直管公房管理系统设计与实现

为了提供实时、准确的公房信息,使住房保障管理工作更加高质高效,本文提出了构建基于MapGIS的直管公房管理系统。本文以MapGIS开发平台为基础,根据公房数据的特征,设计并实现了该系统,重点介绍了该系统的设计方案、功能和开发实现。     

地籍信息与社会公共信息整合关系研究

采用文献资料法和比较分析法,建立了由"地籍空间分辨率圆锥"和"地籍时间参照系统"构成的区域地籍信息模型,阐述了现代地籍信息与社会公共信息整合关系在地籍空间定位系统、时间参照系统、边界系统及环境系统中的体现。

PPGIS实现的难点探讨

大众参与地理信息系统(PPGIS)属于GIS技术应用之一,主要强调普通民众的群体参与,以帮助政府、规划等职能部门更好地进行决策和计划。本文着重从技术、公众权利保障性、数据三个方面论述了实现PPGIS项目中主要的难点和核心问题。     

An evaluation of the Wellington Regional Genuine Progress Index

There is widespread discontent with the gross domestic product (GDP) as a measure of progress for society. Alternative measures have been proposed, including the genuine progress indicator (GPI). This paper examines the changing institutional arrangements and attitudinal context in the recently developed Wellington region (New Zealand) GPI. We found an alignment between the GPI framework and the Local Government Act. Despite this fit, we identified challenges, including the need to revitalise public participation through deliberative techniques. It remains too early to judge whether the GPI initiative will launch a viable alternative to the GDP for the Wellington region.     

教育公共服务设施可达性评价与规划——以江苏省仪征市高级中学为例

学校是公共服务设施的重要组成部分,其空间分布以及可达性的优劣,直接影响到受教育者接受教育的机会和方便程度。把可达性的概念引入到教育公共设施的规划中,利用Mapinfo公司的控件MapX和Borland公司的可视化编程语言Delphi,开发了基于时间最短的路径选择信息系统,生成了学校可达性的等时线图和学校服务范围图,通过该系统可直观地看到区域内任何一点到达学校所花费的最短时间以及通过的路径。以江苏省仪征市的高级中学为例,运用该系统对高级中学的可达性进行了评价,并提出了其规划方案。
