基于GML从DXF文件到Shape文件格式转换的研究与开发

由于AutoCAD系统与GIS系统在数据结构上存在着较大的差异,这使得其数据往往不能很好地满足GIS的要求。本文在分析目前AutoCAD数据到GIS数据转换存在问题的基础上,利用GML提出一种新的数据格式转化方法,解决了GIS系统与AutoCAD系统之间的数据共享问题。并通过实践证明,该方法可以真正实现数据的无损转换。     

The second law of geography for a spatially enabled economy

ABSTRACT

Location has proven axiomatic as an economic variable throughout human history. Tobler’s first law of geography introduced the importance of location; in that, near things are more related than far things. In an age of digital economies, a new research frontier exists where everything is more related to everything else and has an increased economic value from spatially enabled technology. The accessibility of digital-spatial information has brought economic geographers to a new understanding of markets within a Digital Earth framework. The importance of location to economic value can be expected to grow as the Internet of Things develops in sophistication. New business models enter and disrupt established markets with innovative spatially enabled approaches. A successful penetration of established markets suggests a new business model for financial and functional utility by engaging spatially enabled assets. The second law of geography is introduced as a conceptual framework to comprehend the economic potential of spatially enabled information. A comparative analysis of non-spatial versus spatial web agents provides a quantitative framework to demonstrate the benefits of the Digital Earth economy.     

The Contribution of the Cartographic Visualisation in Understanding the Historical Geography of an Old Land Property Regime in Mouth Athos (Karyes)

The peninsula of Mount Athos is the largest monastic gathering of Modern Orthodoxy in the world, operating continually under the same regime since 883 AD. Focusing on Mount Athos, this paper attempts to examine the spatial regime continuation and identify the relation to what is considered to be a small residential unit around a central church (Protatos) within the limits of the Athos peninsula. The paper investigates the delimitation of the area, mapping and recording the relevant changes cartographically. At the same time, the paper creates a cadastral plan of the present regime, recording real estate owners in a cadastral table. Finally, the paper focuses on the significance of the findings to the historical geography of Athos, as well as the emergence of a new ‘area’, added to the twenty monasteries of the peninsula after 1450.

Google Earth软件具有免费、开放、简单易用等特点,对丰富教学资源和改善教学方法具有重要意义。基于GoogleEarth平台,在《城市遥感技术》教学中,对于遥感成像和影像特征、遥感解译标志及方法、城市遥感影像的信息提取、城市遥感专项调查等章节的理论教学,应重点运用遥感影像的搜索、标注和显示等功能;对于遥感影像地图制作、地类信息提取、演变信息提取等实验教学,应重点运用采集、存储、查询、分析、显示和输出等集成功能。实践表明,Google Earth值得在地学教育模式革新中推广。

随着测绘信息化时代的到来,测绘生产模式发生了重要的变化,改变了流程长、分工细的传统工艺,转而向内外业一体化发展。本文主要探讨了测绘内外业一体化出现的背景和它带来的影响,同时重点讨论了在测绘内外业一体化下,职工业务素质和教育、测绘队伍改革和布局两大问题,为新时期测绘地理信息队伍建设和整体布局提供一些对策建议。     

State-of-the art and perspectives of economic geography — taking stock from a German point of view

This article presents an evaluation of the current status of economic geography in general and German economic geography in particular with respect to research topics. A comparison with Anglo-American economic geography, more specifically, its actual research fields are also undertaken on the basis of a bibliometrical analysis of German and international journals dedicated to economic geography. On the basis of this analysis suggested actions are formulated, which could contribute to improved performance of research in German economic geography.
