We derive the relative moment rate function for the shocks with Mw > 5 in the 1997-98 central Italy seismic sequence, started with the Mw = 5.7, 09/26/97 00:33 event, by applying an empirical Green functionmethod. By using three conveniently placed broadband MedNet stations we obtain apparent source time functions indicating clear directivity effects for all of the analysed earthquakes, with rupture propagation generally directed outward from the epicentral area of the09/03/97 foreshock sequence. Taking a simple source model, forward modeling is utilized for determining fault parameters such as length, rupture propagation velocity and direction and, for the three major events,slip distribution. The effects of the break propagation directions onthe sequence evolution is discussed. A possible inconsistencyresults for the shallow 04/03/98 shock, which could be avoided if alink with the deep 03/26/98 event is assumed.Our analysis evidences the importance of a quick determination for the fault parameters in order to image the possible induction of fracturing on nearby structures.  相似文献

The relationships between diatoms (Bacillariophyceae) in surface sediments of lakes and summer air temperature, pH and total organic carbon concentration (TOC) were explored along a steep climatic gradient in northern Sweden to provide a tool to infer past climate conditions from sediment cores. The study sites are in an area with low human impact and range from boreal forest to alpine tundra. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) constrained to mean July air temperature and pH clearly showed that diatom community composition was different between lakes situated in conifer-, mountain birch- and alpine-vegetation zones. As a consequence, diatoms and multivariate ordination methods can be used to infer past changes in treeline position and dominant forest type. Quantitative inference models were developed to estimate mean July air temperature, pH and TOC from sedimentary diatom assemblages using weighted averaging (WA) and weighted averaging partial least squares (WA-PLS) regression. Relationships between diatoms and mean July air temperature were independent of lake-water pH, TOC, alkalinity and maximum depth. The results demonstrated that diatoms in lake sediments can provide useful and independent quantitative information for estimating past changes in mean July air temperature (R2 jack = 0.62, RMSEP = 0.86 °C; R2 and root mean squared error of prediction (RMSEP) based on jack-knifing), pH (R2 jack = 0.61, RMSEP = 0.30) and TOC (R2 jack = 0.49, RMSEP = 1.33 mg l-1). The paper focuses mainly on the relationship between diatom community composition and mean July air temperature, but the relationships to pH and TOC are also discussed.  相似文献

The adsorption performance of β‐ionone on four types of granular activated carbon (GAC) in water was investigated through batch experiments. The effect of initial β‐ionone concentrations and natural organic matter (NOM) adsorbed on GAC, adsorption kinetic and isothermal models were also studied. The results showed that four types of GAC all had good adsorption performance for β‐ionone, the equilibrium adsorption amount of the GAC employed was in the order of YK > GK > MZ‐A > MZ‐B. The adsorption amount increased with increasing initial concentrations. The presence of NOM could reduce adsorption of β‐ionone to a certain extent, and small molecular weight (MW) fractions (particularly <1000 Da) exhibited a remarkably competitive effect on the adsorption of β‐ionone. The experimental data showed good correlation with pseudo‐first‐order model. Furthermore, adsorption of β‐ionone on GAC fitted Freundlich, Langmuir, and Tempkin isotherms in the range of experimental concentrations, but followed Freundlich isothermal model most appropriate. The thermodynamic parameters were calculated by the results of the experiment, which showed adsorption of β‐ionone on GAC as being endothermic and spontaneous.  相似文献

土壤水分是陆地水循环过程的关键环节,是联系陆地水文过程与生态过程的纽带。随着全球极端气候事件的频繁发生,土壤水分随机模拟逐渐成为当前生态水文学研究的热点。利用2008-2011年生长季土壤湿度连续监测数据及1991-2011年日降水资料,结合Rodriguez-Iturbe土壤水分动态随机模型,模拟了沙坡头人工植被区生长季土壤水分动态与土壤湿度概率密度函数特征。结果表明:人工固沙植被区生长季土壤水分年际变化与降雨分布一致。2008-2011年生长季植物根际层(0~60 cm)土壤湿度概率分布基本呈单峰状,20 cm处的土壤水分峰的阔度较其他土层相对土壤湿度峰较宽,并且分布也出现了一定程度的跳跃。而随着土层厚度的增加,在40 cm和60 cm的土壤水分概率分布峰的阔度也较小,与Rodriguez-Iturbe土壤水分动态随机模型模拟结果一致。说明Rodriguez-Iturbe模型在干旱人工植被区也具有很好的适用性,可以对荒漠人工植被恢复区的土壤水分统计特征进行很好的模拟,为以后干旱沙区随机生态水文模型的建立奠定基础。  相似文献

