一种WPS过程链工具的开发

为用标准的方法提供地理处理功能,最近经OGC核准的Web处理服务（WPS）定义了通用的接口。Web服务通常能被组成服务链,用以执行更复杂的任务。本文给出创建WPS过程链工具的一种简单的方法。根据我们的ServiceChain XML模式,仅通过创建一个XML文件,不用接触任何源代码,WPS原子功能就能被集成到更广泛的工作流程中。通过在城市灾害管理应用中的实现,这种方法已得到了验证。我们的方法使任何GIS用户能很容易地提供新的复合过程。     

Yanama budyari gumada: reframing the urban to care as Darug Country in western Sydney

ABSTRACT

In non-urban places of Australia, caring-as-Country frames natural resource management (NRM) as a practice of reciprocal, more-than-human care-giving (S. Suchet-Pearson, S. Wright, K. Lloyd, and L. Burarrwanga. 2013. ‘Caring as Country: towards and ontology of co-becoming in natural resource management.’ Asia Pacific Viewpoint 54 (2): 185–197). Caring-as-Country is an idea that encapsulates the entangled, reciprocal relationships that people have with, and as part of, agentic more-than-human worlds. In more urbanised places, however, practices of caring-as-Country are often unrecognised, undervalued and undocumented. In this paper we make explicit practices of caring, healing and rejuvenation at Yellomundee Regional Park, Darug Country in western Sydney. Our discussion of care, entanglement and reciprocity at Yellomundee focuses on two specific activities that embody caring-as-Country: the return of cultural burns and sustained presence on Country in the form of Darug-led culture camps. The Darug principle of yanama budyari gumada, to ‘walk with good spirit’, embodies and invites new ways of thinking and practising intercultural caring-as-Country in heavily colonised, urban places like Yellomundee. As we document the practices arising from this invitation, we consider its far-reaching implications for NRM and planning, and we expand on the importance of geographies of care for unceded urban places.     

Who owns the name? Fandom,social inequalities and the contested renaming of a football club in Timişoara,Romania

ABSTRACT

Recent scholarship in critical toponymy has raised questions about the impacts on urban residents of selling naming rights and the possibility of contesting the commodification of urban place names. This article examines these issues using Poli Timi?oara, the major football team of Timi?oara, Romania, as a case study. The cash-strapped local authority sold the naming rights for the team to raise revenue. However, when the club’s private owner was unable to finance the team, the local authority reacquired the naming rights of Poli, now under the name Asocia?ia Club Sportiv Poli (a new team with a small fan base). Drawing on the everyday narratives of fans, this article explores how the commodification of a local club name can cause social tensions. This is important for understanding urban residents’ access, or lack thereof, to social capital resources and how this leads to the manifestation of social inequalities which co-determine fans’ reactions and responses to the change in the name of a sports team. The findings suggest that commodifying names can mobilize serious contestations among partisan groups about who owns the name, although such contestations appear to be on uncertain ground because of post-communist urban practices of delayed economic restructuring.     

基于ASP.NET与SVG的WebGIS实现技术研究

随着WebGIS的快速发展,在WebGIS中以矢量的方式快速传输、浏览电子地图,是当前GIS研究的一个热点。ASP.NET具有强大的Web开发功能。SVG是一种基于XML的用来描述二维矢量图形和矢量/栅格混合图形的标记语言,本质上是XML在网络上表达图形图像的一种扩展应用程序。利用ASP.NET强大的Web应用开发功能与SVG矢量传输与显示功能,可构建功能较为强大、性能较为优化、数据较为安全和开发成本较为低廉的WebGIS。本文提出了一种基于ASP.NET与SVG技术的WebGIS平台解决方案,并对该方案的具体实现进行了详细的研究。     

Chemical degradation characteristics of reinforced concrete reefs in South Korea

The chemical degradation characteristics of reinforced concrete reefs, which had been fully immersed in Tongyeong waters of South Korea for 18–25 years, were studied. In order to investigate the marine environmental impact on the concrete reefs, environmental factors, for example pH, have been observed between 1997 and 2002. Then, four reinforced concrete reefs recovered from different sites in Tongyeong waters were nondestructively tested. Finally, those test results were analyzed to determine the chemical deterioration. Based on the test results, it is shown that the reinforced concrete reefs have sound chemical properties and their originally estimated service life is secure enough for a further service period in water depths of 28–32 m. A concrete cover depth of 40 mm is recommended for the design of reinforced concrete reefs to achieve safety in marine environments and special events occurring during installation and construction.

手机定位服务与电子地图

随着电信与移动通信公司新一代网络的开通,数据业务将变得非常重要,其中以移动用户位置为中心的信息服务成为关键内容之一。在手机定位服务中,必须通过电子地图系统将获取的终端位置转换成用户真正关心的地理信息。首先介绍了手机定位服务的概念及常用的手机定位方式的特点,分析了手机定位服务中应用布尔莎模型进行WGS-84坐标系到地图坐标系的转换方法,阐述了手机定位服务可提供的功能和手机定位服务中电子地图需要具备的功能。最后,分析了手机定位服务存在的缺点和使用中有待解决的问题。     

分布式ArcGIS Server体系结构的研究与开发

ArcGIS Server是一个用来构建企业级GIS应用的平台。由核心的ArcObjects构建,是对ESRI两个其他企业应用服务器ArcSDE和ArcIMS的一个补充。ArcGIS Server可以运行在全部主流服务器平台;支持全部通用开发环境;包含全部当前在ArcGIS桌面中提供的强大的制图、查询分析以及地理编码能力。ArcGIS Server为.Net和Java的开发者提供了Web应用开发框架(ADF),方便了基于浏览器的GIS应用的开发。同时,Arc-GIS Server也提供了一系列的Web控件和应用程序模板,用于创建自定义的应用。     

基于Web Service/GML的空间互操作研究

基于WebService的分布式GIS系统具有分布式、可互操作的特点，并具有良好的扩展性，是Web GIS的主流发展方向。本文通过对WebService、GML和现有几种数据共享方式的深入研究，认为基于GML的数据集成能很好地解决多源数据的异构问题，并进一步架构了一个基于WebService／GML的空间互操作框架。     

无线远程电源控制系统的研制

本文介绍了一种基于GSM（全球移动通信系统）网络SMS（短信业务）的无线远程电源控制系统的原理及设计实现。该系统由一个无线GSM模块（WAVECOM公司的Q2403模块）和一个单片机（AT89S52）为核心的监控单元组成,监控单元利用AT指令通过串口和GSM模块进行通信,借助GSM模块Q2403使用户能够通过短信便捷地对相关设备进行断电、上电和重启等控制。
