Apatite is a cumulate phase in the upper parts of some mafic layered intrusions and anorthositic complexes. We investigated the effect of pressure and fluorine on apatite saturation in mafic magmas to better understand under which conditions this mineral crystallizes. Apatite saturation gives information about the formation of silicate rocks, and is of interest in explaining the formation of apatite–oxide-rich rocks (e.g. nelsonites comprising approximately, one-third apatite and two-third Fe–Ti oxide). Two models of formation are proposed for this rock type: crystal fractionation followed by accumulation of apatite and Fe–Ti oxides and liquid immiscibility. New experiments carried out with mafic compositions at 500 MPa confirm that the most important variables on phosphate saturation are SiO2 and CaO. Fluorine addition leads to apatite saturation at lower SiO2 and higher CaO concentrations. Comparison of our results with those of previous experimental studies on liquid–liquid immiscibility at upper-to-mid-crustal conditions allows us to investigate the relative importance of apatite saturation versus liquid–liquid immiscibility in the petrogenesis of nelsonites and similar rocks. The liquid line of descent of three natural examples studied (the Sept-Îles intrusive suite, the anorthositic Complex of the Lac-St-Jean and the Skaergaard layered intrusion) do not cross the liquid–liquid immiscibility field before they reach apatite saturation. Thus, the apatite–oxide-rich rock associated with these three intrusive suites are best explained by crystal fractionation followed by accumulation of apatite and Fe–Ti oxides.  相似文献

We report new occurrences of “two-phase” granitic textures from the Western Krušné hory/Erzgebirge pluton (central Europe) and use crystal-size distribution data and thermodynamic modeling to interpret their crystallization conditions. The two-phase texture consists of (1) early phenocrysts of quartz, plagioclase, K-feldspar and biotite, (2) medium-grained matrix of the same phases and (3) interstitial channels and patches of a late-stage, very fine-grained matrix. The porphyritic two-mica microgranites, which host two-phase textures, occur as minor intrusions in early low-F biotite granites or as marginal parts of evolved high-F Li-mica granites. Measurements of the crystal-size distribution of quartz revealed three grain populations: (1) early phenocrysts (0.5–3.0 mm) showing partial resorption by residual melt, (2) a medium-grained population of the equigranular rock matrix (0.05–0.50 mm) that experienced minor coarsening by subsolidus annealing and (3) a fine-grained population (<0.03 mm) in the interstitial channels and patches formed during rapid devolatilization; this quartz group shows no or poor grain coarsening. All samples exhibit similar fraction of the fine-grained population (44–52%) but proportions of phenocrysts to medium-grained matrix vary significantly. Thermodynamic modeling of liquidus equilibria and experimental data in the hydrous haplogranite system require: (1) ascent of a granitic suspension (15–25% phenocrysts) under H2O-undersaturated conditions at 25–45 bar/°C and a cooling rate of 40 J/(g kbar) in order to produce partial resorption of quartz phenocrysts and continued growth of feldspar phenocrysts, followed by (2) emplacement as discrete intrusions or bodies along pluton roof accompanied by sudden devolatilization. At the onset of matrix nucleation, disequilibrium undercooling of 70–85°C was inferred from the presence of micrographic intergrowths of quartz and K-feldspar. The two-phase granites in the Western Krušné hory/Erzgebirge pluton and in the Southeast Asian batholith form compositionally narrow groups with high-silica and moderate volatile enrichments but they differ in peraluminosity and phosphorus concentrations. 铂族元素(PGE)矿床的研究在过去几十年取得了重要的进展.它可以赋存于不同的岩石类型、形成于不同的时代.内生PGE矿床与不同的岩浆类型及热液活动有关.由于铂族元素特殊的化学性质,比较稳定且难熔于普通的酸、碱等,故铂族元素成矿具有特殊性.PGE矿床可划分为岩浆型、热液型、火山块状硫化物型(VMS)和外生型四大类型.岩浆型又可分为铜镍硫化物型、铬铁矿型和磁铁矿型,热液型主要有斑岩型和夕卡岩型,外生型包括黑色页岩型和砂铂矿型.本文讨论了各岩浆演化过程中:(i)硅酸盐和氧化物的分异,(ii)富Fe矿物(橄榄石、辉石、磁铁矿、铬铁矿)的分异,(iii)岩浆的混染,(iv)不同成分、硫不饱和的岩浆的混合等,都可以导致岩浆中硫达到饱和,一旦形成不混熔硫化物熔体,硫化物富集,将形成有经济价值的PGE矿床.同时,成矿还受温度、Ni和Cu含量、体系中其它组分和硫逸度的控制.岩浆后期的热液蚀变会改变PGE的含量和品位,但典型的铂矿床一般没有遭受热液蚀变作用的显著影响.本文指出了铂族元素矿床研究存在的主要问题.如PGE矿床的物质来源、PGE演化过程中的分配规律、铂族元素矿物(PGM)的赋存状态,并对以后的发展前景做了展望,指出西藏(蛇绿岩套铬铁矿亚类和俯冲增生弧斑岩型Cu-Au矿)和新疆(碰撞后二叠纪岩浆Cu-Nj硫化物型和黑色页岩型)是我国寻找PGE矿床的最有利地区.  相似文献

