贵州乌蒙山区人口-经济-农业生态环境耦合协调关系研究

山区人地矛盾突出,其人口、经济与生态环境可持续发展存在矛盾,解决三者之间的协调发展问题,是山区生态文明建设和资源环境建设中的重点。文章选取贵州乌蒙山区人口、经济、农业生态环境相关数据,采用熵值法、耦合度、协调度等方法测度人口、经济与农业生态环境发展趋势,并进一步探究其耦合度与协调度发展特征。研究得出以下结论：①2005—2015年贵州乌蒙山区人口、经济发展总体向好,农业生态环境发展较为滞后,期间I_pop、I_eco分别提升0.259、0.487,I_agr下降0.398。②2005—2015年贵州乌蒙山区人口、经济、农业生态环境关系日益密切,协调性总体不断增强,但系统协调度明显低于耦合度,系统是一种不均衡的发展趋势。③2005—2015年贵州乌蒙山区人口、经济、农业生态环境协调性具有空间差异,大致呈东高西低,七星关、赤水和习水等县区协调度较高。④2005—2015年贵州乌蒙山区县域耦合度提升到高级耦合阶段,但多数县区仍处于初级协调阶段。     

Dilemmas of development in Oceania: the political economy of the Tongan agro-export sector

This article critically engages with the recent diffusion of the orthodox development model in Oceania and highlights some evolving dilemmas. In particular, it explores the social, economic and ecological tensions arising from economic reforms that are exacerbating the fragility of already vulnerable nation-states and communities. In order to illustrate its arguments, a case study of the impacts of agro-export growth in Tonga is presented. Attention is drawn to the socially inequitable and ecologically unsustainable outcomes of rapid growth in this sector. In analyzing the political economy of the squash pumpkin sector, the authors point to the important role that culture plays in mediating and conditioning development outcomes. Reflecting on the Tongan case, it is argued that to better understand the implications of orthodox developmental reform in the region, research must seek to more explicitly incorporate distributional and ethical analysis.     

上海市长江口及邻近海域地质调查现状及展望

海洋区域地质调查近年来逐渐得到重视,海洋地质调查技术的发展也为开展海洋区域地质调查奠定了基础。上海地区社会经济发展对地质工作的需求,为摸清上海市长江口及邻近海域的地质现状提出了必然要求。本文在系统整理长江口及邻近海域地质资料的基础上,重点分析了区内存在的重点地质问题和研究存在的问题,根据海洋地质调查的技术发展,结合国内相关地区的调查经验,对长江口及邻近海域内区域地质调查进行了展望,提出了采用综合物探技术、地质取样和测试分析进行综合地质环境调查的建议,并对具体采用的调查技术和调查内容进行了论述。     

重庆石碗溪小流域坡度和高程对土地利用及经济发展的影响

坡度和高程是土地资源固有的两个重要环境因子,与土地利用关系密切,尤其是在山区,坡度和高程基本上决定了土地利用的方向和方式,从而影响农业和经济的发展。石碗溪小流域面积20.73km2,为丘陵低山区。按坡度和高程对土地利用的影响程度,把坡度和高程各分为3级,即:0°～15°、15°~25°、>25°和500m以下、500~800 m、800m以上。从1:10 000地形圈上提取土地坡度和高程分级图,与土地利用现状图又叠加,获取各坡度、高程级及其土地利用类型和数据。结果表明,土地面积随坡度、海拔级的增加而加大。耕地分布在各个高程级0～15°的缓坡上,800m以上地区面积最大,果园和森林大多分布在800m以上>25°的陡坡地上。通过分析比较小流域各个行政村2002年农业总收入及种植业、林业、牧业收入与坡度和高程的关系,可以看出坡度和高程对经济发展的影响。最后,根据坡度和高程状况,结合小流域社会经济条件,提出几点建议,以其为山区小流域土地可持续利用及经济持续发展提供科学依据。     

华北地区大震前区域地震活动的中短期变化

对发生在华北地区３１个Ｍ≥５地震震前区域地震活动的时间序列进行的研究得出：（１）华北地区发生Ｍ≥５地震前，区域地震活动的短期平静现象与大震发生的相关性很强。３１个Ｍ≥５地震前的平静时间主要集中在２０～８７ｄ，１２０～２１０ｄ和大于２１０ｄ。同时还得出大震前的短期平静时间与震级大小无关的结论；（２）区域地震活动在短时间内出现增强趋势，与发生大震的相关性很弱，相关的仅占总数的６．４％     

区域水资源协调分析

本文建立了区域水资源协调分析的概念模型和通用多区域-多目标数学模型(MAOM),并结合新疆昌吉州的具体情况,运用目标规划法进行求解,确定了昌吉州近期和远景的水资源合理利用结构。     

关于网络经济的经济增长特征问题的讨论

同传统的大工业经济相比较，网络经济条件下的经济增长特征问题有了新的内容。这就是，影响经济增长的主要因素有质的变化；经济资源得以在全球范围内优化配置；人力资源开发在经济增长中具有决定性作用；集约化成为经济增长的主要方式；信息技术成为经济增长的主要推动力。     

THE NEW CORPORATE LANDSCAPE: AMERICA'S FASTEST GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES

Analysis of the location of the fastest growing private companies in the United States suggests that a new corporate landscape is emerging. During the 1980s this corporate landscape has increasingly been dominated by companies in the service sector rather than in manufacturing. Sunbelt metropolises, especially in California, are more favored locations for the fast-growth firms than for the traditional Fortune 500 industrial and 500 service corporations. The fast-growth firms are also more likely to locate in suburban areas than the traditional corporations. These service, Sunbelt, and suburban characteristics of the new corporate landscape are interpreted as a consequence of the restructuring of the US economy.     

我国国土综合开发整治研究的回顾与展望

改革开放以来,我国国土综合开发整治研究蓬勃发展。本文从国土综合开发整治的特点取得的重大进展,展望未来的发展方向。逐步形成具有中国特色的区域综合开发的理论体系,是地理工作者和其他国土工作者的任务。
