The brine shrimp (Artemia parthenogenetica) as encapsulation organism for prophylactic chemotherapy of fish and prawn

Brine shrimp (Artemia parthenogenetica) which had ingested three water-insoluble antibacterial drugs i.e. sulfadiazine(SD), oxytetracycline (OTC) and erythromycin estolate (ERY-Es) were fed toTilapia and Mysis IIIof Penaeus orientalis K. The drug contents in the predators were then determined. After administration of drugs toTilapia and Mysis III, through the bio-encapsulation of the brine shrimp, efficacious therapeutical concentration of OTC and ERY-Es (but not SD) in the predators could be reached and maintained for more than 8 hours.     

Morphological characters of the two-ribbon flare of 1981 May 13 and their explanation

We give a summary of the morphology of the two-ribbon flare of 1981 May 13. One striking feature is that the Ha flare began at about 0338' UT and the double-ribbon structure was formed about 0346, $\text{before}$ the impulsive phase of the radio 3 cm burst at 04 11 UT. The 3 cm radio burst flux beginning at 03 33 UT showed only slow, stepwise increases lasting half an hour until the impulsive phase and this type of increase is usually regarded to be a typical thermal process. Each step in the radio flux corresponded to a variation in the Ha flare, showing that the radio and Hα emissions during this period came from the same thermal source. In this paper, we explain this behaviour in terms of Hyder's model: we think that the magnetic trough supporting the solar prominence rose for some reason, causing the prominence matter (the dark filaments) to fall along the magnetic lines and to hit the chromosphere and trigger off the flare. We give rough estimates of the energy density, the height of prominence and the infall matter at the different radio increments. We also give a qualitative explanation for the appearances of the single-peak structure in the radio burst at 0411 and the covering of the sunspot shortly after at 04 13 and propose several possible mechanisms.

本文详细介绍图象的ＦＩＴＳ格式、ＢＭＰ格式和ＳＣＲ格式。ＦＩＴＳ格式已经是天文界的通用格式，几乎所有的天文软件包都支持这一格式，而ＢＭＰ格式在ＰＣ计算机上有广泛的运用，有大量ＰＣ软件支持ＢＭＰ图象的显示，处理和打印。云南天文台的ＳＣＲ格式是ＰＣ机采集ＣＣＤ图象所使用的格式。实现这三种格式的相互转换，就可以自由的将ＣＣＤ图象在ＰＣ机和工作站上进行各种处理。转换的包括图象头和图象数据的转换，其关键在于交换数据的高低字节。     

The theory of relativity and super-luminal-speeds

According to some local properties of Lorentz transformation, Einstein stated: Velocities greater than that of light have no possibility of existence. He neglected to point out the applicable range of the special theory of relativity. In fact, it could only be applied to the subluminal-speed. This paper shows that if we think of the possibility of the existence of the superluminal-speed and redescribe the special theory of relativity following Einstein's way, a new kinematic theory would be founded. The new theory would retain all kinematical meaning of the special theory of relativity when matters move with subluminal-speed and would give new content when matters move with superluminal-speed. The paper also discusses the observation principle for the motions with superluminal-speed.     

Impact of land use covers upon karst processes in a typical Fengcong depression system of Nongla, Guangxi, China

The direction and intensity of karst processes can be deeply affected by soil physical and chemical variations which were resulted from land use. Taking Nongla Fengcong depression area, Mashan County, Guangxi as an example, authors discussed the impact of land use on karst processes based on the data of field limestone tablet. The results showed that the corrosional rates at varied soil depth are quite different. Corrosional rate in woodland and orchard is mostly bigger than 20 mg/a, which is much higher than that in tilled land and shrub. Generally, corrosional rate decreased from orchard, woodland, tilled land, fallow land and shrub successively, in which soil organic matter (OM) and soil pH are two major controlling factors: corrosion process is controlled remarkably by soil OM in woodland and orchard. The higher the organic matter content is and the less the pH value is, the higher the corrosional rate is. Owing to lower organic matter content, the corrosional rate is mainly affected by soil CO₂ in tilled land and shrub.     

A combined numerical tidal model for the Hangzhou Bay and Qiantang River

-In order to avoid prescribing open boundary condition on the upstream side of the Hangzhou Bay, in numerical simulation of the tides and residual currents of the Bay, a 1-D model for the Qiantang River is connected to the 2-D model for the Hangzhou Bay. The harmonic constants of diurnal constituent [ (K1 O1)/2],semidiurnal constituent (M2) and shallow water constituent (M4) are obtained. The results produced by the combined model are in better agreement with the observed ones than those produced solely by the original 2-D model. The combined model gives much more reliable results for tide-induced residual water level and current.     

Dynamic Response Analysis of Interaction System of R.C. Gravity Single-Leg Platform

In this paper, the responses of the interaction system of R.C. gravity single-leg platform to seismic excitation are mainly analysed. A set of nonlinear equations for the interaction system are established by using the wave, one is the soil-structure interaction and the other is the fluid-structure interaction. The seismic response of the interaction system is analysed for the influence of the asymmetric structure, fluid action, etc. with the input of seismic SH waves in any direction. The numerical results are given for a simple example.

Kohonen网络与BP网络的集成应用研究

本文介绍了 Kohonen神经网络对输入数据进行聚类方法在卷烟配方中的应用 ,提出了从核心样本动态搜索 BP网络训练样本的新探索 ,摒弃了过去 BP算法中训练样本固定不变 ,互不相交的方法 ,实现了 BP网络和 Kohonen网络动态无缝集成。     

二色桌片参酶解液对转化细胞的效应

用二色桌片参（Mensamariaintercedens）酶解液处理转化的人胚肺成纤维细胞（NLF）后，细胞生长受到显著抑制，抑制率达64．84％，光镜下细胞透光性加强，铺展较好，细胞核形更为规则，核畸形现象减少；线粒体结构趋于正常；软琼脂集落实验表明，细胞集落形成率由23ｘ10－5下降至12．5ｘ10－5，裸小鼠致瘤实验显示抑瘤率为82．39％，差异显著（p＜5％）。结果提示，二色桌片参酶解液可能逆转转化的HLF细胞的恶性表型，对其有一定的诱导分化作用。