利用柳州和桂林天气雷达(SB)资料和相关实况资料,对2016年4月9日夜间柳州一次强雹暴天气的环境条件和雷达回波结构演变特征进行了详细分析。结果表明:(1)雹暴发生在低层热低压发展,中层有冷温槽发展东移,高层有急流的背景下。地面干线和中尺度辐合线触发的对流云团在不稳定层结和较强的深层垂直风切变作用下发展为超级单体。(2)超级单体的低层反射率因子呈现出明显的钩状回波或倒"V"型人流缺口。反射率因子垂直剖面呈现出典型的有界弱回波区、回波悬垂和回波墙。最大的回波强度出现在沿着回波墙的一个竖直的狭长区域,其值达到65 dBz。相应的中低层径向速度图呈现出一个强中气旋,旋转速度达到24 m·s。该中气旋的发展和维持使得超级单体风暴发展并维持。(3)得出大冰雹临近预警的雷达参数量化指标:最大反射率因子达到60 dBz,中等强度以上中气旋,VIL值和VIL密度分别达到60 kg·m~(-2)和5.0 g·m~(-3),50 dBz以上强回波区伸展到-30℃层高度以上。  相似文献

In remote sensing–based forest aboveground biomass (AGB) estimation research, data saturation in Landsat and radar data is well known, but how to reduce this problem for improving AGB estimation has not been fully examined. Different vegetation types have their own species composition and stand structure, thus they have different data saturation values in Landsat or radar data. Optical and radar data also have different characteristics in representing forest stand structures, thus effective use of their features may improve AGB estimation. This research examines the effects of Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) and ALOS PALSAR L-band data and their integrations in forest AGB estimation of Zhejiang Province, China, and the roles of textural images from both datasets. The linear regression models of AGB were conducted by using (1) Landsat TM alone, (2) ALOS PALSAR data alone, (3) their combination as extra bands, and (4) their data fusion, based on non-stratification and stratification of vegetation types, respectively. The results show that (1) overall, Landsat TM data perform better than PALSAR data, but the latter can produce more accurate estimates for bamboo and shrub, and for forests with AGB values less than 60 Mg/ha; (2) the combination of TM and PALSAR data as extra bands can greatly improve AGB estimation performance, but their fusion using the modified high-pass filter resolution-merging technique cannot; (3) textures are indeed valuable in AGB estimation, especially for forests with complex stand structures such as mixed forests and pine forests with understories of broadleaf species; (4) stratification of vegetation types can improve AGB estimation performance; and (5) the results from the linear regression models are characterized by overestimation and underestimation for the smaller and larger AGB values, respectively, and thus, selecting non-linear models or non-parametric algorithms may be needed in future research.  相似文献

