为揭示赤点石斑鱼精子的超微结构及环境因子对其精子活力的影响,利用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察赤点石斑鱼精子的超微结构,设置不同梯度的温度、盐度、pH值及不同浓度的NaCl、KCl、CaCl2、MgCl2、EDTANa2溶液,探究这些因子对赤点石斑鱼精子活力的影响。结果表明:赤点石斑鱼成熟精子的结构特点是细胞核圆形或卵圆形,核内染色质致密,没有核泡(核空隙)。精子尾部细长,横切面为典型的"9+2"微管结构。温度、盐度、pH值等环境因子对精子活力的影响表明,精子活力的适宜温度范围为23~31℃,27.5℃时精子寿命最长为37min;适宜的盐度范围为15~35,盐度15时精子寿命最长为50min;适宜的pH范围为7~9,pH为9时精子的运动时间最长为33min。赤点石斑鱼精子在EDTANa2溶液中呈抑制状态,在400~700 mmol/L的NaCl溶液、400~600mmol/L的KCl溶液和500 mmol/L的CaCl2溶液中精子均具有较好的活动能力。在MgCl2溶液中赤点石斑鱼精子的活动能力不佳。赤点石斑鱼精子的最适温度范围与繁殖季节的最适水温范围符合,适宜盐度范围较广,对pH值的变化适应性较强。赤点石斑鱼精子在NaCl、KCl、CaCl2溶液中活力较佳,在MgCl2溶液和EDTANa2溶液中呈抑制状态。  相似文献

The different types of deep-buried dissolution process in the Member 5 of Ordovician Majiagou Formation in the southern Ordos Basin and its influence on the reservoir properties are studied in this paper. It shows that three types of mechanisms include organic acid fluid, hydrothermal fluid and TSR are identified through studies of core observation, thin section analysis, inclusion temperature, trace elements and rare earth elements. It is found that the dissolution of organic acid fluid causes the stratified dissolution pores, film-like asphaltene and ring-like asphaltene, while hydrothermal fluid causes the non-selective dissolution pores without petrofabric, veins of pyrites, massive pyrites and the association of hypothermal minerals. Four occurrence models of dissolution include, (1) the deep-buried dissolution of low-temperature hydrothermal fluid occurs in Zhiluo Period of Middle Jurassic; (2) the deep-buried dissolution of organic acid fluid started from the late Middle Jurassic followed by the first hydrocarbon injection; (3) the deep-buried dissolution of middle-high temperature hydrothermal fluid occurred in the Dongsheng Period of Early Cretaceous; (4) TSR occurred at the end of Early Cretaceous with the second larger hydrocarbon injection. Both organic acid fluid and hydrothermal fluid can improve the porosity and permeability of reservoir, but the hydrothermal fluid is more effective than that of organic acid fluid.  相似文献

为揭示"鱼-藻"和"鱼-虾-藻"混养对异枝江蓠(Gracilaria bailinae)生长性能、表面附生细菌群落和抗生素抗性基因(antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)的影响,阐明异枝江蓠表面附生细菌群落与生长性能、ARGs之间的关系,利用16S rDNA高通量测序技术和Real-time qPCR技术分析了异枝江蓠表面附生细菌群落和ARGs的组成与差异,冗余分析(RDA)探讨细菌群落与生长性能、ARGs之间的关联。结果表明:(1)"鱼-虾-藻"混养会促进异枝江蓠的生长性能,增加表面附生细菌群落的多样性。(2)异枝江蓠表面附生细菌群落主要属于变形菌门、蓝藻门、浮霉菌门和拟杆菌门,不同混养方式中优势菌属组成不同,"鱼-虾-藻"混养优势菌属多样性较高。(3)"鱼-虾-藻"混养的异枝江蓠ARGs/MGEs的相对丰度大多高于"鱼-藻"混养。(4)RDA分析表明,生长性能主要与Ralstonia、Blastopirellula等显著相关,ARGs/MGEs主要与Nitrosomonas、Alteromonas、Pleurocapsa;CC-7319等显著相关。"鱼-虾-藻"混养能够增强异枝江蓠的生长性能,提高异枝江蓠表面附生细菌群落的多样性。但"鱼-虾-藻"混养能够增加异枝江蓠ARGs/MGEs的相对丰度,存在一定的生态风险。因此,在注重经济效益的同时也要关注可能存在的对人类健康的危害。研究结果将有助于海水养殖环境的优化,为大型海藻在海水养殖业中的应用与推广提供理论基础。  相似文献

为了解鄂尔多斯盆地南部奥陶系马家沟组五段白云岩储集层不同类型埋藏溶蚀作用的作用过程及其对物性的影响,依据岩心和镜下观察,结合包裹体温度、微量元素和稀土元素数据分析,将马五段埋藏溶蚀作用分为有机酸流体埋藏溶蚀作用、热液埋藏溶蚀作用和TSR作用,其中有机酸流体溶蚀作用会导致层状溶孔、沥青薄膜和圆环的形成,而热液溶蚀作用会导致无组构无选择性溶孔、块状和脉状黄铁矿充填、热液矿物(组合)充填的出现。研究区马五段埋藏溶蚀作用发生模式为: (1)中侏罗世直罗期,低温热液埋藏溶蚀作用发生;(2)中侏罗世末期,伴随第1次烃类充注,有机酸流体埋藏溶蚀作用开始;(3)早白垩世东胜期,中—高温热液埋藏溶蚀作用发生;(4)早白垩世末期,伴随着第2次更大规模的烃类注入,TSR作用发生。对比发现,有机酸和热液溶蚀作用均对储集层有建设性作用,但热液比有机酸流体可以更有效地提高储集层物性。  相似文献

