实验表明 ,用含不同浓度镉 (0、5、10、15、2 0、2 5、30× 10 -6)的海水培养石莼 1~ 8d,石莼的光合作用、呼吸作用、叶绿素含量受到了明显的影响。 5× 10 -6的镉培养 3d,光合速率和叶绿素含量明显下降 ;培养时间越长 ,下降幅度越大。低浓度的镉 (5~ 10× 10 -6)对呼吸有促进作用 ,出现了“伤呼吸”;高浓度的镉 (>10× 10 -6)对呼吸有明显抑制作用 ,培养 5d后石莼开始死亡。 相似文献

The subduction of “hot” Shikoku Basin and the mantle upwelling related to the Japan Sea opening have induced extensive magmatism during the middle Miocene on both the back-arc and island-arc sides of southwest Japan. The Goto Islands are located on the back-arc side of northwestern Kyushu, and middle Miocene granitic rocks and associated volcanic, hypabyssal, and gabbroic rocks are exposed. The igneous rocks at Tannayama on Nakadori-jima in the Goto Islands consist of gabbronorite, granite, granite porphyry, diorite porphyry, andesite, and rhyolite. We performed detailed geological mapping at a 1:10 000 scale, as well as petrographical and geochemical analyses. We also determined the zircon U–Pb age dating of the igneous rocks from Tannayama together with a granitic rock in Yagatamesaki. The zircon U–Pb ages of the Tannayama igneous rocks show the crystallization ages of 14.7 Ma ± 0.3 Ma (gabbronorite), 15.9 Ma ± 0.5 Ma (granite), 15.4 Ma ± 0.9 Ma (granite porphyry), and 15.1 Ma ± 2.1 Ma (rhyolite). Zircons from the Yagatamesaki granitic rock yield 14.5 Ma ± 0.7 Ma. Considering field relationships, new zircon data indicate that the Tannayama granite formed at ~16–15 Ma, and the gabbronorite, granite porphyry, diorite porphyry, andesite, and subsequently rhyolite formed at 15–14 Ma, which overlaps a plutonic activity of the Yagatamesaki. The geochemical characteristics of the Tannayama igneous rocks are similar to those of the tholeiitic basalts and dacites of Hirado, and the granitic rocks of Tsushima in northwestern Kyushu. This suggests that the Tannayama igneous rocks can be correlated petrogenetically with the igneous rocks in those areas, with all of them generated by the upwelling of hot mantle diapirs during crustal thinning in an extensional environment during the middle Miocene. 相似文献

研究了三种单胞藻(新月菱形藻、盐藻和小球藻)肿离海水后在室内晾干不同时间对其生长的影响,结果表明,晾干3h,对盐藻和小球藻影响不大,晾干6 ̄9h,失水超过50%复水后,盐藻就停止生长,小球藻就逐渐死亡。新月菱形藻和两种绿藻有很大不同,晾干3h对其生长有促进作用,晾干6 ̄9h对其生长有轻微抵制作用;室内自然光下晾干经暗中晾干有较大的损害。三种藻以干燥胁迫的耐受力不同,新月菱形藻最大,其次是盐藻,小球 相似文献

Eelgrass (Zostera marina) is the dominant member of an important intertidal ecosystem found in many parts of the world. In this preliminary study the metabolism of the entire eelgrass community, including epiphytic plants and other organisms, has been measured in Great South Bay on Long Island, New York. In July it is in equilibrium and consumes as much oxygen as it produces, but in August both photosynthesis and respriation are reduced, with a net increase in oxygen production. 本文研究、比较了海带(Laminaria japonica),裙带菜(Undaria pinnatifido(Harv.))的过氧化物酶活性,并对分析过氧化物酶同工酶的各种方法进行了比较。海带叶片内从基部到顶部过氧化物酶活性逐渐升高,固着器内酶活性高于叶片任何部位。裙带菜中,孢子叶、茎、叶片之间酶活性无相关性。三部分中,孢子叶过氧化物酶活性最高,茎中酶活性从基部到顶部逐渐升高,叶片中则逐渐下降。海带中过氧化物酶活性比裙带菜平均高出四至五倍。同工酶分析中,比较了三种提取酶液的方法,以真空抽滤方法最佳;比较了四种染色方法,以Vitc——联苯胺方法、醋酸联苯胺方法较理想;比较了不同的材料处理后同工酶分析结果,冰冻处理与新鲜的材料效果最好,用海水室内培养后效果较差。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of a pilot test conducted for evaluating the energy dissipation behaviour of shear panels made of low yield steel whose 0.2 per cent offset yield stress is 120 MPa. A total of six full-scale shear panels were tested with the loading condition, stiffener spacing, and magnitude of axial force as test variables. The shear panels tested yielded at a shear force that is approximately 1/3 of the yield shear force of equivalent shear panels made of common mild steel. Shear panels with proper stiffener arrangement exhibited stable hysteresis, thus ensuring large energy dissipation capacity. Sufficient strain hardening was observed in the shear panels tested, with their energy dissipation capacity about 1.5 times larger than that of an equivalent linear-elastic and perfect-plastic system. Plate buckling did not lead the shear panels to immediate degradation in their energy dissipation capacity. Post-buckling resistance was found to be a subject that requires further studies for quantifying the performance of shear panels made of low yield stress steel as hysteretic dampers. 相似文献
