金沙江鲁地拉电站库区段地质灾害的发育特征及其工程危害性

库区处于云贵高原西部、青藏高原东南缘,为中国西南地区的活动构造区,显著的内、外动力地质作用致使区内地质灾害十分严重。经野外调查发现,区内主要的地质灾害类型为崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等,且主要集中分布在金江桥以东的高山峡谷区;在实际调查库长为100km的河谷段,共发育着81处地质灾害点,总平均线密度(D)为0.81个/km,其中滑坡为区内最主要的地质灾害,共发育59处,占总灾害点的72.84%。在野外地质调查的基础上,着重阐述了库区段主要地质灾害的类型、发育特征和地质灾害与工程安全的关系,为工程的规划和地质灾害的治理提供科学依据。     

自动雨量站降雨资料质量评估方法研究

利用19种不同型号的自动雨量站2005年6—9月在北京 (54511)、宜昌 (57461) 和南京 (58238) 3站的实测对比观测资料, 进行降雨资料质量评估, 不同的评估方法将会导致评估结果的差异。结果表明:采用自动气象站降雨资料和雨量筒人工定时观测记录作为降雨量参考标准对自动雨量站进行评估时, 由于降雨量参考标准本身存在的不确定性, 或多或少影响了评估结果的准确性。在广泛试验的基础上, 提出了采用基于各自动雨量站观测结果的拟合降雨量作为降雨量参考标准的新思路, 并对拟合降雨量的可行性、适用性以及计算方法进行了详细论述。     

锦屏一级水电站工程岩体对穿声波与单孔声波关联性探讨

声波波速作为可以评价岩石(体)致密与坚硬程度、完整程度、嵌合紧密程度等工程地质特性的综合性单一指标,在工程岩体质量检测和固结灌浆效果评价中获得了广泛的应用。锦屏一级前期勘察阶段开展了22000多米平洞与承压板变形模量试验配套的对穿、单孔声波测试,11 400多米钻孔单孔声波测试;施工阶段坝基、左岸抗力体开展了11 000多米单孔声波测试,263孔2 380 m的对穿、单孔声波测试,58点承压板变形模量试验配套的对穿、单孔声波测试。依据不同的统计方法(孔段长度、孔数)分别对两个阶段的对穿、单孔声波测试成果进行分析,研究结果表明:单孔声波波速V_p总体上高于对穿声波波速V_cp,且V_p/V_cp比值在1.05～1.20范围;单孔声波波速和对穿声波波速之间的定量关系,可以采用公式V_cp=1.1608V_p-1.0232来描述,且由该式获得的岩体变形模量(E_o50)与单孔声波波速的相关公式,可用于不同岩体等级的变形模量预测。该研究成果可为类似水电水利...     

山东省数字强震台站建设及其汶川8.0级地震的纪录特征

介绍了山东省强震观测台站在十五期间的建设情况,通过汶川8.0级地震的检验,表明山东强震观测台站的观测仪器运行良好,强震台站的场地条件与强震动参数存在明显的相关关系,强震动的土层放大效应非常明显,其影响对结构第一周期在1s-8s左右的建筑物具有重要的作用。

应用“十五”JOPENS系统提供的多种地震定位方法,对福建台网记录的网内、网缘、中国台湾地震分别进行定位、分析,对地震定位方法的选择提出相应的建议。     

基于功能的结构抗震设计研究进展

简要回顾了功能设计理论在结构工程中的发展历程,以及基于功能的设计理论提出的背景,发展情况及研究内容。阐述了将功能设计理论引入到水电工程中的必要性,指出了水电工程中应用功能设计方法应首先解决的几个问题,探讨了可能的解决方法。     

中国海外移民类型及移民族群特征探讨

中国人移民海外历史悠久,近百余年来规模最大,至今已超过3000万人。中国海外移民对许多国家和地区的社会经济发展产生了重要影响。文章概要回顾了近代中国各类型海外移民的历史,分析了海外移民的世界分布格局及其形成原因。在揭示海外移民为当地资源开发、经济发展、社会进步、民族独立作出重要贡献基础上,对华人族群民族意识、文化属性、传统华人社会结构、双重认同、不同地域华人族群特色以及海外移民不同程度融入所在国主流社会的类型等进行了研究。文章强调,当前对不同地域华人族群所居地位和作用,应加深理解,在振兴中华进程中,国家应高度重视这一族群能力的发挥。

Stability analysis on Jinjia dam hydropower project in Chongqing City

The stability analysis is one of the chief problems at hydropower stations.The Jinjia Hydropower Station is a significant project in Southwest China.The paper adopts the rigidity limited equilibrium theory and evaluated stability of the slope body,which will provide the evidences for further detail design.
