Marine genetic resources: A review of scientific and commercial interest

Marine genetic resources both within and beyond national jurisdiction have been the focus of international negotiations in a range of forums in recent years. One recurrent theme throughout these discussions has been the absence of detailed information upon which policy responses to the emerging issue of the conservation and sustainable use of marine genetic resources (especially in areas beyond national jurisdiction) could be based. In an effort to address some of these knowledge gaps, this article examines the level and nature of scientific and commercial interest in marine genetic resources, including in areas beyond national jurisdiction. It also examines the changing perspectives of the scientific community in relation to the potential of marine genetic resources.     

商事委托合同任意解除权的思考

中国现行合同法没有区别民事委托合同与商事委托合同,而统一赋予两者任意解除权,导致实践中商事委托合同因任意解除权的行使而产生了大量的纠纷。对赋予商事委托合同提出质疑,并从委托合同任意解除权之法理,委托合同之发展演变,商事委托合同之博弈性,商事委托合同之经济性以及商事委托合同任意解除权行使与权利滥用等诸多角度论述了赋予商事委托合同任意解除权的不合理性。     

近30年珠江口海域游泳动物经济物种群落结构变化特征

本研究以1986—2016年珠江口海域游泳动物调查资料为基础,统计分析了近30年珠江口海域游泳动物经济物种群落结构变化特征及主要经济物种渔获率之间的相关性分析.结果表明:2000年以前和2000年以后珠江口海域游泳动物经济物种群落结构差异明显,2000年以前游泳动物经济物种种类数量显著高于2000年以后(F＝6.711...     

东海区底拖网渔业主要经济鱼类渔业生物学的初步研究

根据1997~2000年东海区底拖网渔业资源调查资料,分析了18种主要经济鱼类的渔业生物学特征,运用体长频率法估算了von Bertalanffy生长参数、总死亡系数、自然死亡系数、捕捞死亡系数和开发率。结果表明,大部分鱼类已出现个体小型化,15种鱼类的开发率过高,处于超额开发状态,其中,4种为重度超额开发,开发率大于0.8,7种为中度超额开发,开发率介于0.7~0.8之间,4种为轻度超额开发,开发率为0.5~0.7。建议加强保护和管理,以利于鱼类资源的可持续利用。     

新疆克拉玛依市商业地价空间分布规律研究

城市地价是一个具有时空性质的多维概念,在空间分布上具有较强的关联性和特殊性。但目前对城市地价空间分布规律方面的研究相对较少,还没有形成系统性的理论与方法依据,本文以克拉玛依市2007年土地调查商业用地数据和地价动态监测数据为依据,以ARCGIS软件为平台,采用地统计学的方法,对克拉玛依市商业用地价格的空间分布进行了研究。研究表明:地统计学的理论与方法对城市地价空间分布进行研究具有独特的优越性;城市商业用地地价的分布在空间上既有连续性,也存在变异性,受区域整体趋势的影响明显高于小范围的变异性,属于强空间自相关;商业用地地价分布整体呈现圈层结构,交通道路对地价的空间分布具有重要影响。     

广州市商业业态空间形成机理

以产业、用地、交通、行为、历史和文化为影响要素,分析多要素共同作用下广州市商业业态空间形成的机理,并对业态空间的效益进行评价。提出并界定了研究概念,从广州土地供应的数量、结构、分布等角度,分析了城市用地扩展与商业业态空间的关系,并总结指出：商业与房地产业具有空间共生性,相关产业的整合程度影响零售空间的发展水平。在交通网络建设对业态空间的影响方面,认为城市对外交通干线主要影响批发空间的格局;对内交通干线则直接引导零售空间的拓展方向。在行为对业态空间的影响方面,消费者的消费需求和出行倾向促成零售空间的功能分化。作者还探讨了城市历史文化与商业业态空间的关系,认为广州市区逐渐形成“传统商业街→现代购物中心→仓储式商场”的地域结构。最后,概括了多要素影响下商业业态空间的形成机理,并通过效益分析对商业业态空间进行评价。     

基于空间分析方法的商业选址研究——以珠海市香洲区为例

选址的正确与否对商业活动的成功起着举足轻重的作用,传统的商业选址方法多以数学模型或经验法则为主,而近年来随着城镇化进程的急速发展,利用传统数理方法进行商业选址不能满足商业选址的迫切需求.本文利用GIS中的空间分析方法,以珠海中心市区香洲区为研究对象,对影响珠海市商业选址的主要因素进行空间分析,为商业选址决策提供快速有效的可视化定量分析方法.
