focus on local attachments predominates in studies to date, neglecting the potential role of national and global attachments and identities on energy beliefs and attitudes, despite the fact that large energy infrastructures are not only local in significance or function. To investigate this, survey data was collected from a representative sample of UK adults (N = 1519), capturing place attachments at local, national and global levels, climate change concern, beliefs about power lines and support for energy system change. Findings show significant differences in infrastructure beliefs and attitudes depending upon relative strength of attachments at different levels, controlling for personal characteristics. Analyses of variance revealed that individuals with stronger national than local or global attachments were less likely to support European grid integration; those with relatively stronger global attachment were most likely to support decentralised energy and those with relatively stronger local attachment were most likely to protest against a nearby power line. In addition, those with strong attachments at local, national and global levels were most willing to reduce energy demand, and those with weak attachments were least likely to trust grid companies. Relatively stronger global than national attachment was positively associated with support for decentralised energy, with this effect partially mediated by climate change concern. Explanations for the findings and implications for future research are discussed.  相似文献
