SHORT COMMUNICATION TARGET FACTOR ANALYSIS:UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF SIX AMINO ACIDS

The UV spectra of mixture solutions consisting of tyrosine,tryptophane,phenylalanine,cystine,histidineand 3,4-dihydroxyl phenylalanine have been measured.The numbers,identities and concentrations of theamino acids in the mixtures have been determined successfully using target factor analysis.The effectsof the wavelength range and the selected sampling interval on the results are discussed.Twenty-fivesynthetic mixture samples have been analysed successfully.The average recoveries are 98·9 for Tyr,96·5for Trp,105·6 for Phe,98·1 for Cys,98·9 for His and 106·4 for Di-phe.The results obtained are ingood agreement with those obtained by the Kalman filter method.     

Study on Application of Polyenzyme Method to Offal of Harengula zunasi

The new polyenzyme method for making gravy from Harengula zunasi offal involves protein enzymolysis with flavorase after proper alkaline and neutral protease levels were established by orthogonal trials to select the best hydrolytic conditions for processing offal with alkaline and neutral protease. The conditions for the polyenzyme method were pH of 7.0, temperature of 50℃ , alkaline and neutral protease concentration of 1.5% respectively, hydrolysis time of 120 min, andflavorase concentration of 2.0% , for 60 min. The new gravy-making technology yields a nutritious and delicious gravy containing 40.3 % of total essential amino acids, with delicious amino acids Glu, Asp, Gly, Ala, Pro and Ser comprising 49.5% , total and amino nitrogen being respectively1.9 and 1.1 g/100 g (amino acid nitrogen being 61.0% of total nitrogen), The polyenzyme method was used to make 14.8% protein gravy from Harengula zunasi offal. In addition, in inorganic elements, the phosphorus content is the highest.     

对松辽盆地钱家店凹陷铀成矿作用的重新认认识

钱家店凹陷中的含矿层位主要为上白垩统姚家组,前人认为其中的红色砂岩为原生成因,但大量的证据证实砂岩原生应以灰色为主,红色砂岩为后生氧化蚀变造成,并控制着钱家店铀矿床铀矿化的产出.在此基础上建立该矿床的后生蚀变分带,依次为红色蚀变带、黄色蚀变带、灰白色蚀变带、过渡带、原生带,红色蚀变带为主要的氧化带,铀矿化主要集中在过渡带.平面上铀矿化主要分布于层间氧化带前锋线附近的位置,并在氧化舌状体的前端和两个氧化舌状体之间存在铀的富集.文章最后还建立了该矿床的成矿模式,并对区域上层间氧化带的展布进行了讨论.     

福建省东部浅层地下水地球化学

本文对福建东部地区3.8万平方公里陆地浅层地下水(井水)1206件样品中19种元素的含量特征、元素间的相关关系、元素空间分布特点与地质背景的关系等方面进行了研究。研究表明,该地区浅层地下水中以Ba、Cl-、F-、Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn元素含量高、变化幅度大为显著特征;元素含量与pH没有明显的相关关系,Cl-、Sr、Co、Ni、Pb等元素间则具显著的正相关关系,Cl-具有决定性作用;地下水中元素的空间分布特征受地质背景及地理条件的制约。

加权核密度估计在洪水频率分析中的应用

本文引进加权核密度估计方法,研究洪水频率的分析计算;运用统计试验方法,同目前广泛认同的参数估计方法中线性矩法相比,结果表明:线性矩法及加权核密度估计法推求出的设计值的无偏性相当,但加权核密度估计方法的有效性较线性矩法好.最后还与普通的非参数密度函数估计方法对比,结果表明加权核密度估计方法推求出的设计值的无偏性及有效性都较好;尤其是有效性精度较高.因此,加权核密度估计是一种有应用和研究价值的方法.     

阿尔金南缘构造带西段辉绿岩墙群的地球化学特征及构造环境

对阿尔金南缘构造带西段辉绿岩墙群的岩石学和地球化学的详细研究表明,该区辉绿岩墙群为拉斑系列岩石,其主量元素以中等TiO2(1.19%～1.59%)、高MgO(5.51%～7.88%)、贫K2O(0.04%～0.84%)和P2O5(0.10%～0.20%)、Na2OK2O为特征;高场强元素(HFSE)丰度特征显示其为E-MORB型或过渡型玄武岩质岩石;稀土元素总量相对较高,轻重稀土元素分馏不显著[(La/Yb)N=1.93～3.61,LREE/HREE=3.01～4.10],在球粒陨石标准化配分模式图上呈略富集型.结合玄武岩构造环境判别图解综合分析推测,它们可能形成于一种裂谷向MORB环境过渡的构造环境,即初始小洋盆构造环境.

Occurrence and environmental implications of magnetic iron sulfides in stiff muds from the continental shelf of the East China Sea

Magnetic properties were measured on 370 vibrocores obtained from the outer continental shelf of the East China Sea, with the aim of reconstructing environmental changes during the late Quaternary. High SIRM/χ values (>25 kA m⁻¹) found in stiff muds of late Pleistocene age suggest the presence of magnetic iron sulfides, especially greigite. Framboidal aggregates of greigite were further identified by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and attached energy dispersive X-ray (EDAX) analyses, as well as powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses of the magnetic separates. The occurrence of magnetic iron sulfides indicates the complex oxidation–reduction of the stiff muds, resulting from exposure and inundation during the last glacial maximum (LGM) and the post-glacial transgression, respectively.