Generalization of soil–structure interface models from dry/saturated states to consider partially saturated states is studied in this paper. For this purpose, basic constitutive equations of a conventional elasto-plastic interface model are firstly presented. Then, consideration is given to the effect of partial saturation on definition of effective stress, location of the critical state line as well as the impact of interface state on plastic hardening modulus and dilatancy. For each concern, proper independent approaches together with associated constitutive equations are discussed to be included in the basic model as complementary ingredients. Among many different possibilities to combine complementary constitutive equations for effective stress, relocation of the critical state line with degree of saturation, and impact of the interface state on plastic hardening modulus and dilatancy, six essential cases are selected. Evaluations show that all six cases can realistically consider the impact of partial degree of saturation on the peak and residual shear strengths as well as the volume change behavior of unsaturated interfaces.  相似文献

本研究采用常压蒸馏法测量,利用Quantulas 1220超低本底液闪谱仪测量海水样品中氚活度的方法,对影响测量结果的测量时间、无氚水、闪烁液以及二者混合比例等进行研究.在优化了这几个参数后,使得方法检测限为1.07Bq/dm~3.为了检测方法的适用性,本研究课题组参与IAEA海水氚样品测量,测量结果为2.91±0.35 Bq/dm~3,与IAEA参考值(2.80±0.06 Bq/dm~3)相对偏差仅为3.9%,证明了该方法测量海水的可行性.此外,与文献值比较,本方法适用于核电厂运行后,邻近海域海水中氚的测量.  相似文献

A new scheme that separates convective-stratiform rainfall is developed using threshold values of liquid water path (LWP) and ice water path (IWP). These cloud contents can be predicted with radiances at the Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit (AMSU) channels (23.8, 31.4, 89, and 150 GHz) through linear regression models. The scheme is demonstrated by an analysis of a two-dimensional cloud resolving model simulation that is imposed by a forcing derived from the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere Coupled Ocean–Atmosphere Response Experiment (TOGA COARE). The rainfall is considered convective if associated LWP is larger than 1.91 mm or IWP is larger than 1.70 mm. Otherwise, the rainfall is stratiform. The analysis of surface rainfall budget demonstrates that this new scheme is physically meaningful.  相似文献

新疆黄山-镜儿泉一带是天山东段重要岩浆铜镍硫化物成矿带,但对其中含铜镍岩浆起源和硫饱和机制尚存较大争议。黄山南岩体是近年来在该成矿带中发现的另一个含矿性较好的重要岩体。岩体可分为超镁铁质岩相和镁铁质岩相,超镁铁质岩相为主要含铜镍矿岩相,而镁铁质岩相并未发生明显的矿化。超镁铁质岩相岩石类型包括二辉橄榄岩、斜辉橄榄岩、橄榄二辉岩、二辉岩、角闪二辉岩及少量粗粒辉长岩,其中二辉橄榄岩和二辉岩是主要含矿岩石类型。镁铁质岩相由苏长岩、辉长岩、角闪辉长岩、闪长岩及石英闪长岩组成。黄山南岩体的(~(87)Sr/~(86)Sr)i(0.7036~0.7057)、ε_(Nd)(t)(-1.2~+7.4)、(~(206)Pb/~(204)Pb)i(17.152~18.088)、(~(207)Pb/~(204)Pb)i(15.385~15.571)和(~(208)Pb/~(204)Pb)i(37.127~38.252)变化范围均较大,显示了母岩浆遭受了较明显的壳源物质混染。岩浆源区在板片俯冲过程中壳源物质加入明显,而原始岩浆上升过程中壳源物质的混染有限。Sr-Nd-Pb同位素组成指示黄山南含矿岩体的形成与塔里木大火成岩省并无直接联系。虽然黄山南岩浆铜镍硫化物矿石δ~(34)S值介于-1.54‰~2.03‰之间,落在幔源硫的范围内,但是Se(×10~6)/S比值表明壳源硫的加入对成矿母岩浆硫饱和起到重要作用。  相似文献
