Relations between load and settlement of circular foundations on or in a dense sand expressed by a function of diameter and depth

When load acts on a circular foundation on or in a dense sand, average contact pressure on the lower surface of the foundation is q and settlement of the foundation is s. Diameter and depth of the foundation are B and D_f. When the sand, B and D_f are given, we can know the relation between q and s/B by, e.g. a loading test, i.e. the relation is determined by B and D_f for the sand. Using the results of numerical analyses, we express a relation between q and s/B up to s=0.1B by functions of a single variable which is a linear combination of B and D_f. Consequently when two foundations have different B's and different D_f's but have the same value of the variable, the relations are the same. Then we examine whether the functions can express the results of eleven tests of model foundations of wide range of B and/or D_f.  我国西部开发将要在网络经济、知识经济与全球化经济的新时代下进行。其国家战略目标是逐步缩小地区差异、加快经济结构性调整,增进民族团结。经过近50年来的努力,西部的地球科学信息资源是相当丰富的,利用卫星遥感数据更新也是切实可行的。应该充分加以利用,作为区域规划和工程设计的依据,并建议以信息化带动现代化,实现跨越式发展     

几个河外射电源第二历元的327MHz VLBI观测

１９９１年３月，我们利用上海２５ｍ射电望远镜和欧洲ＶＬＢＩ网联合对几个河外射电源进行了第二历元的３２７ＭＨｚＶＬＢＩ观测．数据的相关处理先后在上海天文台三台站ＭＫ２相关处理机和美国的Ｃａｌｔｅｃｈ／ＪＰＬ相关处理机进行，以便于比较相关结果。本文给出３Ｃ８４、３Ｃ３４５和３Ｃ３８０的混合图。与第一历元的观测比较，３Ｃ３４５和３Ｃ３８０的流量密度没有明显的变化，但３Ｃ３４５的结构变化明显。３Ｃ８４和３Ｃ３４５有喷流的迹象．３Ｃ４５４．３的总流量在不到两年的时间内增加了２５％，如果这个变化是内禀的话，那么可能意味着一次新的流量爆发。     

双成分星际介质的折射闪烁

本文用比较严格的理论讨论了由连续介质和散射薄屏组成的星际介质对河外射电源的折射闪烁．对折射闪烁引起的流量变化的结构函数Ｄ（τ）（τ为迟后时间）的计算表明，结构函数的幂律部份的指数Ｐ（Ｄ（τ）（∝τＰ）依赖于上述两个成份的相对散射强度，即在连续介质散射为主的情况下；而在薄屏散射为主的情况下；若两个成份的散射可相比较时，１＜Ｐ＜２．因此本模型可以用于解释在河外射电源和脉冲星中观测到的折射闪烁的结构函数具有不同幂指数的情形，特别是Ｐ～１．５的情形．     

IERS综合河外射电源表的检验

本文对ＩＥＲＳ综合河外射电源表进行了检验，指出１９８８至１９９１各年度的ＩＥＲＳ综合河外射电源表中均存在坐标系统不一致问题，部分射电源的位置坐标中带有几个毫角秒的偏差，与公认精度不符。坐标系统不一致问题影响了ＩＥＲＳ综合表的指向维持，使此维持仅限于数学意义上的平均水平，失去了明确的物理意义。     

洛阳市供水前景预测及对策探讨

洛阳市地下水资源量丰质优，远期供水前景较为乐观。然而，由地下水开采引起的环境水文地质问题仍属客观存在。本文在供水前景预测的基础上，提出了五项对策，对城市远期供水规划具借鉴意义。     

磺酸自硬砂引起球铁件表层异常组织的研究

通过实验研究,用甲苯磺酸作催化剂的呋喃树脂自硬砂与稀土镁作催化剂生产的球铁件,通常在其铸件表层出现异常组织。提出导致异常组织产生的原因,同时又降低了试件的冲击值,并且采用反应型或屏蔽型涂料将可防止球铁件表层异常组织缺陷,为生产性能良好的球铁件提供技术依据。     

HAXTEL: A Laue lens telescope development project for a deep exploration of the hard X-ray sky (> 60 keV)

A review of the HAXTEL project devoted to the development of a Laue lens telescope for hard X-/gamma-ray observation of the continuum spectra of celestial sources is presented. Main design properties, open issues, the status of the project and an example of multi-lens configuration with sensitivity expectations are discussed.