In this paper we consider the statistics of the aftershock sequence of the m = 7.65 20 September 1999 Chi–Chi, Taiwan earthquake. We first consider the frequency-magnitude statistics. We find good agreement with Gutenberg–Richter scaling but find that the aftershock level is anomalously high. This level is quantified using the difference in magnitude between the main shock and the largest inferred aftershock $ {{\Updelta}}m^{ *}. $ Typically, $ {{\Updelta}}m^{ *} $ is in the range 0.8–1.5, but for the Chi–Chi earthquake the value is $ {{\Updelta}}m^{ *} $  = 0.03. We suggest that this may be due to an aseismic slow-earthquake component of rupture. We next consider the decay rate of aftershock activity following the earthquake. The rates are well approximated by the modified Omori’s law. We show that the distribution of interoccurrence times between aftershocks follow a nonhomogeneous Poisson process. We introduce the concept of Omori times to study the merging of the aftershock activity with the background seismicity. The Omori time is defined to be the mean interoccurrence time over a fixed number of aftershocks.  相似文献

Accurate prediction of the water level in a reservoir is crucial to optimizing the management of water resources. A neuro-fuzzy hybrid approach was used to construct a water level forecasting system during flood periods. In particular, we used the adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to build a prediction model for reservoir management. To illustrate the applicability and capability of the ANFIS, the Shihmen reservoir, Taiwan, was used as a case study. A large number (132) of typhoon and heavy rainfall events with 8640 hourly data sets collected in past 31 years were used. To investigate whether this neuro-fuzzy model can be cleverer (accurate) if human knowledge, i.e. current reservoir operation outflow, is provided, we developed two ANFIS models: one with human decision as input, another without. The results demonstrate that the ANFIS can be applied successfully and provide high accuracy and reliability for reservoir water level forecasting in the next three hours. Furthermore, the model with human decision as input variable has consistently superior performance with regard to all used indexes than the model without this input.  相似文献

We propose a new variant of the sandpile model, the long-range connective sandpile model, by means of introducing randomly internal connections between two separated distant cells. The long-range connective sandpile model demonstrates various self-organized critical states with different scaling exponents in the power-law frequency-size distributions. We found that a sandpile with higher degree of randomly internal long-range connections is characterized by a higher value of the scaling exponent for the distribution, whereas the nearest neighbor sandpile is possessed of a lower scaling exponent. Our numerical experiments on the long-range connective sandpile models imply that higher degree of random long-range connections makes the earthquake fault system more relaxant that releases accumulated energy more easily and produces fewer catastrophic events, whereas lower degree of long-range connections possibly caused by fracture healing very likely motivates accelerating seismicity of moderate events.  相似文献

Two deep channels that cut through the Luzon Strait facilitate deep (>2000 m) water exchange between the western Pacific Ocean and the South China Sea. Our observations rule out the northern channel as a major exchange conduit. Rather, the southern channel funnels deep water from the western Pacific to the South China Sea at the rate of 1.06 ± 0.44 Sv (1 Sv = 106 m3s−1). The residence time estimated from the observed inflow from the southern channel, about 30 to 71 years, is comparable to previous estimates. The observation-based estimate of upwelling velocity at 2000 m depth is (1.10 ± 0.33) × 10−6 ms−1, which is of the same order as Ekman pumping plus upwelling induced by the geostrophic current. Historical hydrographic observations suggest that the deep inflow is primarily a mixture of the Circumpolar Deep Water and Pacific Subarctic Intermediate Water. The cold inflow through the southern channel offsets about 40% of the net surface heat gain over the South China Sea. Balancing vertical advection with vertical diffusion, the estimated mean vertical eddy diffusivity of heat is about 1.21 × 10−3 m2s−1. The cold water inflow from the southern channel maintains the shallow thermocline, which in turn could breed internal wave activities in the South China Sea.  相似文献

Detritivorous fish generally refers to fish that primarily ingest unidentified organic detritus. We analyzed stomach contents in combination with stable isotopes to trace and compare the food sources of the large-scale mullet Liza macrolepis and other detritivorous fish species in subtropical mangrove creeks and a tropical lagoon in Taiwan. The volume of organic detritus always contributed >50% of the stomach content of L. macrolepis in the two habitats. However, consumed items were distinct between the two habitats and corresponded to the types in which they reside. The consumed items in the lagoon were more diverse than those observed in the mangroves. In the mangroves, the diet composition of L. macrolepis was primarily determined by season, not by body size. In the lagoon, there were no clear seasonal or size-dependent grouping patterns for the diet composition. There were significant seasonal and spatial variations in δ13C and δ15N values of potential food sources and L. macrolepis. However, neither δ13C nor δ15N values of L. macrolepis were correlated with fish body size. Joint analyses of stomach contents and stable isotopes indicated that benthic microalgae on sediments were the most important assimilated food in both seasons for the dominant detritivorous fish in the mangroves, whereas a greater reliance on microalgal and macroalgal periphyton on oyster-culture pens was observed in the lagoon. Mangrove and marsh plants and phytoplankton, which are mostly locally produced within each habitat, were of minor importance in the assimilated food.  相似文献
