Zircon U–Pb age, trace element and Hf isotope composition of Kongling terrane in the Yangtze Craton: refining the timing of Palaeoproterozoic high-grade metamorphism

U–Pb age, trace element and Hf isotope compositions of zircon were analysed for a metasedimentary rock and two amphibolites from the Kongling terrane in the northern part of the Yangtze Craton. The zircon shows distinct morphological and chemical characteristics. Most zircon in an amphibolite shows oscillatory zoning, high Th/U and ¹⁷⁶Lu/¹⁷⁷Hf ratios, high formation temperature, high trace element contents, clear negative Eu anomaly, as well as HREE-enriched patterns, suggesting that it is igneous. The zircon yields a weighted mean ²⁰⁷Pb/²⁰⁶Pb age of 2857 ± 8 Ma, representing the age of the magmatic protolith. The zircon in the other two samples is metamorphic. It has low Th/U ratios, low trace element concentrations, variable HREE contents (33.8 ≥ Lu_N≥2213; 14.7 ≤ Lu_N/Sm_N ≤ 354) and ¹⁷⁶Lu/¹⁷⁷Hf ratios (0.000030–0.001168). The data indicate that the zircon formed in the presence of garnet and under upper amphibolite facies conditions. The metamorphic zircon yields a weighted mean ²⁰⁷Pb/²⁰⁶Pb age of 2010 ± 13 Ma. These results combined with previously obtained Palaeoproterozoic metamorphic ages suggest a c. 2.0 Ga Palaeoproterozoic collisional event in the Yangtze Craton, which may result from the assembly of the supercontinent Columbia. The zircon in two samples yields weighted mean two-stage Hf model ( T _DM2) ages of 3217 ± 110 and 2943 ± 50 Ma, respectively, indicating that their protoliths were mainly derived from Archean crust.

对CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)技术的基本特征和发展趋势作了简要介绍,揭示了该技术在现代数字系统中的重要地位及作用.利用CPLD对时统设备IRIG-B码产生器进行集成,其实验结果表明,集成了的B码产生器不但简单、可靠,而且便于调试,克服了以往硬件电路复杂的缺点.     

树木年轮重建阿勒泰西部1481-2004年6-9月降水量序列

根据采自阿勒泰西部地区5个采点的树木年轮样本, 建立了该地区的树轮年表. 通过相关普查发现, 其差值年表序列与该地区当年6-9月的降水量存在明显的负相关关系, 且具有明确的树木生理学意义. 用沙勒哈(t, t 1)两个树轮差值年表序列可较好地重建该地区1481-2004年524 a来的当年6-9月的降水量, 且经过交叉检验表明重建方程稳定可靠. 分析发现, 阿勒泰西部地区524 a来的重建降水量序列具有9个偏干阶段和9个偏湿阶段, 并且具有34.8 a、 5.0～5.1 a、 4.3～4.4 a、 3.9～4.0 a、 3.7 a和3.4 a的显著干湿变化准周期. 重建降水量序列在1518年、 1548年、 1634年、 1765年、 1856年前后发生过突变.

浅论双重管理体制下无锡市水文站网规划设计

无锡市机构编制委员会在江苏省率先正式批复江苏省水文水资源勘测局无锡分局增挂“无锡市水文局”牌子,实行省市双重领导,以省为主管理体制,并明确了无锡市水文局为地方服务的七项职责。无锡水文在新的历史发展时期下,水文站网规划设计应该紧紧围绕无锡水利、服务无锡水利、融入无锡水利,才能发挥水文体制省市双重领导、以省为主管理的最大效益。     

基于BP人工神经网络的枯水径流预报方案研究

介绍了BP人工神经网络的桔水径流预报方法,编制了锦屏一级水电站枯水径流预报方案.根据枯水径流预报方案的预报精度评定成果,总结了应用BP人工神经网络进行枯水径流预报的特点.研究表明基于BP人工神经网络的枯水径流预报方案能够满足水文情报预报规范,具有较好的实用性和可行性.     

CHARACTERISTICS OF TIDAL FLATS OF THE ZHUJIANG RIVER MOUTH

The intertidal zone of the Zhujiang River mouth tidal flat is about 570,000 mu in total, and the tidal flat of the subtidal zone (shallower than -2 m of the Huanghai Sea base level) is 560,000 mu. The two types, silty mud and argillaceous silt, are predominant in the tidal flat area, which can be divided into five types in terms of origin: 1) river mouth sand spit-subaqueous natural levee type; 2) river mouth bar type; 3) bay head type; 4) around the island type; and 5) marginal flat type. The tidal flat of the Zhujiang River mouth belongs to the depositional type and is constantly accumulating silt while extending, with an average land formation of 8,940 mu/yr in 97 years (1883-1980).     

基于生物信息学探讨骨质疏松症与2型糖尿病的关系

目的：基于生物信息学探讨骨质疏松症与 2 型糖尿病的关系。方法：通过基因表达汇编（GEO）数据库检索骨质疏松症和2型糖尿病的相关数据集,并筛选骨质疏松症-2型糖尿病共同差异表达基因,将数据导入STRING数据库找寻关键基因,以一个单细胞测序数据集作为检验集验证关键基因细胞层面的表达水平,对筛选结果进行基因本体（GO）功能及京都基因与基因组百科全书（KEGG）通路富集分析,并对关键靶点、相关中药进行频数统计及功效分类。结果：骨质疏松症与 2 型糖尿病相关通路集中在 ErbB信号通路、丝活化蛋白激酶（MAPK）信号通路、神经营养素信号通路、NOD样受体信号通路。频数统计结果显示,与骨质疏松症-2型糖尿病关键基因相关的中药有51味,以功效分类,可分为清热解毒药、止痛药、祛风药、补虚药、止呕药。结论：骨质疏松症和2型糖尿病都是复杂的代谢性疾病,涉及众多基因表达网络和信号通路。尽管两种疾病存在复杂的基因网络背景,但是分析结果表明两种疾病之间仍存在高度重合的差异基因表达和信号通路。这表明两种疾病的分子机制密切相关,可能存在共同调控的靶点,因此这些靶点可能成为药物同时干预两种疾病的治疗靶点。     

A HIGH-EFFICIENCY TANDEM PISTON AIR GUN

The high-efficiency tandem piston air gun is a new pneumatic seismic source with simple structure, convenient operation and low cost. It can create high-energy acoustic pulse signals, and effectively attenuate bubble responses. This paper briefly introduces the air gun with 0.8 liter at a pressure of 140 kg/cm2. The measurement shows that the gun has reached a maximum peak-peak sound pressure up to about 11.7 bar-meters. The ratio (P1-P2) is about 2.79. The energy of the acoustic pulse is concentrated within 200 Hz and the main frequency corresponding to the spectrum value is about 30 Hz. Its lowest frequency is below 10 Hz.
