Modelling the April 15 spectrum of Supernova 1993 J

We present the modeling of the ultraviolet and optical spectra obtained simultaneously on 1993 April 15 with the HST and at Lick Observatory. A Monte Carlo code is employed in the modeling and a comparison is made between models reported by different groups. With an atmosphere similar to the Sun in chemical composition, the observed spectral lines are well reproduced by a power law density structure of index around 20 except the strong H and HeI λ5876 lines which have peculiar absorption profiles. The photospheric velocity is found to be 9500 km/s and the blackbody temperature of the spectrum is 7990 K. For H and HeI λ5876, we suggest a two-component density structure which has a smoother layer located immediately outside the steeply decreasing inner envelope. The power law indices are most probably 20 and 3, respectively, with the transition point at about 13 000 km/s. In addition, this outer smooth layer serves to flatten the far UV spectrum as observed.     

树木年轮重建阿勒泰西部1481-2004年6-9月降水量序列

根据采自阿勒泰西部地区5个采点的树木年轮样本, 建立了该地区的树轮年表. 通过相关普查发现, 其差值年表序列与该地区当年6-9月的降水量存在明显的负相关关系, 且具有明确的树木生理学意义. 用沙勒哈(t, t 1)两个树轮差值年表序列可较好地重建该地区1481-2004年524 a来的当年6-9月的降水量, 且经过交叉检验表明重建方程稳定可靠. 分析发现, 阿勒泰西部地区524 a来的重建降水量序列具有9个偏干阶段和9个偏湿阶段, 并且具有34.8 a、 5.0～5.1 a、 4.3～4.4 a、 3.9～4.0 a、 3.7 a和3.4 a的显著干湿变化准周期. 重建降水量序列在1518年、 1548年、 1634年、 1765年、 1856年前后发生过突变.     

AN ECOLOGICAL STUDY OF FOULING ORGANISMS IN XISHA ISLANDS

Monthly and seasonal panel experiments were carried out in the Yongxing Island from September 1979 to August 1981. Altogether 119 species of fouling organisms are collected, of which, Hydroides elegans, Serpula vermicular is, Scrupocellaria longispinosa, Amathia distant, Enteromorpha spp. and Ostrea spp. are dominant species. Fouling of organisms may occur all the year round with evident seasonal variations, Species succession in the process of community formation is very evident and the climax has arrived after two years. Great variation exists between fouling organisms in different years and at different stations.     

A Preliminary Study of Quantitative Distribution of Benthic Animals in the East China Sea Continental Shelf and Its Adiacent Waters

In October and November of 1977 and September and October of 1978,a quantitative survey of benthic animals was conducted in the East China Sea Continental Shelf and its adjacent waters(26°00'-34°00'N,124°00'-129°00'E,water depth 39-1550m),where 307 stations were dredged and 1200 samples collected.     

病毒膜蛋白及其表达和纯化技术的研究进展

病毒囊膜是包膜病毒除核衣壳外的另一主要成分。它主要由多种蛋白质构成，称为膜蛋白，膜蛋白以单聚体，二聚体，三聚体，甚至更多的聚合体的形式存在，具有中和抗体，与靶细胞受体结合，凝集红细胞，诱导细胞融合等多种功能，膜蛋白可采用将其基因整合入载体，并在昆虫细胞，哺乳细胞或细菌中获得体外表达，膜蛋白可在去污剂的作用下形成蛋白质－脂－去污剂的复合物而被溶解，其中去污剂的临界微团浓度，亲水物－亲脂物平衡值，荷电、紫外穿透性等是选择合适去污剂的主要参考因子，溶解后的膜蛋白多利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、凝胶过滤层析，离子交换层析，亲和层析，高效液相层析等技术并结合梯度离心；分级沉淀等进行分离、纯化。     

培养基对海藻真菌PT2菌株的生长及活性代谢产物合成的影响

本文采用PD、GPY、YES、SYE、GPM5种不同培养基培养海藻真菌菌株PT2，并对其在不同培养基中的生长情况、代谢产物的形成及抗肿瘤活性进行分析，旨在了解不同培养基对菌株生长和活性物质合成的影响．结果显示，PT2菌株在不同培养基上的培养特征及生长速率有所不同，液体培养基发酵液抽提物的抗肿瘤活性也有较大差别，其中SYE发酵液抽提物活性最强，对KB、Raji和Hela 3种肿瘤细胞的IC50分别为7．6μg／cm^3、2．4μg／cm^3和3．3μg／cm^3．采用HPLC法对不同抽提物进行分析，发现它们之间的组成成分有显著差异．本文的实验结果表明，不同培养基对该菌株的生长及活性代谢产物的合成具有显著的影响。     

牙鲆鱼苗长途运输技术的试验研究

本实验对10个批次，总数为19047尾的不同规格和产地的牙鲆鱼苗长途运输效果进行了研究。结果表明，规格为9-12cm的鱼苗，在水温6－12℃，运输时间为35－50h，采用空运和低温活水车运输，运输死亡率为664尾，死亡率为3.39%，低温活水车短途运输是可行的，尽管长途车运方式成本较低，但由于应激强度较大，对鱼苗的生长性能影响较为严重，驯养10d累计死亡率最高达18.1%，这种模式不可取。低温（6℃）、小规格（9cm)的空运较适合牙鲆鱼苗长途运输。此外，本文还就运输应激反应、预防措施和药物防治进行详细的讨论。     

褐藻酸降解菌侵染海带过程的超微结构观察

首次研究了褐藻酸降解菌侵入海带的途径，通过电镜观察，跟踪研究了褐藻酸降解菌染海带过程中海带表皮细胞壁的超微结构变化。结果表明，褐藻酸降解侵染海带的过程是首先引起海带表皮细胞壁藻胶层表面的破坏，然后引起藻胶层的断裂，并使藻胶层逐渐降解变突，最后褐藻酸降解菌通过海带细胞的壁藻胶层的断裂变突处进入海带细胞内。
