福州市区居民环城游憩偏好研究

随着福州环城游憩带发展日趋成熟,福州市区居民的环城游憩需求也日益旺盛,其游憩偏好在很大程度上决定了福州环城游憩带游憩功能的发挥.文章采用问卷调查的方法,从游憩形式、游憩吸引物及游憩区位3个方面分析了福州市区居民的环城游憩偏好特征及影响因素,并结合市区居民的环城游现状,为福州环城游憩带的发展提出合理化的建议.

宁波市旅游娱乐用海适宜性评价和海洋功能区划完善研究

文章通过构建评价指标体系、确定指标权重、数据标准化处理和加权叠加分析,对宁波市旅游娱乐用海进行适宜性评价,将宁波市海域划为适宜区、较适宜区和一般适宜区3个等级;通过对比,宁波市海洋功能区划基本上对旅游资源进行较完善的利用但仍有不足;结合适宜性评价结果,提出完善海洋功能区划的建议,即提出应被划为旅游区的海域、可作为自然保护区和旅游区共同开发的海域以及可作为后备旅游区的海域。     

城市生态游憩空间休闲价值对比分析——以常熟市为例

生态游憩空间建设是城市建设的重要内容,提升休闲价值是城市生态游憩空间建设的重要任务。在常熟市具有突出城市生态游憩服务功能的林地、草地、水域区选择可比性观测廊道,在对游客自发性休闲游憩行为进行动态观测的基础上对各生态游憩空间的休闲价值进行动态对比。结果表明：① 全年水域的休闲价值最显著,其次依次是草地、林地。② 全年各生态游憩空间休闲价值的时间分布不均衡,且有一定互补性。③ 林地对于老年人的休闲价值最突出,而中年人更偏好水域休闲,青年及少儿更偏好草地休闲。④ 在城市生态游憩空间建设中可根据各年龄段人群分布确定生态游憩空间配置方案;根据各生态游憩空间休闲价值差异及其时间变化配置相应休憩设施,并对生态游憩空间实施动态管理;根据影响因素提升各生态游憩空间休闲价值等。

中国儿童游憩需求与供给的空间分异及影响因素

使用统计数据和游客生成数据,从公共性和商业性视角评估中国城市儿童游憩供需空间分异,并使用逐步回归与地理加权回归识别影响因素。研究发现：① 中国城市儿童游憩需求和供给呈现胡焕庸线以东高、以西低,需求以首府城市为中心极,供给则以直辖市和旅游城市为中心极;② 中部内陆腹地供给匮乏、西部与东部沿海供给充足,胡焕庸线以东省会城市最匮乏;③ 中心城市高需求引致儿童游憩供给的集聚、虹吸效应,加剧游憩机会的不平等;④ GDP、城镇居民人均可支配收入、高级景区数量、第三产业占比、旅游人次和城镇化率是形成儿童游憩供给空间差异的主要因素。     

婺源县森林景观游憩价值的经济评价

文章在简要分析森林游憩价值经济评价方法的基础上，采用旅行费用法（TCM）对婺源县森林景观游憩价值进行了经济评价。采用整群随机抽样的方法对研究区的游客进行半访谈式问卷调查，根据调查资料，将婺源县游客来源划分为15个出发区，建立了游林率-旅行费用回归模型。结果表明，旅行费用与游林率呈极显著的负相关，文化程度与游林率呈显著的正相关；在此基础上制定了游憩需求曲线，计算得出研究区2002年森林景观游憩经济价值为1．02亿元。     

城市河道公共休闲的适宜性指标体系构建与评价——兼论北京河道公共空间休闲价值

城市河道是集城市生态保育、娱乐游憩、居住生活、景观等多重功能于一体的开放空间。对城市河道公共休闲空间的利用目前存在价值利用与控制难以协调的矛盾,构建城市河道公共休闲价值评价指标对城市河道休闲空间的规划与开发具有重要的现实意义。基于目前公众对城市河道休闲的识别要素,综合国内外学者对休闲空间评价、城市河道生态健康评价等研究,将城市河道公共休闲空间适宜性指标归纳为资源特性、形态特性、功能特性、文化特质、公共特性等5个维度共42项指标;综合考虑指标的代表性和易操作性等特征,在指标权重确定上,使用最常用的关联矩阵法,反映各指标的重要性差异;利用确定的指标体系和权重测度了北京城区已治理的14条河道的公共休闲适宜度。结果表明,北京市城市河道普遍存在生态景观特征较好,但实用性有待加强的现实问题。
