云南金沙江流域水土流失直接经济损失测算方法与区域特征分析

应用环境经济评价理论与方法,定量地测算了云南金沙江流域水土流失(包括坡面侵蚀和重力侵蚀2个方 面)的直接经济损失,包括养分流失损失、水分流失损失和泥沙流失损失3项内容,并分析了水土流失直接经济损失 的区域特征,为该流域水土流失防治提供了基础依据。     

汕头市旅游市场研究

对旅游市场的实践调查研究表明 ,景点旅游者市场与城市旅游者市场存在着几个明显的差异。汕头市是一个经济发达但旅游资源级别相对不高的旅游地 ,区分其景点和城市旅游市场 ,并结合市场需求与旅游产品对应分析发现 ,城市商务旅游是推动汕头市旅游发展的主体动力。     

秦岭-大别地区矿产开发与利用对策

文章对秦岭－大别地区矿产资源开发的区域经济环境进行了分析，在矿产资源开发利用现状分析的基础上，对矿产资源的潜在价值、提取价值 以及经济效益进行了测算，提出了该区矿产资源开发利用的5条措施：即强化矿产勘查工作，保证矿业可持续发展；建设综合性矿物原料基础和加工产业基础；综合开发、综合回收利用；矿产资源开发实行统筹管理、保护性开采利用；重视生态环境的影响和保护，走可持续发展之路。     

新经济区位分析与区域政策调整探索

通过比较分析传统区位理论，重点阐释新经济区位的一些新特征。提出应对我国现行的区域政策作些调整，一是区域倾斜政策的调整，把新经济重点布局在区位引力大的环渤海，长江三角洲，珠江三角洲等地区。使之尽快形成中国的新经济增长源；二是新经济产业政策的区域调整，鼓励东部的上述3个地区和中西部的武汉，成都，西安等特大城市地区加强无形知识产品的生产，提高新经济产业内部结构素质。     

西部地区的开发建设

我国西部地区计11个省区,土地面积约 700万平方公里,人口 3.4亿。区内自然资源丰富,开发潜力巨大。本区的开发建设主要是利用本地自然资源优势,发展社会主义商品经济。加强西部地区开发建设,加快脱贫致富步伐,是我国四化建设的需要,是本地区人民的迫切愿望,是项光荣而艰巨的任务。为此应采取一系列政策措施。

通过研究长江流域经济的持续快速健康发展,上中下游的协调发展,产业结构的优化和产业政策的实施,外向型经济发展,基础产业和基础设施的发展与合理布局,大中小城市协调发展和城乡一体化,自然资源的合理开发利用,生态环境的治理与保护,分析了长江流域持续发展的基本态势,存在的主要问题,并提出对策。
