中国温泉资源旅游利用形式的变迁及其开发现状

就中国温泉利用演化过程和南、北及内陆温泉观光利用的实态特征，对温泉观光开发资本的地域特性给予经比较全面的论述，力图从时间空间二维尺度展示中国温泉观光利用实态的分布，为有志从事温泉旅游地理学研究的学者提供一些可参考的关于中国温泉利用的文献。

介绍了嵌入式GIS技术及其发展动态，简要描述了嵌入式GIS的相关背景技术，讨论了基于Windows CE的嵌入式GIS的设计和开发，最后介绍了嵌入式GIS的应用及其主要功能。

应用常规天气图资料和欧洲数值预报产品，统计分析阿克苏地区春季灾害性大风的气候特征和发生的天气形势特点，得到一些有益的结论，在今后的预报工作中有一定的参考价值。     

联合国召开阿尔及利亚地震救援经验总结会

为了总结在阿尔及利亚地震救援工作中存在的问题和经验教训，联合国人道主义事务办公室于2003年9月9～10日在瑞士日内瓦举行了“阿尔及利亚地震救援经验工作会议”。来自参加过地震救援的部分国家、阿尔及利亚和有关国际机构的代表共93人参加了会议。文章介绍了会议讨论的问题，包括灾害初期预警、动员和救援队的部署；现场协调；搜救工作和使用指南。最后，针对我国国际救援队的工作，提出具体建议。     

电视天气预报节目画面设计体会点滴

通过电视天气预报画面设计的工作实际，总结了工作体会，从提高整体效果出发，提出了可供设计参考和画面设计的3方面建议。     

WinASEAN for remote sensing data analysis

The image analysis system ASEAN (Advanced System for Environmental ANalysis with Remote Sensing Data) was designed and programmed by a software development group, ImaSOFr, Department of Remote Sensing Technology and GIS, Institute for Geography, National Centre for Natural Science and Technology of Vietnam under technical cooperation with the Remote Sensing Technology Centre of Japan and financial support from the National Space Development Agency of Japan. ASEAN has been in continuous development since 1989, with different versions ranging from the simplest one for MS-DOS with standard VGA 320×200×256 colours, through versions supporting SpeedStar 1.0 and SpeedStar PRO 2.0 true colour graphics cards, up to the latest version named WinASEAN, which is designed for the Windows 3.1 operating system. The most remarkable feature of WinASEAN is the use of algorithms that speed up the image analysis process, even on PC platforms. Today WinASEAN is continuously improved in cooperation with NASDA (National Space Development Agency of Japan), RESTEC (Remote Sensing Technology Center of Japan) and released as public domain software for training, research and education through the Regional Remote Sensing Seminar on Tropical Eco-system Management which is organised by NASDA and ESCAR In this paper, the authors describe the functionality of WinASEAN, some of the relevant analysis algorithms, and discuss its possibilities of computer-assisted teaching and training of remote sensing.

江苏地震应急基础数据库建设的启示

江苏省地震应急基础数据库建设项目于2006年5月全面铺开,经过半年紧张有序的工作,数据资料收集和数据库建设取得了一定的成效,在2006年12月中国地震局组织的全国地震应急基础数据库项目阶段检查中成绩显著,在应急基础数据库建设中取得的一些经验和启示在今后工作中值得借鉴。     

The youngest record of metriorhynchid crocodylomorphs,with implications for the extinction of Thalattosuchia

Here we describe an isolated tooth of a metriorhynchid crocodylomorph from the Hybla Formation (Aptian, Lower Cretaceous) of Rocca Chi Parra quarry (Montagna Grande, Calatafimi, Trapani Province), Sicily, Italy. The specimen shares with the Upper Jurassic taxon Plesiosuchus manselii a mediolaterally compressed conical tooth crown, noticeable lingual curvature, mesial and distal carinae with microscopic, rectangular contiguous denticles, strong distal curvature of the mesial margin, and the presence of weak 'carinal flanges' on the labial and lingual surfaces (which are preeminent at the mid-crown). This suite of morphologies is also present in an unnamed Valanginian (Lower Cretaceous) plesiosuchinan from France. However, the Sicilian tooth differs from these taxa in having more pronounced carinae, and faint apicobasally aligned enamel ridges. It also differs from P. manselii in having more extensive 'carinal flanges' on the labial surface. The specimen extends the known geological range of Metriorhynchidae and Thalattosuchia by approximately 7–8 million years. This overturns previous hypotheses of Metriorhynchidae becoming extinct early in the Early Cretaceous.     

基于“天地图”的专题网站的用户体验研究——以永定旅游地图服务网为例

"天地图"是国家地理信息公共服务平台,基于该平台开发的专题地图网站已涉及1 000多个领域,但同一些商业地图网站相比,目前仍存在公众使用率不高等问题,而用户体验是提高这类网站满意度的重要举措。本文以基于天地图·永定平台开发的永定旅游地图服务网为例,探索了该类型地图网站用户体验的研究方法,提出了将定性与定量分析、共性与个性分析相结合的研究方法。
