河南省老龄人口的空间分布及变动

根据人口普查数据资料,运用数理统计分析方法对河南省老龄人口的分布及其变动、人口密度及其变化趋势等进行分析。河南乡村老龄人口仍占多数,但其分布重心正逐步向城镇转移;各地区老龄人口规模相差较大且分异明显,同时,地区间老龄人口密度差异悬殊,增长变化差距很大;老龄人口分布虽存在地区差异,但发展变化总的趋势是人口老龄化、高龄化加速发展,养老服务需求增大。建立科学合理的社会养老服务体系是当前应对人口老龄化、保障和改善民生的必然要求。     

The population structural transition effect on rising per capita CO2 emissions: evidence from China

ABSTRACT

The per capita CO₂ emissions (PCCE) of many developing countries like China have been rising faster than total CO₂ emissions, and display spatial divergence. Such temporal growth and spatial divergence will have a significant influence on efforts to mitigate CO₂ emissions. Given the research gap on the impact of the structural transition in population on PCCE, we constructed an econometric model using the dynamic panel method. The results reveal that the population structural transition has a significant nonlinear impact on PCCE, as the rate of population growth in China decelerates. Both demographic ageing and urban-rural migration have a stronger impact on PCCE than other factors. This effect, however, decreases beyond a certain threshold. An increase in the number of households due to urbanization and family downsizing has resulted in a positive effect on PCCE, without a threshold turning point. The research also finds that an increased share of the service sector in employment can reduce PCCE only if the sector employs more than 31.56% of the total employed population. Overall, these findings indicate that policymakers should pay attention to the prominence of the demographic structural transition for effective climate policy.

Key policy insights

• Policymakers should address rising per capita carbon emissions (PCCE) and their spatial divergence in future climate policies, not just total CO₂ emissions.

• The transitioning demographics of ageing and urbanization in China show a nonlinear, inverted U-shaped effect on PCCE instead of a continuously positive effect.

• Based on the nonlinear effect of employment structure on PCCE, policymakers should focus on the relationship between the structural transition of the economy and PCCE in future climate mitigation policies.

     

基于聚合点的网络多媒体业务拥塞控制

当前广泛开展的网络多媒体业务都存在不同程度的服务不稳定情况,其原因是架构于网络上的多媒体业务缺乏整体有效的网络控制机制.基于研究提出了一种基于聚合点的拥塞控制方法,能对网络多媒体业务进行有效的拥塞控制.与现有业务实施机制相比,该方案实现简单,能更有效保证业务的开展.     

基于边界替代的人口数据空间化方法研究

首先将山东省各县市按级别分类,利用回归方法得到不同级别县市的城镇居住密度与农村居住密度,然后根据乡镇驻地位置,构造Voronoi图来替代乡镇边界。在此基础上利用各乡镇人口数据与居民点数据计算得到各 Voronoi图形的居住密度,并将该密度赋予每个图形的发生点(即乡镇驻地位置),而后利用反距离插值算法,并结合窗口移动平均处理,得到全省的居住密度分布图。使用居住密度分布图和居民点分布数据,计算人口分布数据。并根据每个县市的图上汇总人口和统计人口,计算得到各县市的调整系数,使用该系数对每个栅格的人口数进行调整,保证了各县市总人口不会出现误差。最终得到山东省1km×1km栅格的人口分布数据。最后选取某些样本县, 在样本县内对比每个乡镇图上的人口与实际统计人口,结果表明该人口分布数据有较高的精度。     

影响萼花臂尾轮虫种群增长的生态学因子的研究——光照的影响

采用种群累积培养法，在控温３２℃条件下，分别用蛋白核小球藻和啤酒酵母作为饵料，研究了有无光照和不同光照强度对萼花臂尾轮虫种群增长的影响。结果表明，光照对该轮虫的种群增长具有极显著的影响，却有光照组轮虫的种群密度极显著地高于无光照组；但在本实验设计范围内，光照强度的变化对该轮虫的种群增长无显著影响。因此，光照对该轮虫的培养是必要的。     

The excitation mechanism of the interstellar 6.7 GHz methanol maser

We notice that the second kind of astronomical methanol maser with strong emission always coexists at both 6.7 GHz and 12.2 GHz and in association with compact H II regions and we are led to propose a new excitation mechanism —maser amplification of the 6.7 GHz maser wothout population inversion. We show that this mechanism is compatible with the astronomical conditions and that it and other mechanisms are not mutually exclusive, rather it may serve as a useful complement.     

Spatial Autocorrelation and Localization of Urban Development

A nonlinear analysis of urban evolution is made by using of spatial autocorrelation theory. A first-order nonlinear autoregression model based on Clark’s negative exponential model is proposed to show urban population density. The new method and model are applied to Hangzhou City, China, as an example. The average distance of population activities, the auto-correlation coefficient of urban population density, and the auto-regressive function values all show trends of gradual increase from 1964 to 2000, but there always is a sharp first-order cutoff in the partial auto- correlations. These results indicate that urban development is a process of localization. The discovery of urban locality is significant to improve the cellular-automata-based urban simulation of modeling spatial complexity.
