萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)COI基因序列变异及种群遗传结构分析 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
利用线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(cytochrome oxidaseⅠ,COI)基因序列对北京地区和江汉湖群部分湖泊萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)种群遗传结构进行了初步分析。以特异引物进行PCR扩增,获得了661bp的基因片断序列,所得序列与Genbank中B.calyciflorus COI序列的同源性为82%—93%。在6个种群中,共获得了15种单元型。序列分析结果表明,不同季节单元型之间的遗传距离较大(0.248-0.263),而在同一季节单元型之间遗传距离较小(0.002-0.031)。种群遗传结构分析表明,各种群之间无共享的单元型,同一季节不同湖泊种群之间存在着一定程度的遗传分化,但未按照地理位置形成明显的地理格局。按采样时间分组进行AMOVA分析,组间差异高达94.09%;DH-I与其他种群之间存在着明显的遗传分化。同一湖泊不同季节样品之间,遗传变异较大,这表明在同一湖泊存在着不同基因型的轮虫休眠卵,当环境条件发生了变化后,不同基因型之间会发生更迭。 相似文献

Two apparently distinct, sub-parallel, paleo-subduction zonescan be recognized along the northern margin of the Tibetan Plateau:the North Qilian Suture Zone (oceanic-type) with ophioliticmélanges and high-pressure eclogites and blueschistsin the north, and the North Qaidam Belt (continental-type) inthe south, an ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) metamorphic terrane comprisingpelitic and granitic gneisses, eclogites and garnet peridotites.Eclogites from both belts have protoliths broadly similar tomid-ocean ridge basalts (MORB) or oceanic island basalts (OIB)in composition with overlapping metamorphic ages (480440Ma, with weighted mean ages of 464 ± 6 Ma for North Qilianand 457 ± 7 Ma for North Qaidam), determined by zirconUPb sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe dating.Coesite-bearing zircon grains in pelitic gneisses from the NorthQaidam UHP Belt yield a peak metamorphic age of 423 ±6 Ma, 40 Myr younger than the age of eclogite formation, anda retrograde age of 403 ± 9 Ma. These data, combinedwith regional relationships, allow us to infer that these twoparallel belts may represent an evolutionary sequence from oceanicsubduction to continental collision, and continental underthrusting,to final exhumation. The QilianQaidam Craton was probablya fragment of the Rodinia supercontinent with a passive marginand extended oceanic lithosphere in the north, which was subductedbeneath the North China Craton to depths >100 km at c. 423Ma and exhumed at c. 403 Ma (zircon rim ages in pelitic gneiss). According to archaeological data from about sixty samples the relative stability of physical and human geographical environment in the tropical zone of China is discussed in this paper. Because of the superior natural environment, sufficient food resources and a sparse population resulting in the absence of social requirement to transform the productive forces, the advancement of economy and society was stagnated during prehistorical period in China's tropics. Compared with northern China, the appearance of ground stone tool stagnated about 3,000 years, the beginning of Bronze Age, about 1,000 years, and the agriculture, 2,500-3,000 years. The no ceramics age continued till the early Neolithic Age and the appearance of colour or white ceramics was 2,000 years later than that in northern China. The life form of migration to gather and to hunt continued till the middle Neolithic Age, and the fixed settlement based on agriculture 1,000-2,000 years stagnated. The clan commune just appeared at the end of the Neolithic Age which was 2,000-3,000 years later than that in northern China. 相似文献

基于青藏铁路北麓河试验段管道通风路基在2个冻融循环周期内的地温监测资料,分析了路基温度的发展、温度场分布特征及多年冻土的热流量变化.结果表明:通风管埋设于路堤中部的路基温度变化和发展情况与一般路基类似,路基在施工后的2个冻融周期内仍处于整体升温的过程;通风管埋设于路堤下部的路基,虽然前2个冻融循环周期内土体温度与原始状态相比同样有所升高,但开始出现逐渐降低的趋势,同时地温场的分布在横向上的对称性也比较好,在热交换方面,一般填土路基和通风管位于路堤中部的路基在施工后的前2个冻融循环周期内一直处于吸热过程,而通风管位于路堤下部的路基在经历了第1个周期的持续吸热过程后,在第2个冻融循环周期内已经开始放热。 相似文献

基于北京及其周边14个国家基本气象站1971—2000年气象资料的相关分析,指出风速、相对湿度是影响沙尘天气的关键气象因子,用这两个气象因子构建了月沙尘气象指数。月沙尘气象指数与沙尘天气频率具有较一致的周期性,沙尘天气日的沙尘气象指数是非沙尘日指数的倍数关系。另外,根据月沙尘气象指数在不同月份的分布特征,给出了相应的季节性气象指数计算方法,对14个站计算的结果显示,季节性气象指数与沙尘天气频率有很好的线性关系,这种线性关系具有明显的区域特征。 相似文献

The perfectly matched layer(PML) boundary condition has been proven to be effective for attenuating reflections from model boundaries during wavefield simulation. As such, it has been widely used in time-domain finite-difference wavefield simulations. The conventional PML has poor performance for near grazing incident waves and low-frequency reflections. To overcome these limitations, a more complex frequency-shifted stretch(CSF) function is introduced, which is known as the CFSPML boundary condition and can be implemented in the time domain by a recursive convolution technique(CPML). When implementing the PML technique to second-order wave equations, all the existing methods involve adding auxiliary terms and rewriting the wave equations into new second-order partial differential equations that can be simulated by the finite-difference scheme, which may affect the efficiency of numerical simulation. In this paper, we propose a relatively simple and efficient approach to implement CPML for the second-order equation system, which solves the original wave equations numerically in the stretched coordinate. The spatial derivatives in the stretched coordinate are computed by adding a correction term to the regular derivatives. Once the first-order spatial derivatives are computed, we computed the second-order spatial derivatives in a similar way; therefore, we refer to the method as two-step CPML(TS-CPML). We apply the method to the second-order acoustic wave equation and a coupled second-order pseudo-acoustic TTI wave equation. Our simulations indicate that amplitudes of reflected waves are only about half of those computed with the traditional CPML method, suggesting that the proposed approach has computational advantages and therefore can be widely used for forwarding modeling and seismic imaging. 相似文献
