4种鲷科鱼种内细胞色素b基因序列的保守性

对真鲷 (Pagrosomusmajor)、黄鳍鲷 (Sparuslatus)、黑鲷 (S .macrocephalus)和平鲷 (Rhabdosar gussarba )的线粒体DNA细胞色素b 4 0 5bp序列进行测定。结果发现 ,4种鲷科鱼种内碱基的变异较低 ,真鲷为 0 .2 5% ,黄鳍鲷为 0 .74 % ,黑鲷和平鲷均为 0 ;真鲷有 4种单倍型 ,黄鳍鲷有 2种单倍型 ,黑鲷和平鲷分别为 1种单倍型 ,且单倍型间变异位点很少 ,真鲷有 3个变异位点 ,黄鳍鲷仅有 1个变异位点 ,而黑鲷和平鲷无变异位点。结果表明 ,细胞色素b基因在这 4种鲷科鱼种内是相当保守的。     

Multi-wavelength Diagnostics of Bombardment by Non-thermal Particles in Solar Flares

Chromospheric lines, including Ha, Lyα, Lyβand CaⅡK, CaⅡ8542, are systemically and quantitatively investigated with respect to the non-thermal excitation and ionization due to particle beam bombardment for a series of solar semi-empirical atmospheric models. As a result we propose to use the contrast in the integrated intensity of hydrogen lines to estimate the total energy flux of the bombarding beam during the solar flare impulsive phase. Partial frequency redistribution is considered in the Lyαline calculation and a smaller intensity enhancement in the Ha line-centers is found than in the previous results of Fang et al.

A combined numerical tidal model for the Hangzhou Bay and Qiantang River

-In order to avoid prescribing open boundary condition on the upstream side of the Hangzhou Bay, in numerical simulation of the tides and residual currents of the Bay, a 1-D model for the Qiantang River is connected to the 2-D model for the Hangzhou Bay. The harmonic constants of diurnal constituent [ (K1 O1)/2],semidiurnal constituent (M2) and shallow water constituent (M4) are obtained. The results produced by the combined model are in better agreement with the observed ones than those produced solely by the original 2-D model. The combined model gives much more reliable results for tide-induced residual water level and current.     

On the long-term joint distribution of characteristic wave height and period and its application

By analysing the scatter diagrams of characteristic the wave height H and the period T on the basis of instrumental data from various ocean wave stations, we found that the conditional expectation and standard deviation of wave period for a given wave height can be better predicted by using the equations of normal linear regression rather than by those based on the log- normal law. The latter was implied in Ochi' s bivariate log-normal model(Ochi. 1978) for the long-term joint distribution of H and T. With the expectation and standard deviation predicted by the normal linear regression equations and applying proper types of distribution, we have obtained the conditional distribution of T for given H. Then combining this conditional P(T / H) with long-term marginal distribution of the wave height P(H) we establish a new parameterized model for the long-term joint distribution P(H,T). Studies on ultrastructure of oocyte in process of maturing in pen shell

The present paper deals with the ultrastructural changes of oocyte in the process of maturing in pen shell Atrinapectinata Linne. When it develops from the antecedent growth period to the accelerating growth period the annulate lamellae emerge, the RER better develop, the yolk granules with single and double layer membrane and are visible. In the well-developed mitochondria there is yolk stored. The Golgi vacuoles are brewing yolk granules. At the mature period the annulate lamellae and the Golgi bodies disappear, and there are only a few RER and mitochondria with poor cristae in the cytoplasm. All these might be well used for judging the maturity of the ootids in the process of the artificial propagation.     

Study of zooplankton ecology in Zhejiang coastal upwelling system-Zooplankton biomass and abundance of major groups

The studied area is a shallow water area that belongs to the East China Sea continent shelf. The distribution of zooplankton biomass is higher inshore than offshore. The maximum abundance is in the inshore edge of the centre of upwelling, which is the superposed area of the salinity front and temperature front, due to the fact that the mixture of three different waters has brought about a concentration of nutrients. The herbivorous Euphausia, Copepoda and Tunicata are the major groups of the abundant area. Tunicata possess the possibility to compete against other kinds of herbivorous zooplankton. This means that there is negative correlation between the distribution of Tunicata and that of Copepoda and Euphausia. The positions of maximum areas of zooplankton biomass, phytoplankton individual and the concentration of phosphates and chlorophyll-a overlap one another. In the centre of upwelling, zooplankton can not adapt itself to the environment of lower temperature and less oxygen even with rich nutrient
