The nonlinear effects of the eddy viscosity and the bottom friction on the Lagrangian residual velocity (LRV) are studied numerically in a narrow model bay. Three groups of the experiments with different eddy viscosity and different forms of the bottom friction are designed and are carried out in the three kinds of the topography. When the eddy viscosity is obtained from a two-equation turbulence closure model, the pattern of the LRV is more complex than that of the time invariant eddy viscosity case and the intensity is from more than 1.3 times to one order smaller than that of the linear eddy viscosity condition. The LRV are also acquired when the eddy viscosity varies from the flood-averaged one to the ebb-averaged one. It is found that when the flood-averaged eddy viscosity is bigger than the ebb-averaged eddy viscosity (flood-dominated asymmetry), the direction of the breadth-averaged LRV and the 3D LRV is nearly opposite to that when the eddy viscosity asymmetry is reverse (ebb-dominated asymmetry). However, the intensity of the LRV for the ebb-dominated case decreases toward the flood-dominated case as the ratio of the maximum depth in the deep channel and the minimum depth on the shoal increases. The different forms of the bottom friction also play a role in the LRV. The structures of the 3D LRV and the depth-integrated LRV are simpler, and the intensity of the LRV is two times smaller when the linear bottom friction is used than those when the quadratic bottom friction is used.  相似文献

In this study, we examine the results obtained by the Finite-volume Coastal Ocean Circulation Model(FVCOM) regarding the effects of eddy viscosity and bathymetry on the three-dimensional(3 D) Lagrangian residual velocity(LRV) in a narrow bay. The results are cast in terms of two nondimensional numbers: the ratio of friction to local acceleration(δ) and the ratio of the minimum depth over shoals to the maximum depth in the channel(ε). The ratio δ depends on the eddy viscosity and mean depth. For a given eddy viscosity, when ε > 0.5, the along-estuary LRV tends to be vertically sheared and when ε < 0.5, the exchange is laterally sheared. When ε << 1, the structure of the 3 D, depth-integrated, and breadth-averaged LRV changes only slightly as δ increases. For ε values between 0.33 and 0.5, the structure of the 3 D LRV is mainly laterally sheared. In the same ε range, the 3 D and depth-integrated LRV exhibit reversed structures from high to low δ values. In addition, the breadth-averaged LRV weakens the typical twolayered circulation when δ decreases. When ε is 1, the two-layered vertical structure reverses direction, and a three-layered vertical structure develops in the outer bay as δ decreases.  相似文献

用组织学方法研究了网箱养殖大黄鱼性腺发育的状况。结果表明 ,在所研究的 10个网箱 (养殖期 1a)中 ,其中 6个网箱各有少数大黄鱼卵巢进入大生长期 ,卵母细胞胞质出现卵黄颗粒 ,其余网箱大黄鱼处于小生长期。在雄性 ,全部网箱大黄鱼精巢发育进入Ⅲ~Ⅳ期。根据这些结果 ,我们认为 ,在夏季 7、8月间可能有50 %~ 60 %雌性和 60 %~ 70 %雄性提早性腺成熟。  相似文献

本文研究了促性腺激素释放激素类似物和紫萁两种药物对大黄鱼性早熟的影响。结果表明,在雌性,低和高剂量类似物组与低剂量紫萁组大黄鱼早熟率比对照组分别下降66%和33%,而高剂量紫萁组与对照组间没有差异;在雌必性,低剂量类似物组和低剂量紫萁组早熟率比对照组下降37%,高剂量紫萁组与对照组之间则没有差异。这些结果可为药物防止大黄鱼性早熟提供一条有效的途径。  相似文献

唐家沟金矿为胶东牟平-乳山金矿带西南段的一个中型金矿床。矿区内出露地层主要为古元古代荆山群变质岩及新生代第四系,构造以古元古代褶皱构造和中生代断裂构造为主,其中含金矿化蚀变带受NNE向断裂控制。主要矿体呈NNE向展布,矿石类型主要为黄铁矿化石英脉和黄铁矿化碎裂岩,主要矿体厚度与品位呈正相关关系,矿化具多期活动特点。研究发现控矿构造与其他构造交会处以及控矿构造的拐弯处是储矿的有利部位,矿化蚀变叠加地段,预示着深部成矿可能性极大。找矿预测NNE向金矿化断裂构造与硫化物富集带及隐伏断层交会部位、残留荆山群地层与侵入岩接触部位为成矿的有利地带。  相似文献

Microstructure and submicrostructure of Leydig cell and Sertoli cell in the testis of gonadal precocity and immaturation in cultured large yellow croaker, Pseudosciaena crocea, are studied using histology and electron microscopic technique. The results indicate that the fine structure of the two kinds of cells in different development stages presents an obvious difference. The smooth endoplasmic reticular and tubular mitochondria of Leydig cell and Sertoli cell are well developed in the testis of gonadal precocity, but poorly developed in the testis of immaturation. We suggest that the reason for gonadal precocity in the large yellow croaker may be related to the earlier development and maturation of Leydig cell and Sertoli cell.  相似文献
