本文研究了光照、温度对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)吸收~(60)Co和~(137)Cs以及对生长的影响。实验是在~(60)Co,~(137)Cs混合示踪条件下进行的,结果表明:(1)小球藻对~(60)Co有着很高的累积能力,而对~(137)Cs的累积能力较低;(2)光照无论对藻吸收~(60)Co还是吸收~(137)Cs的浓缩系数的影响都是全光照>半光照>黑暗;(3)温度升高藻吸收~(60)Co的浓缩系数增大;(4)小球藻在全光照、28℃时的生长最好,而在黑暗、35℃时的生长最差。 相似文献

The effects of three photoperiods (24 hr illumination, 12 hr illumination + 12 hr darkness and 24 hr darkness) and three salinities (20‰, 30‰ and 35‰) on the uptake of 60Co and 137Cs for Chlorella sp. and on the growth of its algae are studied. The uptake of 60Co for the algae is two orders of magnitude higher than that of 137Cs. Of factorial effects, the effect of photoperiod is most significant either on the uptake of the radionuclides or on the growth of the algae; the effect of salinity comes next in order and that of their interaction remains with the last. The uptake of the two radionuclides increases with extended photoperiod while the uptake of 137Cs declines with increasing of salinity. The growth of the algae appears to be the best under the conditions of 24 hr illumination and 30‰ salinity. 相似文献

本文通过纹藤壶幼虫培养条件的试验,解决了培养中的关键性问题,提出了一套能够较大量培养出金星幼虫的培养期短、成活率高、稳定重复的培养方法。 (一)由于扁藻易被无节幼虫消化吸收,且不易沉底死亡,因此为培养藤壶幼虫的优良饵料。在一立升水体中,幼虫1,000个,投放密度每天每毫升10万个细胞为最适宜。 (二)水温为25℃时,无节幼虫经六天培养即可变态为金星幼虫。30℃时,仅四天,说明水温略高对无节幼虫的生长与变态有促进作用。 (三)在培养过程中,每天换新鲜海水能提高成活率比数。 (四)在上述条件下,无节幼虫经四天培养即可变态为金星幼虫,成活率达到95%以上。如再添加Fe~( ),每升的浓度达0.1mg或0.25mg时,促进作用相当显著,培养三天即可使无节幼虫变态为金星幼虫。 相似文献

Although amphioxus is widespread in temperate and tropical seas,its population is diminishing be-cause of environmental pollution.To keep the population of this evolutionarily important animal fromdiminishing,study on its reproduction and development is necessary.The main findings in this study onthe spawning and fecundity of the amphioxus reared in laboratory and its larval development are as fol-lows.1.Water temperature markedly affected the spawning.It spawned only when water temperature reached 21℃.2.Spawning of the amphioxus in laboratory was markedly extended.Initially,the amphioxus spawned at about 7:00 PM,but spawning time was postponed as spawning days went on.3.The number of eggs produced by a female ranged from 1400 to 12800,average of 5800.This al-so represents the fecundity of the amphioxus because it shedded all eggs within the ovary at a time.4.During the first few months of life of the amphioxus,its growth rate changed seasonally.Thegrowth rate in summer and fall was greater than that in 相似文献
