模糊PID控制器在水压机控制系统中的应用

介绍了模糊控制中的设计思想及方法，并采用模糊控制的方法来改进实际生产中PID控制的一些控制难点。将改进方法应用在一大型水压机控制系统中并在实际生产中取得了理想效果。     

浙江西沪港重金属铜的配位容量和形态分析

根据2000年6月10～14日在浙江省西沪港采集的海水样品,利用AA-800石墨炉原子吸收分光光度技术和阳极溶出伏安法测定样品中重金属铜的含量,获得铜在海水中受不同的有机配体控制.不同粒级的铜表观配位容量表明西沪港海水过孔径1.00μm微孔膜的(ACuCC)较高,为144.4nmol/dm3;过0.40和0.20μm滤膜的(ACuCC)分别为103.0和102nmol/dm3;铜的有机配体条件稳定常数的对数值在7.25～9.14之间.铜的总量为21.72nmol/dm3.铜全部为稳定溶解态,其中pH2酸溶态占95.0%,强有机结合态占5.0%.溶解态铜中有机结合态占过滤海水中总铜的61.6%.     

遥感与GIS支持下的海洋渔业空间分布研究——以东海为例

基于海洋渔业多年来生产实践所表明的海洋渔场与海洋水文要素密切相关性,将研究区的遥感融合信息与生产数据进行GIS空间配准,同时建立了诸多要素数据的空间聚类模式,利用该模式提取了水文信息和中心渔场信息相关联的空间分布规律的隐伏信息,由此阐述了实现海洋渔业现代化,应用空间遥感融合信息和GIS支持下指导海洋渔业生产的渔情预报有着重要意义.     

Analytic Solution of Interaction Between Surface Waves and Floating Elastic Plates with Elastic End-Restraints

Based on the dynamic theories of water waves and Mindlin plates,the analytic solution of interaction between surface waves and two-dimensional floating elastic plates with edge-restraint is constructed by use of the Wiener-Hopf technique.Firstly,without regard for elastic edge restraint,the wave-induced responses of elastic floating plate analyzed by the present method are in good agreement with the results from literature and experimental results.Therefore,it can be shown that the present method is valid.Secondly,three end-restraint cases(i.e.,the left-end elastic restraints,the both-end elastic restraints,and the right-end elastic restraints)are proposed to reduce the vibration of floating plates,in which the spring is used to connect the sea bottom and the floating plate's left(or right)edge.The relations between the spring stiffness and the parameters of wave-induced responses of floating plates are discussed.Moreover,the effective method to reduce the vibration of floating elastic plates can be obtained through comparison.     

The Effect of Internal Fluid on the Response of Vortex-Induced Vibration of Marine Risers

Based on Iwan‘s wake oseillator model developed with the classical van der Pol equalion, the differential equation for the response of the vortex-induced vihration (VIV) of the riser considering the effect of the internal flowing fluid and the external marine environmental condition is derived. The effect of the intermal flowing fluid on the response of VIV of the riser is studied by means of the Finite Element Method. The results show that the effect of the internal fluid velocity on the VIV of the riser is strong when the natural frequency of the riser is close to the vortex shedding frequency. In addition, the increase of the top tension can decrease the sensitivity of the riser to the internal fluid velocity.     

Determination of the Critical Value of Deflection for Embedded Cylindrical Structures

An embedded cylinder is a large-diameter cylinder embedded in a soil foundation. The state of failure of such an embedded cylindrical structure shows large deflection instead of slide and overturn of the traditional gravity type of structure placed on a rubble base or foundation base. The critical value of deflection of the embedded cylindrical structure, which is the maximum allowable deflection for stability calculation of the cylinder, is a vital control value. Through investigation on deflection and soil pressures on an embedded cylinder by model experiments, the variations of the angle of rotation θ of a cylinder with effective anti-overturning ratio η and moment MH of thrust are discussed. On the basis of experimental study, the critical value of deflection of the cylindrical structure is proposed in the paper. Meanwhile, the formulas for calculating deflection of cylinders are derived.     

黑鲷(Acanthopagrus schlegeli)肿瘤坏死因子α cDNA的克隆及特征分析

采用同源克隆的方法，从黑鲷中获得肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)全长cDNA序列。该序列含1288个核苷酸，可编码253个氨基酸的TNF前体蛋白。它是一种跨膜蛋白，无糖基化位点和信号肽结构。黑鲷TNFα与其它鱼类的TNFα的相似性很高，占据进化上独立的分支；与哺乳类TNFα和TNFG源于共同的祖先。基因结构分析显示，该基因含有TNF家族pmfile和TNF家族的标签序列；在参与TNFα基因二硫键形成的两个半胱氨酸和TNFα三聚体形成的位点高度保守；空间结构模拟显示，它与哺乳类TNFα的空间结构相似，都是由两个β折叠片组成，每个折叠片包含5个反向平行的β链。表达研究结果表明，黑鲷TNFα在检测的各个组织中均为组成型表达，表现为在刺激与非刺激鱼体中，都可以检测到黑鲷TNFα的表达，但是其表达水平在不同组织中有很大差异。黑鲷TNFα在头肾、脾脏和鳃的表达量较高，而在心脏、肝脏、血液、肾脏和大脑中表达量较低。     

基于GIS的区域经济统计分析系统的设计与实现

随着经济的发展,区域间经济相互作用和影响的关系越来越密切,忽略空间相互作用的传统区域经济分析手段和方法开始显现出一些明显的不足。而GIS在处理和分析区域地理数据上具有强大的空间分析能力,为此我们引入GIS工具对区域经济进行分析,相较于传统的分析手法有了很大改善。本文以江西省区域经济数据为例,设计了一个基于GIS的区域经济统计分析系统,并利用Arcob-jects二次开发控件结合VB可视化编程语言,实现了大部分区域经济统计分析功能,最后并将结果进行网络发布。研究结果表明将GIS引入到区域经济统计分析中,更能正确、有效的揭示区域经济发展在空间上的联系,为区域经济研究决策提供服务。     

现代地图语言

地图符号发展到今天,已经超越了其符号本身,应当把它当作一种语言来研究,即地图语言。地图语言使人们使用地图进行空间认识更加贴近现实,使地理空间信息的传输更加准确、生动和形象。文中主要对现代地图语言的形成,现代地图语言的主要表现形式即视觉符号、听觉符号和触觉符号,以及地图语言的本质即视觉变量、听觉变量和触觉变量进行了探讨。     

GPS应用于高空施工机械安全监控

结合小湾水电站建设施工情况,利用实地采集的GPS定位数据,探讨使用GPS实时动态定位技术构建高空施工机械安全监控系统的实现原理和可行性,同时介绍构成系统的各个模块及其功能,给出有效地实施高空施工机械安全运行监控的实用方法。
