地质体中氨基酸的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
A clearer idea about the distribution of total amino acid content has been obtained through its quantitative determination in various geological bodies. Because amino acid content is strongly correlated with organic carbon content in the same sedimentary rock, therefore, an attempt has been made to use their ratio to distinguish the primary types of biological debris in sediment. In addition, the quantitative determination of individual amino acids has been also carried out on several specimens from ancient sedimentary rocks, and the results show that their amino acid pattern is almost similar to that of the recent sedimentary muds.  相似文献

Amino acids have been separated from and identified in the Jilin meteorite No.Ⅰ and Ⅱ by gas-liquid chromatography. Eight kinds of amino acid, i.e., α-alanine,valine, glycine, isoleucine, β-alanine, leucine, proline, and threonine are observed in meteorite No. Ⅰ Ten varieties of amino acids including serine, hydroproline, lysine and etc. are noticed from meteorite No. Ⅱ. A brief diseussion is given to the origin of these acids.  相似文献

Monocarboxylic acids and dicarboxylic acids in sea-floor sediments of the Jizhou Island and estuarine sediments at the Yangtze River mouth have been examined by using thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography as well as computerized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Free and bound fatty acids distributed in the sea-floor sediments show remarkable even/odd predominances except for sample 8138. Monocarboxylic acids show a unimodal distribution, ranging from n-C14 to n-C32. with the maximum at n-C16 while dicarboxylic acids also show a unimodal distribution, ranging from di-Cl6 to di-C32 with the maximum at di-C24 or di-C28. Evidence from the distribution of fatty adds in the East China Sea sediments indicatesthat these monoearboxylic acids are probably derived from algal debris and, these dicarboxylic acids are derived from terrigenous higher plant detritus.  相似文献

Separation and analytical methods are dealt with for amino acids and their enantiomers in samples of geological interest. Agreement is obtained for Jflin meteorite and fossil bones between the analyses of the authors‘ lab and those given by laboratories in other countries.  相似文献
