某大厦深基坑开挖与施工安全监测实践与体会

从深基坑安全监测实例出发,介绍了一种简便、易行、稳定、可靠的射线形水平位移基准网,同时适用用小角法高精度位移监测.另外就温度的变化对水平位移值的影响,降水施工对地面沉降,深层土体位移的影响及测斜管埋设的重要性提出了自己的观点、认识与体会,希望对类似工程有一定参考价值.     

A multiscale work-analysis approach for geotechnical structures

This paper presents a second-order work analysis in application to geotechnical problems by using a novel effective multiscale approach. To abandon complicated equations involved in conventional phenomenological models, this multiscale approach employs a micromechanically-based formulation, in which only four parameters are involved. The multiscale approach makes it possible a coupling of the finite element method (FEM) and the micromechanically-based model. The FEM is used to solve the boundary value problem (BVP) while the micromechanically-based model is utilized at the Gauss point of the FEM. Then, the multiscale approach is used to simulate a three-dimensional triaxial test and a plain-strain footing. On the basis of the simulations, material instabilities are analyzed at both mesoscale and global scale. The second-order work criterion is then used to analyze the numerical results. It opens a road to interpret and understand the micromechanisms hiding behind the occurrence of failure in geotechnical issues.     

诸暨洞室工程稳定性评价

本文主要根据杭铁诸暨387洞室工程所取得的地质资料及室内岩石物理力学试验指标为依据,对该工程的围岩进行分类、並对围岩进行有限元方法的分析,及对围岩局部块体利用赤平极射投影方法进行稳定性验算,对该工程主体洞室的稳定性作出评价。

这次会议是进入新世纪我局第一次工作会议,是一次总结过去,谋划未来的重要会议,开好这次会议对我局在新世纪实现新发展有着十分重要的意义.会议的主要内容是认真学习温家宝副总理的重要讲话精神,总结回顾"九五"地矿工作改革发展的基本情况,讨论修改我局"十五"改革发展纲要、"十五"前三年经济责任制考核办法和精神文明建设考核办法,安排部署2001年工作.下面我代表局党组作工作报告.     

Women at work—experiences and identity in rural East Germany

The economic restructuring since German unification has produced gender-differentiated patterns in the rural workplace. Most studies of East German labour market changes have illustrated the nature of such patterns in quantitative terms whilst neglecting their impact on everyday life. The relationship between the significance of work for women's quality of life and self-identification, and women's withdrawal from the public has, however, remained under-explored. Based on data obtained through correspondence and in-depth interviews in Mecklenburg-Westpommerania, this paper aims to address this relationship by discussing women's work-related experiences before and since unification.     

浅议高压喷射注浆技术

高压喷射注浆技术是近年发展起来的一种基础处理新技术,它是利用高压载能介质将软弱土体冲切破碎后注入固结浆液在原位混合凝固,达到强化地基的目的。该技术多用于深层软土地基加固,建造堤坝防渗帷幕及高强度的防渗挡土墙等。本文就这项新技术及其机具设备与安装、施工程序、应用前景作了概括介绍。     

论地方地震科研工作的制约因素及改革对策

本文列据说明地方地震科技队伍是一支重要力量，但与专业地震科学队伍相比较，因制约因素多，存在很大差距，要发挥地方地震科学队伍的作用，必须走改革之路，在认识上、组织上、步调上应该协调统一，以达到专群，上下真正结合。     

四川地震工作三十年的进展与新世纪的展望

回顾了四川省过去30年的地震工作，包括地震观测技术、地震预报、地震地质、工程地震、地震灾害预测和防震减灾系统。指出存在的问题并提出建议。     

Global city and precarious work of migrants in China: a survey of seven cities

Drawing on data from a sample of 2,518 migrant workers from seven cities in China, this paper examines how precarious work of migrants varies across different types of cities. The research finds that compared with their counterparts in the non-global cities, migrant workers in Shanghai experience lower levels of precarity in their jobs. Additionally, with regards to different aspects of precariousness of work, Shanghai performs particularly better on providing labor contracts and social insurances. Contrary to the standard “Global City” hypothesis, it seems that in a developing country such as China, globalization is more likely to improve the institutionalization and standardization of industrial relationships rather than decay them.     

闪电定位仪在人影作业中的应用研究

利用闪电定位仪系统所提供的多站综合定位资料和单站定位实况资料,结合9210系统所提供的卫星云图、雷达回波图以及T 213和日本的数值预报等资料,在做出24h降水预报的基础上,用闪电数据、云图等资料可制作未来3h降水预报。根据3h预报对作业点的作业条件进行指示,从而可为人影作业服务。经过试用验证表明,研究结果对人影作业有较好的指示意义。
