一场新的“蓝色圈地运动”正在世界各大洋、海域间展开，世界开始进入一个全面争夺瓜分海洋、开发利用海洋的新时期。     

贯彻落实《海域法》 保障“海上山东”建设

为进一步学习宣传、贯彻落实《中华人民共和国海域使用管理法》，山东省人民政府日前在济南召开了“山东省宣传贯彻《海域使用管理法》座谈会”。省人大常委会副主任王道玉、副省长陈延明出席会议并作了讲话，省直１５个涉海部门的负责同志参加了座谈会。     

印尼地震破坏力巨大将永久改变该地区地图形态

美国地球物理学家认为，2004年12月26日发生在印尼海域的地震所引发的海啸威力之大，甚至使地球在轨道运行时都发生了震颤．并且永远改变了该地区的地图形态。     

Spatial variability of soil nutrients in Punta Fort William,Greenwich Island,maritime Antarctic

This study aims to report baseline soil nutrients, specifically the organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus profile, in soil samples collected from Puntta Fort William on Greenwich Island in maritime Antarctic. Samples were collected along two transect lines during the early summer of 2008. Ward＇s method of hierarchical agglomerative clustering was employed to group the sampling points based on their physico-chemical properties. In this context, the soil samples can be grouped into three major clus- ters： （1） Samples with intensive biological activities, （2） samples from the area recently exposed by glacial retreat and （3） samples from barren and dried areas. Nutrient contents in Punta Fort William are driven by the intensity of biological activities as well as melt water from the Qnito glacier.     

长岛县加快地质公园建设步伐

长山列岛国家地质公园,位于胶东、辽东半岛之间的山东省长岛县,横跨黄、渤两海,由32座岛屿组成,岛陆面积56km^2,海域面积8700km^2,海岸线146km,辖8处乡镇,40个行政村,5．2万人口。地质地貌丰富,自然景观奇特,是全国唯一的国家级海岛地质公园。长山列岛国家地质公园于2005年9月被国土资源部批准建设。     

三山岛北部海域金矿勘查工作思路与实践

三山岛北部海域金矿床位于胶东西北部三山岛成矿带之中,为一严格受断裂构造控矿的超大型破碎带蚀变岩型金矿床。矿体全部赋存于滨海海域,具有规模大、延伸稳定、有用物质分布较均匀的特点。作为国家级首批整装勘查区的一部分,尤其是首次在浅海海域进行深部勘查,该区勘查工作受到了多方重视、关注和支持,在1年的时间里完成了主要靶区的详查工作。它首开我国浅海海域金矿勘查的先河,是在综合分析研究矿田成矿背景与找矿潜力的基础上开展的一次系统的、由预查开始直接完成详查的勘查活动,具有周期短、规模大、成果丰、效果好的特点,对我国以后海域固体矿产勘查工作具有一定的借鉴意义。     

El Ni■o对南沙群岛海域表层水温、波浪及海况的影响

根据南沙群岛海域船舶报的表层水温和波浪资料,分析了ElMino事件对该海域上述水文要素的影响。结果表明：（1）在该海域与赤道东太平洋,表层水温变化是同位相,而与赤道西太平洋呈反位相;（2）在ElNino年,南沙群岛海域海况恶劣,大浪频率增加;更以ElNino的次年为甚。文中对产生以上现象的原因作了初步探讨。     

Analysis of petroleum hydrocarbons in mangrove sediments of Red Sea of Yemen

A field work has been carried out to identify the occurrence of oil and oil products pollution in mangrove sediment from Red Sea of Yemen. The concentration of total petroleum hydrocarbons is from 700ng/g at Kamaran Island station to 400 ng/g at Al-Hodiedah station, and the total organic carbon （TOC） in samples ranges from 0. 07% at Dhubab station to 0. 03% at Kamaran Island station. This pollution is as a result of localized oil pollution and/or heavy ship traffic in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

本文概述了地矿部1994年度海洋地质科技进展概况。主要介绍了“八五”期间地矿部石油地质海洋地质局系统国家攻关项目、国家南极委科技攻关项目、国家大洋专项及部、局控项目的情况及科研成果．

全国海洋工作会议于2011年12月26日在北京召开,国家海洋局刘赐贵局长在工作报告中充分肯定了2011年海域管理工作取得的成绩,即作为海洋综合管控能力建设的主要组成部分,海域管理各项工作在过去的一年里得到全面推进,海洋综合管控能力稳步增强;
