施氏鲟Asnanos1基因序列分析及其在雌雄不同组织中表达

本研究首先从施氏鲟(Acipenser schrenckii)性腺转录组中获得nanos1(Asnanos1)基因全长c DNA,并对其序列的准确性和特征分别进行PCR验证和生物信息学分析。进一步利用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测Asnanos1基因在雌、雄施氏鲟的性腺、心脏、鳃、脑、肾、肝脏、脾脏等组织中的表达量。利用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测Asnanos1基因在雌、雄施氏鲟的性腺、心脏、鳃、脑、肾、肝脏、脾脏等组织中的表达量。结果显示:Asnanos1的c DNA全长为1 389 bp,其中,5′非编码区(UTR)为414 bp,3′UTR为279 bp,ORF为696 bp。该基因共编码231个氨基酸。Asnanos1基因在施氏鲟除心脏以外的各组织中均有表达,在雌、雄鱼的鳃、脑、肾、肝脏、脾脏等组织中表达量无显著差异,但在卵巢中的表达量显著高于其他各组织(P0.05)。所得到的结果可为人工培育全雌施氏鲟苗种提供一些基础资料。     

The benefits and challenges of Collective and Creative Storytelling through visceral methods within the neoliberal university: Debate title: Better than text? Critical reflections on the practices of visceral methodologies in human geography

This contribution describes three phenomenon regarding visceral methods. It highlights the importance of collaborative data creation, and the opportunity of creativity to produce pleasure, laughter, as well as to see and sense power. But it also demonstrates the danger posed by the neoliberal university to the further development and implementation of visceral methods.     

A New Species of Cupressinocladus from the Lower Cretaceous of Guyang Basin, Inner Mongolia, China and Cluster Analysis

Cupressinocladus Seward is a fossil genus of conifers and conifer fossils with reproductive organs are very rare. In general, it is difficult to understand the natural affinities with other conifers. In this paper, a new species, Cupressinocladus guyangensis P.H. Jin et B.N. Sun sp. nov., is reported based on branches with immature female cones from the Lower Cretaceous Guyang Formation of the Guyang Basin in Inner Mongolia, northern China. The foliage shoots are decussate. Leaves are decussate, imbricate, scale-like, weakly dimorphic, and bear longitudinal glands on the abaxial view. Stomata complexes are haplocheilic, monocyclic, irregularly arranged, and spread along the leaf margin. Immature female cones are subglobose with 6–8 cone scales, and three subglobose ovules arranged in a row at the base of the cone scales. Moreover, we performed cluster analysis using a statistics and machine learning toolbox for 23 fossils and extant species based on 16 morphological characters. The result implies that the new species bears a close resemblance to the extant Cupressus funebris Endl. and might have nearest systematic affinities to it.     

Undocumented Students’ Narratives of Liminal Citizenship: High Aspirations,Exclusion, and “In-Between” Identities

This study illustrates how national immigration policy relegates undocumented immigrant children to spaces of liminal citizenship, which shape their aspirations for higher education. Recognizing the power of migrant narratives, and the importance of privileging youths’ voices through children's geographies, we present the narratives of undocumented high school students from several rural North Carolina communities. Despite various barriers facing undocumented students, most have high academic aspirations. Students construct new forms of citizenship, legitimating their claims to higher education access through their achievement. Their liminal status, however, contributes to the formation of conflicted, “in-between” identities.     

Geography and Planning: Some Perspectives

This paper analyzes the migration of Puerto Rican-born women from the United States to Puerto Rico using longitudinal data. We hypothesize that sojourn length in the United States is a function of both structural (macro-level economic and cultural factors) and behavioral (micro-level life-cycle experiences and personal attributes) variables. We test these hypotheses by estimating a proportional hazards model. The parameter estimates of this model indicate that sojourn length in the United States, and thus the decision to return to Puerto Rico, is a function of wage trends and community characteristics on the mainland plus a number of individual attributes that include education, marriage, and childbirth.     

Neighborhood Factors Associated with Same-Sex Households in U.S. Cities

Quality of life cannot be fully described by the availability of regional amenities. Instead, it also depends on the quality of neighborhoods and housing. In connection with discussions on knowledge workers, not much systematic research has been done on the characteristics of neighborhoods characterized by high proportions of same-sex households. By analyzing census tracts within select counties across the United States using Poisson regressions, this article investigates what factors are related to the number of same-sex households.

Human geography in higher education in Malaysia: Issues and challenges

This paper reviews the state of higher education human geography in contemporary Malaysia in relation to four main challenges: defending the unity of identity of higher education geography as a coherent and distinct discipline; ensuring the institutional survival of geography in higher education; enhancing the visibility of geographers as public intellectuals; and fostering the internationalization of human geography in Malaysia. It also suggests possible measures in responding to these. Moreover, while sharing the problems of developing higher education human geography experienced in other countries, Malaysia suffers most from national education policies that place lesser importance on the teaching of geography in schools, that stipulate a non‐English (Malay) medium of instruction, and that have been late in espousing an outward looking research university concept. In summing up the prevailing conditions as depicting a mixed bag of benign contentment, hard‐nosed pragmatism and continuing frustrations, it is uncertain whether recent policy changes to advance research environments in public universities can appreciably alleviate the fourfold challenges mentioned above.     

φ73 mm×5 mm薄壁摩擦焊绳索取心钻杆的研制

介绍了国内绳索取心钻杆和摩擦焊技术的现状。通过对3种深孔绳索取心钻杆连接结构和生产过程的对比,分析了薄壁摩擦焊绳索取心钻杆用于深孔钻探的优势。介绍了φ73 mm×5 mm薄壁摩擦焊绳索取心钻杆的结构设计和加工过程,提出了焊接过程的主要技术问题和注意事项。通过拉力扭矩试验得出钻杆主要技术参数,能承受的最大拉力580 kN,最大扭矩5500 N·m,建议使用深度2000～3000 m。     

女性日常休闲行为的时空间结构特征——以广州高校女性教职工为例

通过对高校女性教职工的日常体闲行为的时空间结构特征的分析,了解女性教职工休闲生活的基本特征和规律.以高校女性教职工为研究对象,通过对广州6所高校的实证研究,剖析了高校女性教职工日常休闲行为的户内与户外的时空间结构特征,同时通过属性相关性分析,进一步了解了女性休闲活动空间和女性属性的相关性,以期通过对女性休闲生活状况与质量的研究来指导相应的休闲空间与要素的规划和布局.
