卫星云图在短时降水预报中的应用

把卫星云图分析同数值预报产品及常规资料相结合,给出了淮南市短时降水预报指标,以提高卫星云图在短时预报中的可用性。     

一次台风暴雨过程数值产品动力释用预报的模拟试验

以国家气象中心T42产品资料作为环境的初始场,采用P－σ混合坐标的有限区域细网格模式,对9406号台风暴雨过程进行24、48小时数值预报模拟试验并取得较好效果。

提出了旅游资源与旅游产品的概念,阐述了与分析了旅游产品的特性、整体旅游产品的三个层次、旅游产品的价值与定价原则、旅游产品的促销等问题。     

Dynamic Characteristics of Granite Subjected to Intermediate Loading Rate

Summary A large diameter split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) has been developed. This equipment is briefly described, together with a shaped striker that initiates a half-sine incident waveform to obtain the complete stress-strain relationship of the Bukit Timah granite at medium strain rate. Good constant strain rate was derived, and the dynamic complete stress-strain curves and energy absorption of the granite were measured at a strain rate between 20 and 60 per second. Repeated impact between 60–90% of the static strength of the granite was also conducted. Results from the tests show that the cumulative damage of the granite depends on the peak stress of the dynamic loads with a fixed duration. The dynamic fracture strength of the granite loaded at medium strain rate is directly proportional to the cube root of the strain rate. For the granite loaded at this strain rate, Youngs modulus is unchanged. Energy absorption of the samples loading to fragmentation determined its fragmented size distribution. At high strain rate, the rock possesses large energy absorption and the particle size of the fragments is much smaller.     

棉兰老岛以东反气旋涡的Argo观测研究

报道了2003年1月至10月期间,由布放于西北太平洋中的Argo剖面浮标捕获的位于棉兰老岛以东海域的反气旋涡。该涡中心位于8.7°N、127.6°E附近,距大陆坡不远,沿等深线走向呈椭圆形分布。其长轴(NW-SE)约200km,短轴(NE-SW)长约120km。Argo浮标的漂移轨迹及其在表层及1 500db层的漂移速度场表明,该反气旋涡位于温跃层以下,中层海洋特征。在1 500db层上,涡的外围平均切向速度为11.9—14.0cm.s-1,旋转周期约为40d。温、盐度断面分布表明,该反气旋涡内的温盐结构非常复杂,可能与源自南、北半球的中层水团在涡旋内交汇并发生变性有关。

水产养殖病害及其药物控制与水产品安全

针对目前我国水产养殖过程中对发生的病害多采用药物控制极易造成因药物使用不当或盲目用药等原因，使细菌产生耐药性、水产品中出现药物残留、养殖环境不断恶化的同时，最终会影响食品安全的现状。从常见病毒病、细菌病，以及寄生虫病等论述开展对药物残留毒性研究，重视专用渔药研制、加强用药指导，减少用药盲目性等工作的重要性。     

The Circulation in the Upper and Intermediate Layers of the South China Sea

The circulation in the basin of the South China Sea is reproduced using a four-layer numerical model. Current fields in the second (upper) and third (intermediate) layers are emphasized. Three eddies coexist in the upper layer in summer. The circulation pattern in this layer is similar to that in the first (surface) layer. In winter, a cyclonic circulation occupies the entire basin of the South China Sea in the upper layer as in the surface layer. On the other hand, the circulation pattern in the intermediate layer is fairly different from that in upper two layers especially in winter. A double-gyre pattern appears in the intermediate layer during winter. The pattern is caused by the propagation of the baroclinic Rossby wave of the second mode. This wave is excited at onset of the winter monsoon wind. Such circulation pattern well explains the observed salinity distribution in the intermediate layer. Although the double-gyre pattern in the intermediate layer is revealed even in summer in this model, it is restricted in the western part of the basin. Besides, its current speed is small compared to that in winter.     

地衣芽孢杆菌De株之胞外产物对凡纳滨对虾淀粉酶活性影响的体外研究

试验以半透膜法收集地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)De株的胞外产物(extracellular products,ECP),以匀浆离心法提取凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)成虾的肝胰腺和肠道消化酶,将芽孢杆菌胞外产物和对虾消化酶按体积比10∶90混合,采用体外分析法研究在不同温度、pH及胞外产物添加量等条件下胞外产物对对虾淀粉酶活性的影响.试验共设A、B、C、D、E 5个试验组,每组三个平行.其中空白组A为地衣芽孢杆菌的胞外产物,试验组B、C组分别为添加了胞外产物的对虾肝胰腺消化酶、肠道消化酶,对照组D、E分别为未添加胞外产物的对虾肝胰腺消化酶和肠道消化酶样品.温度为20～40℃时试验组B、C的淀粉酶活性要明显高于对照组(p＜0.05),其中肝胰腺淀粉酶和肠道淀粉酶的活性分别提高了25.9%和19.3%,但该温度要远低于芽孢杆菌胞外淀粉酶的最适温度60～90℃.在pH为5～6时,试验组B、C的淀粉酶活性明显高于对照组(p＜0.05),对虾肝胰腺淀粉酶和肠道淀粉酶的活性分别较对照组提高了33.3%和122.2%,而该pH同样要低于芽孢杆菌胞外淀粉酶的最适pH值(6～9).此外,研究还表明试验组的淀粉酶活性随胞外产物添加量的升高而降低,即胞外产物在一定条件下可能抑制对虾内源淀粉酶的生物学活性.从本研究看,地衣芽孢杆菌胞外产物在一定程度上可促进对虾的淀粉酶活性,而当胞外产物活性高于0.02 U/mg蛋白质时,对虾淀粉酶活性将受到抑制.     

国外海洋抗肿瘤活性物质的研究与开发

海洋生物是抗肿瘤活性物质的重要来源。近十几年来，已从不同的海洋生物中分离鉴定了许多结构新颖的抗肿瘤活性物质，显示出诱人的研究开发前景。本文综述了目前国外从海洋动物、海洋植物和海洋微生物抗肿瘤活性物质的研究开发进展。