本文通过对分布相对均匀的127个固定台站下方接收函数的H-κ叠加分析,并结合前人对97个线性密集流动台站的研究结果,获得了东北地区和华北克拉通北缘地壳厚度(H)与平均波速比(κ).结果表明研究区域地壳总体较薄,波速比变化复杂,地壳密度横向变化大,暗示着地壳在中—新生代经历了显著的不均匀破坏与改造.东北和华北北缘都存在明显的东西向差异.东北地区西侧兴蒙造山带地壳大致随着海拔增高逐渐增厚,H和κ分别主要在31~39 km和1.71~1.83之间变化,平均值分别为~35 km和~1.77;东侧吉黑褶皱带地壳厚度与海拔不成镜像关系,H和κ集中在28~37 km和1.72~1.89范围, 平均值分别为~33 km和~1.79.华北北缘西侧燕山带地壳由东往西逐渐增厚,H和κ主要在28~40 km和1.70~1.91范围内变化, 平均值分别为~34 km和~1.79.东侧辽东台隆地壳表现为中间厚四周薄,H和κ集中在29~35 km和1.71~1.83范围, 平均值分别为~32 km和~1.77.东北地区吉黑褶皱带相对薄的H和变化范围大的κ表明,该区域可能由于其自身的地壳结构复杂性和紧邻太平洋板块前缘从而在中新生代遭受到了与太平洋板块俯冲相关的更为强烈的地壳减薄与改造.华北北缘燕山带H和κ复杂的变化特征表明,该地区可能受到中亚造山带增生和太平洋板块俯冲的共同影响,从而发生了更为复杂的地壳改造变形.  相似文献

The authors’ individual work on the inclination functions over a period of more than 30 years has led to the need for a joint paper. Intervening papers by other authors have demonstrated misunderstandings needing to be corrected, in particular concerning the key recurrence relation published by the present first author in 1971. This relation is remarkably stable, though this has not always been recognized. The real source of error with the specific functions that are involved in the recurrence relation arises from the possibilities for underflow (as well as overflow) in the computation. The problem exists even with normalized versions of the functions, and is carefully addressed. Very important, for both academic and practical reasons, is a general invariance relation that had been found earlier by the second author, for which a proof is given here for the first time. Some numerical results from our new (and highly efficient) procedure for computing the inclination functions are tabulated, and comparisons made with the results of other authors. Finally, Fortran code for an optimized implementation of this procedure is in supplementary material. 利用青海和甘肃地震台网2007—2009年记录的远震波形资料,提取多频段P波接收函数,反演得到了青藏高原东北缘及相邻地块下方0~100km深度的地壳和上地幔S波速度结构.结果表明:(1)青藏高原东北缘的上、下地壳之间普遍存在一个S波速度低速层,其深度由南端的约35km向北变浅约为20km,推测该低速层为一壳内滑脱层,表明东北缘地区的上地壳变形与下地壳解耦,从滑脱层的深度分布可以认为青藏高原东北缘的地壳缩短自南向北进行,现阶段以上地壳增厚为主;(2)昆仑—西秦岭造山带的下地壳厚度较北侧的祁连地块薄,一种推测是西秦岭造山带的下地壳抗变形能力更强,也可能这种差异在块体拼合前已经存在;(3)青藏高原东北缘及鄂尔多斯和阿拉善地块的下地壳S波速度随深度的增加而增加,这种正梯度增加的S波速度结构反映较高黏滞性的下地壳,推测青藏高原东北缘的地壳结构不利于下地壳流的发育.  相似文献

Zhdanov提出的拟线性(QL)近似方法有效解决了积分方程计算速度慢、占用内存多的缺陷,但因为三维频谱激电(SIP)换源频繁,每次换源都需要重新计算剖分单元的并矢格林函数和一次场,所以用该方法模拟三维SIP的速度仍然缓慢.本文根据一次场及格林函数的空间对称性,提出了一种适用于多源电磁法的快速QL近似正演方法.在此基础上,实现了Cole-Cole参数范围约束的三维SIP共轭梯度反演方法.理论试算结果表明:快速QL近似方法适用于三维SIP正演模拟,计算速度较QL近似方法有了很大提高;Cole-Cole参数范围约束的三维SIP共轭梯度反演方法对零频电阻率、极化率等参数的反演效果良好,将异常区域剖分成2000块时迭代一次只需约0.2s的时间,占用内存大约为140 MB.  相似文献
