Modest Maps的Flash网络地图发布与应用

本文分析了Adobe Flash技术在网络地图发布前端技术上的优势和应用现状,选择开源Flash地图组件Modest Maps作为开发工具,在其上添加了一些组件模块,以"5.12地震信息显示"为示例,实现了基于Modest Maps的Falsh网络地图发布和简单的空间分析.     

2007 August 15 magnitude 7.9 earthquake near the coast of Central Peru: analysis and field mission report

A field reconnaissance mission was led to the areas affected by the disaster caused by the Magnitude 7.9 earthquake event of 15/08/2007 near the city of Pisco in Peru. The main objectives of the mission were to collect data and make observations leading to improvements in design methods and techniques for strengthening and retrofit, and to assist the phase of reconstruction. The mission focused on the behaviour of non-engineered structures, in particular those of adobe constructions. The findings of the mission confirmed that most of the damage was observed on adobe houses constructed with traditional non anti-seismic techniques which either collapsed or nearly collapsed, causing 519 deaths, 1,366 injuries and more than 58,000 houses destroyed. The mission also confirmed that buildings constructed according to modern earthquake resistant design standards performed with no evident damage. All the parties contacted during the mission, especially the EC Delegation, showed particular interest in the results of the present mission report, which will be taken into consideration when planning the reconstruction phase, especially of the most distant rural areas, where close collaboration between the Governmental Institutions, International Organizations, Universities and NGO’s, will be needed to assist the population for the adoption of earthquake resistant designs in the reconstruction of the destroyed houses.     

基于PDF规范的地理信息系统架构设计

通过分析EsRImcGIs输出的地理参考PDF文档格式,明确了如何将地理坐标和特征属性融合到平面PDF格式中,提出了基于PDF规范的地理信息系统实现框架,并分析了框架中涉及主要算法及关键点。最后,借助于AdobeAcrobatAPI接口实现部份关键算法,以期PDF规范的应用进一步推动地理信息系统理论及应用的社会化和普及化。

利用Adobe Illustrator CS2制作1∶50000影像地形图的生产工艺

制作影像地形图是一种地图新产品的有益尝试。在矢量线划地形图上叠加影像,影像丰富的纹理和色彩信息增强了地形图在地形地貌方面信息的表达,同时在影像上叠加一定的矢量要素,又弥补了单纯影像不能定量和指示性欠缺的不足。在生产实践中,该产品的作业方法同传统地形图制作有区别又有联系。针对这一新产品,本文提供了一种利用Adobe Illustrator CS2制作1∶50 000影像地形图的生产工艺。     

Site effect and damage distribution in Pujili (Ecuador) after the 28 March 1996 earthquake

The 28 March 1996 earthquake (Mw=5.7) produced extensive damage in Pujili, a small town located in the central part of the Inter-Andean valley of Ecuador. Variations in the damage rate of adobe constructions throughout the city let us suppose a ground motion amplification related to site effects. A site effect study using the H/V spectral ratio confirmed the good agreement with geological formations and showed that a second peak in some soil response appears at sites that are located over a zone of alluvial deposits, in the most damaged area of the city. This second peak is in the frequency range 5–7 Hz, close to the natural response of adobe building frequency. Thus, the second peak seems to increase the damage rate of adobe buildings and may be related to superficial alluvial deposits of a river, acting independently of the rest of the soil column.     

甘肃省土坯房空间分布特征与多因素分类方法研究

通过对甘肃省土坯房的不同地区现场调查,获取了大量的基础数据资料,经过分类整理和分析研究,取得了以下主要结果:(1)按照承重方式的不同,土坯房可分为墙体承重、砖柱(木柱)承重和混合承重3个类型,并给出了其在甘肃省的空间分布特征;(2)讨论了对土坯房震害影响最大的地震动特性、场地条件、结构类型等几个因素;(3)结合2003年甘肃省民乐-山丹6.1级地震、岷县-临潭-卓尼5.2级地震以及2008年汶川8.0级地震中土坯房的震害表现,在土坯房分类基本原则的基础上,提出了甘肃省土坯房多因素分类方法,并给出了针对现有土坯房的评定准则,通过准则能够获知目前甘肃省土坯房现状及其防御地震能力的综合评价信息。     

Flex框架下网络视频GIS设计与实现

视频GIS支持地理视频数据的管理、发布和交互操作,应用于线形设施管理、地理教育等领域。本文尝试在Flex框架下开发网络视频GIS。基本思路是:使用Adobe FMS发布FLV格式的视频数据,使用ArcGIS Server9.3发布地理空间数据和视频轨迹,通过HTTP协议来获取XML格式的地理视频语义描述,运用网络多媒体开发工具Adobe Flex整合视频、地图和语义描述数据,进而实现地理视频数据的分发、管理、查询检索、跟踪播放和交互索引等功能,并以具有良好用户体验的Flash发布给用户。软件开发实验表明本技术方案是可行的。
