办公园区的规划设计浅析——以中冶京诚亦庄第二办公区设计为例

依托地理信息产业园建设的实践,通过对产业园发展的驱动力分析,详细归纳出产业园建设模式,并充分论述了各种模式的主要特点,进而提出了产业园建设和发展的支撑体系,尤其是针对产业园的现状深刻反思了产业集群的新态势.     

泛长三角地区大型主题公园时空分布初步研究

作为世界旅游组织确定的未来旅游业发展三大趋势之一的主题公园,近年来以极为迅猛的速度发展,而作为主题公园相对较为集中的泛长三角地区,其发展速度和规模尤为突出。选取上海市、江苏省、浙江省和安徽省,即以泛长江三角洲地区为研究对象,从时间和空间两个维度上对其范围内大型主题公园的分布特征进行分析,总结出泛长三角大型主题公园的发展阶段、空间分布聚集特征明显以及影响分布的5个因素（经济发展因素、区位因素、产业融合因素、创新因素和城市发展因素）等。最后对时空分布进行总结并提出未来需要加强研究的若干方面。     

湿地公园生态旅游开发综合评价研究——以盐城市盐渎公园为例

在评价湿地现有成果的基础上,以盐渎湿地休闲公园为例,利用层次分析法对湿地公园生态旅游开发进行综合评价。从生态环境、生态旅游资源、生态旅游开发等三方面着手,构建城市湿地公园生态旅游开发综合评价体系,然后对评价体系进行计算机处理、排序和检验,最后对各个评价因子进行模糊分类及分析,为城市湿地公园生态旅游的开发提供理论和实践依据。

基于遥感影像的三星工业园区建设进展及区域功能置换监测研究

基于2011年5月至2014年4月的多源、多时相遥感影像和园区规划数据,利用摄影测量、图像处理、影像解译等相关技术,对三星工业园区进行建设进展、区域功能置换情况的统计和对比分析。研究结果表明:监测区域在开工建设的一年半时间内,一期项目综合保税区主体结构已初具规模,但是建设进展仍然比预期滞后。区域功能置换方面,由原来传统的粗放型农业用地结构变成了一个集电子信息、科技研发、保税物流、虚拟口岸为一体的自由贸易示范区。     

青藏高原国家公园群功能评价与结构分析

国家公园群是青藏高原推动生态安全屏障与区域绿色发展协同提升的重要模式探索。深入研究青藏高原国家公园群的功能结构特征,是推进国家公园有序组织、协同建设的关键科学问题。本文综合PSR评价模型、位序—规模法则、耦合协调度模型构建国家公园群功能结构识别评价方法,解析青藏高原国家公园群的多元功能类别、等级结构与功能结构特征。结果表明：① 青藏高原国家公园群要维护内生和外延两类关系,对内要促进生态保护、游憩利用和社区发展之间的利益合理配置,对外要通过单体国家公园之间的有序组织来推进生态安全屏障功能和区域绿色发展,在功能发挥的尺度跨越过程中处理好协同演化关系;② 青藏高原国家公园群生态保护、游憩和社区发展功能的重要性突出,科研和教育功能发展空间较大,Zipf指数表明多元功能等级符合位序—规模法则且呈现均衡发展特征,单体国家公园需根据特色定位强化其优势功能项;③ 青藏高原国家公园群各项功能之间的耦合度为0.7809、协调度为0.6227,呈较高强度耦合、中级协调状态,单体国家公园的多元功能耦合强度及协调程度差异较大,呈现不同的功能结构特征,可分为全面协调型、优势发展型、一般发展型和一般滞后型。本文深化了国家公园（群）功能评价研究,为青藏高原国家公园群功能优化与可持续发展提供科学参考。
