武汉市传销犯罪点的空间格局变化及其建成环境影响因素

基于POI数据的大型零售商业设施空间布局与业态差异——以广州市为例

以广州市为例,基于大型零售商业设施POI（Point of Interest）数据,运用空间计量分析方法,对大型零售商业设施总体及不同业态的空间分布及其影响因素进行了探究。结果表明：总体上,大型零售商业设施空间分布呈现出由内向外扩散的多中心圈层式结构,沿交通干道生长和连片蔓延趋势明显,中心城区设施临近轨道交通分布指向性突出。不同业态分布差异明显,大型购物中心和商场主要分布在中心城区及外围城区次中心,大型综合超市由中心城区内部向边缘区域扩散趋势明显,大型专业店主要分布在中心城区的边缘区域。影响因素方面,人口、经济和租金因素对其总体分布影响显著为正。不同业态所受影响因素有所不同,除人口等传统影响因素外,与生活中心、产业园或专业市场的临近性也会分别对大型综合超市和大型专业店的空间分布造成显著影响。     

国家战略重点西移中我区部分相关项目的评价及选项研究

“九五”期间,国家将加大对中西部地区的投入,战略重点逐步向中西部转移,国家将采取包括优先安排资源开发和基础设施建设项目,增加财政支持和建设投资等一系列政策措施支持中西部发展。为了抓住这个机遇,加快我区经济发展速度,增强经济实力,逐步缩小与沿海各地和东部地区的差距,根据自治区的国土资源、政策、经费、技术、市场等诸因素进行了全面详细的分析研究,筛选了一批有前途、有潜力、有市场、有基础的项目。

顾及路网车程的医疗服务能力分析——以武汉市为例

针对医疗资源分布现状问题,通过量化分析,本文对武汉市中心城区的医疗服务能力进行评估,并结合现有社区的划分,以两步移动搜索算法为基础,引入路网车程对评估模型进行改进。根据实验结果,科学地评价城市医疗资源布局,并为医院选址规划提供合理建议。     

社区尺度的北京儿童服务设施可达性分析

儿童服务设施是建设儿童友好性城市的重要内容。基于北京城区社区人口数据及儿童服务设施数据,通过两步移动搜寻法,以社区为单元分析儿童服务设施可达性的空间格局及分布模式。结果显示,不同类别儿童服务设施空间可达性服务水平差异较大,在1000米阈值范围内小学的空间可达性水平优于幼儿园,3000米阈值范围内儿童诊所的空间可达性优于公园。受儿童人口和儿童服务设施分布的影响,小学、幼儿园、儿科门诊的可达性均呈现“中心高、边缘低”的分布格局,空间分布不均衡;公园分布则相对分散,其可达性呈现边缘区域优于中心区域分布特征。北京城区儿童服务设施可达性情况可分为五种类型区,类型区之间以同心圆的结构进行组合,局部体现出扇形的特征。据此提出针对不同区域儿童服务设施的改善策略。     

基于Voronoi图的公共服务设施布局优化方法

公共服务设施的布局优化中一般要考虑两类因子:几何因子与社会经济因子,但现有的方法大多侧重于某一类因子或者其中的部分信息。本文使用Voronoi图为主要的分析手段,给出了基于人口导向、面积导向以及人口-面积综合导向的三种不同的布局优化方法,对现有的设施点进行保留、删除或在此基础上新增服务设施点。通过反复分析,最终实现多类设施空间布局的优化。
