欧盟RoHS指令与中国的对策

对欧盟RoHS指令的主要内容进行了简述,初步介绍了与RoHS指令相似或者相关的各国的环保指令,讨论了RoHS指令等对我国电子电气行业带来的巨大冲击。简要总结我国电子信息产业部、国家质量监督检验检疫总局、商务部等各管理及技术部门为了应对RoHS指令和提高我国电子电气行业竞争力而作出的相应对策。     

AN ANALYTICAL METHOD OF ULTRA-TRACE TELLURIUM FOR SAMPLES OF SEA-AND ENVIRONMENTAL-WATER

Tellurium is known to be a poisonous element to human health. In recent years,determination of trace tellurium has been attached great attention in connection with thewide application of its compounds and/or with environmental pollution. Literature citedreported the determination of ppb level tellurium in waste water and artificial watersamples by atomic-absorption spectrophotometry. As the tellurium content in naturalwater is extremely low, there is not yet any sensitive analytical method for determination ofits background value in various natural water. In chemical oceanography, data abouttellurium content in seawater are rather scarce. This paper will summarize and evaluate a series of our investigations on the analytical     

雪宝顶碱性花岗岩岩石地球化学与成矿控制

对雪宝顶碱性花岗岩具有高丰度的W、Sn、Be含量和W、Sn矿化花岗岩的微量元素组合特征进行了分析，结果显示：稀土元素具有∑REE含量与LREE／HREE比值偏低和负Eu异常的特点；元素比值K／Rb，U／Th，Nb／Ta的规律性变化以及矿脉产状特征等表明W-(Sn)-Be脉状矿床形成于岩浆演化晚期，与岩浆期后的热液活动有关。     

基于土地利用现状数据库的土地利用遥感分类本底数据库建设——以山东省泰安市泰山区为例

遥感分类本底数据库和土地利用现状数据库在地类判别标准、精度要求、数据格式和原始底图等方面存在诸多一致性.基于土地利用现状数据库进行遥感分类本底库的建设,大大减少了数据矢量化和外业调查的工作量.由于大部分工作都可以通过计算机来完成,因此作业时间和人力物力投入相应减少,同时确保了遥感分类本底数据库的精度.     

伊宁吐拉苏火山盆地热液活动与金成矿关系

吐拉苏火山盆地中与金成矿有关的热液富含K^＋、Na^＋、F、SO4^2-和N2、O2等，是一种主要来源于岩浆．火山的热液，有大气水参于的次生热液．平均均一温度96～158℃，平均盐度0．26％～1．08％，热液活动深度0．26～0．67km，具有低温、低盐度、在地壳浅部活动的基本特征．热液活动生成围绕金矿体由内向外环状展布的黄英岩化、高级泥化、泥化和绿泥石碳酸盐化4个围岩蚀变带．与其有关的金成矿期分为原生沉积富集和次生热液交代蚀变2期，后者包括毒砂黄铁矿化、面状硅化、脉状硅化和绿泥石碳酸盐化4个成矿阶段．金富集成矿主要与黄英岩化蚀变带和面状硅化、脉状硅化2个成矿阶段密切相关．     

论县级气象行政执法存在的问题

对县级执法环境，执法主体的薄弱环节以及存在的向题进行探讨，从而明确县级执法主体开展行政执法的思路，有助于县级气象行政执法工作的顺利开展。     

遗传算法在边坡数值计算中的应用

改进了进化方向的遗传算法与有限元数值法，结合并研制了相应的软件。应用该软件对多类型岩土边坡进行弹性模量、内聚力、内摩擦角等参数反演分析，显示误差很小，收敛速度也很快，这说明改进进化方向遗传算法这种新型的优化算法在多类型岩土参数优化估计中具有独特的优势。     

京、津、冀区域群发性强沙尘暴分析

利用1954—2002年82个站的气象观测资料，探讨京、津、冀区域群发性强沙尘暴的认定标准，构建较完整的群发性强沙尘暴序列，并分析该地区群发性强沙尘暴的时空分布特征和气候变化趋势。近50a京、津、冀区域共出现了39例群发性强沙尘暴，河北省的冀西北高原区和石家庄、保定、衡水、沧州四市交接处饶阳一带是京、津、冀区域强沙尘暴天气的多发区。多发季节为3—5月，占全年总数的76．9％，其中4月份最多，占全年总数的51．3％。群发性强沙尘暴年代际变化呈现总体减少趋势，其发生次数、覆盖面积均是以20世纪90年代为最低值．     

招远市金矿区环境遥感调查研究

以遥感图像为基本数据源,以实地调查数据为样点,建立解译标志,利用遥感和地理信息系统新技术对金矿区地质环境条件进行研究,实现航片与卫片校正、地质环境信息的解译、空间数据库的建立.为恢复矿区自然环境提供准确、详实的资料.     

Simulation of oasis breeze circulation in the arid region of the Northwestern China

In this paper, the process of oasis-desert circulation (ODC) is simulated by MM5V3.5 model through designing an ideal oasis-desert scheme and assuming that initial atmosphere is at rest (V = 0). The findings showed that the key of forming special oasis boundary structure is the difference of energy and water between oasis and desert. The evaporation of oasis surface consumes heat energy, and the low temperature of oasis causes an oasis breeze circulation (OBC), which drives an ODC with a downdraft over the oasis and an updraft over the desert. Later, the cold, dry and stable boundary over oasis is gradually formed, on the contrary,the atmospheric boundary over desert on the edge of oasis is hot, humid and unstable and its height is about 600 hPa. The updraft over the desert forms a wet ring that acts as a vertical wall weakening the low-level moisture exchange between the oasis and desert. The downdraft of OBC increases the atmospheric stability that reduces the oasis evaporation. The low-level outflow from the oasis (into the desert) prevents the dry, hot air flowing from the desert into the oasis.Thus an oasis self-preservation mechanism may be formed due to OBC. The horizontal area influenced by oasis is twice as oasis area and the vertical range is four times as oasis. The ODC is strong in the daytime and reaches the strongest at 17:00, and the influenced area is the largest at 20:00.
