锶,硼和氟联合作用的亚急性毒理实验及环境意义 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文以自由饮水给药方式进行了锶、硼和氟联合作用的亚急性实验,以探讨锶、硼对氟的拮抗作用。实验结果,给予小鼠200×l0^-6 F 六个月后,可使其骨氟含量显著升高(P<0.01),肾碱性磷酸酶活力(ALP)显著增高(P<0.01),4、5个月后血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活力亦显著增高(P<0.O1),同时给予80×l0^-1 B3+、100×l0^-6Sr2+ 时,可以显著降低骨氟含量,抑制血清、肾碱性磷酸酶的活力,表明锶与硼对氟存在拮抗作用。 相似文献

湘黔地区“卡林型”金矿中金的赋存形式 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
对矿石的化学物相分析结果表明,湖南─贵州─带“卡林型”金矿原生矿石中的金主要呈微粒状单质金被包裹于硫化物及以绢云母为主的粘土矿物中,反映了金的矿化作用与黄铁矿化和绢云母化等是同时发生的。不同的“卡林型”金矿床之间,由于形成的物理化学条件的差异,其主要载金矿物的种类也不相同。表生氧化带中,载金矿物硫化物和绢云母发生了氧化和分解作用,使矿石中的大部分金转化为游离态形式存在,提高了矿石的可选性。 相似文献

Gold abundances iu granitic rocks of differeat geological periods of Southern China were estimated. A review of the quantitave data now availabe indicates that unaltered granitic rocks have a rather restricted range in gold content, rarely exceeding 4 ppb and generally range from 1.4 to 3.3 ppb.Mean gold content tends to decrease from basic to acid granitoids. This tendency suggests that gold is not concentrated in the residual silieate melt during the formation of granitic rocks. Abundance dtata for granitoids in Southern China provide no geochemical clues or guides to distinguish areas favorable or unfavorable for gold mineralization, but they are necessary to establish background values for various rock types. 相似文献

The experiments on gold solubility in amino acid solution mdicate that gold is very intensively soluble in amino acid(or other organic acids),which is extensively present in geological bodies,and is most soluble in histidine.The temperature and concentration,acidity and type of amino acid in the solution are important factors affecting gold-amino acid complexing. The solubility of gold in amino acid is different under different conditions of temperature, amino acid concentration and pH value of the solution,At 80℃ and pH=6-8,gold is most soluble in amino acid.Gold dispersed in water and rocks could be concentrated and transported by amino acid and then precipitated in favorable loci.Amino acids might have played an important role in metallogenesis as well as in the formation of source beds of gold.Nitrogen,oxygen and sulfur in amino acid might have reacted with gold to form soluble complex ions. 相似文献
