中国区域经济韧性特征与影响因素分析

从经济维持性和恢复性2个方面定量化分析中国31省（市）（未包含港澳台数据）应对1997年亚洲金融危机和2008年全球金融危机的经济韧性特征,并对其主要影响因素进行了研究。结果发现：① 在亚洲金融危机中,西部地区的经济维持性较高,中部地区的经济维持性普遍较低;经济恢复性较高的省市主要集中在中部地区,而东部和西部地区经济恢复性较低,经济维持性和经济恢复性呈现一定的负相关。② 各省（市）应对全球金融危机的经济维持性普遍较高,经济维持性较低的区域主要分在东部沿海区域和沿长江经济带地区,而经济维持性较高的区域主要集中在西部地区。③ 在亚洲金融危机中,第二产业表现出了较强的经济韧性,而在全球金融危机中第三产业经济韧性较好。④ 影响2次经济危机中韧性能力的主要因素是不同的,区位条件、人均固定资产投资额和人均GDP的解释力较强,但在2次经济周期中的作用方向不同。     

磁异常小波多尺度分解及危机矿山的深部找矿:以大冶铁矿为例

大冶铁矿是多年开采老矿山, 浅部的铁矿已开采殆尽, 为了进一步挖潜, 利用小波多尺度分析方法, 将磁异常分解到不同尺度空间, 结合谱分析方法解释深部盲矿体.理论模型和19-1勘探线的实际资料的小波分解结果表明, 该方法比常规的空间延拓、高次导数、匹配滤波等方法要好.通过处理与解释指出了西段(尖林山、龙洞、铁门坎) 五阶小波细节已无剩余异常存在, 推测在1000m以下已没有大型的铁矿体存在.但在东段(尖山、犁头山) 五阶小波细节还有剩余异常, 推测1000m深部可能还有铁矿体.根据小波多尺度分析方法结合人机交互反演推断15~12线有铁矿体, 2005年9月布钻验证, 在15~1线打到30多米厚磁铁矿体.

Spatio-temporal distribution of seismic activity during the Umbria-Marche crisis, 1997

We present the spatio-temporal distribution of more than 2000 earthquakesthat occurred during the Umbria-Marche seismic crisis, between September 26and November 3, 1997. This distribution was obtained from recordings of atemporary network that was installed after the occurrence of the first two largest shocks (Mw =, 5.7, Mw = 6.0) of September 26. This network wascomposed of 27 digital 3-components stations densely distributed in theepicentral area. The aftershock distribution covers a region of about 40 km long and about2 km wide along the NW-SE central Apennines chain. The activity is shallow,mostly located at less than 9 km depth. We distinguished three main zonesof different seismic activity from NW to SE. The central zone, that containsthe hypocenter of four earthquakes of magnitude larger than 5, was the moreactive and the more complex one. Sections at depth identify 40–50^°dipping structures that agree well with the moment tensor focalmechanisms results. The clustering and the migration of seismicity from NW to SE and the generalfeatures are imaged by aftershock distribution both horizontally and at depth.     

红崖山水库径流量减少与民勤绿洲水资源危机分析

民勤绿洲是武威、金昌等重要经济区的生态屏障。近半个世纪以来,随着石羊河中游工农业经济的持续发展,用水量不断增加,致使红崖山水库入库径流量不断减少,进而引起了下游民勤绿洲一系列生态环境问题,已到了"崩溃"的边缘。本文在定量分析入库径流量减少原因的基础上,全面阐述了民勤绿洲生态环境恶化的严重程度,并以流域水资源承载能力为依据,提出了解决民勤绿洲水资源危机之途径。     

从山西地震谣传事件看地方政府的公关危机

根据2010年初发生在山西省的地震谣言事件,分析了在此次事件中存在的公关危机处理问题,并提出相应的危机处理建议.

实物地质资料二次开发利用在矿山深边部找矿中的作用

随着多年的开采,我国许多矿山成为危机矿山,外围及深部的找矿工作迫在眉睫。在前人研究的基础上,笔者总结了矿山二次利用实物地质资料进行找矿预测的方法,并将其归纳为成果及原始资料的重新分析、成矿预测方法的正确选择、实物地质资料的重新利用、找矿思路的重新确定、成矿规律的重新认识5个方面内容,以期望生产矿山加强实物地质资料二次开发力度,开辟深边部找矿的新局面。

Neil Smith, 1954–2012: “The Future is Indeed Radically Open”

Investors in single-family residential properties have played a crucial role in the United States foreclosure crisis. In this paper, we analyze investor behavior in the diverse urban housing market of Fulton County, Georgia. We examine the composition of buyers of lender-owned properties at two different stages of the foreclosure crisis, and analyze the intrametropolitan geography of investment. Results indicate that large-scale investors are most active in low-value housing submarkets with high poverty and vacancy rates.
