Financialization,totality and planetary urbanization in the Chilean Andes

In a context of planetary urbanization, where vast swathes of the countryside are being enclosed on an ongoing basis in order to support a sprawling urban system, the relationship between finance and land-use change needs to be brought to the forefront. By engaging with Henri Lefebvre’s ideas of levels and totality, this paper draws analytical connections between the financialization of the transnational mining industry and the production of the financialized urban everyday in geographies of extraction. The paper does this by looking at the case of Pascua Lama, a multibillion open-cast mine to be developed in Chile by a major mining company in the context of the current global gold rush. Through this case, I show how a set of strategies pursued by financiers and corporate managers thousands of kilometers away from the extraction site, resulted in fractured spaces of urbanization shaped by socioecological plunder, dispossession and geographically uneven financial landscapes.     

基于随机森林的暴雨灾害人口损失预估模型及应用

基于2009—2017年的广西县级暴雨灾情记录,综合考虑致灾因子、孕灾环境和承灾体因素选取7个解释变量,运用随机森林算法,构建暴雨灾害人口损失预估模型;并以精细化网格降水实况分析和预报产品驱动模型,预估是否发生人口损失。研究结果表明:模型训练样本及测试样本的分类准确率均在90%以上,致灾因子(降水情况)是最主要的解释变量,重要性从大到小依次是前10 d降水距平百分率、过程最大日雨量、最大小时雨量和短时强降水频次。应用智能网格降水产品对广西地区近两年的暴雨灾害过程进行回报试验,准确率超过70%。     

云南风能资源及其开发利用研究进展

介绍了云南风能资源及其开发利用的研究现状和研究成果。分析了云南风能资源评价历程、分布特点和风电开发建设情况。总结了云南有关风电场选址、风能资源评估、风电功率预测预报以及山区风电场和风电机组设计的研究成果。剖析了云南风能资源及其开发利用中存在的问题并提出今后的发展方向。     

核电厂设计基准风速计算有关问题探讨

设计基准风速的确定对核电厂建构筑物的风荷载设计和结构设计至关重要。利用气象台站积累的历史极端风速资料,计算核电厂设计基准风速,并讨论了计算过程中应注意的有关问题。     

DUN AND BRADSTREET'S MARKET IDENTIFIERS AND ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY*

An increasing number of studies of business start-ups, closings, and relocations rely on a single data base, DUNS Market Identifiers. This data file to U.S. business establishments provides researchers with essential information about individual firms and establishments. It also exhibits serveral idiosyncracies and requires careful consideration of the meaning of such basic terms as “location”and “firm.”Drawing from a recent survey of 500 New Jersey firms. I consider some of the methodological amd conceptual issues Dun and Bradstreet data pose for industrial location analysts. The Dun and Bradstreet listings exaggerate the exaggerate the incidence and magnitude of establishment openings and closing.     

NEW OBSERVATIONS ON THE MEIOTIC PROCESS IN THE MARINE DINOFLAGELLATE NOCTILUCA SCINTILIANS （NOCTILUCALES, DINOPHYCEAE）

The meiotic process in Noctiluca scintillans were observed under light microscope.Some abnormal cell divisions, incompletely separated “zoospores” and the changes of the zoospores are described in this paper. Together with the fmdings of field samplings and the previous results by other researchers, the process of meiosis in N. scintillans was supposed to be a pathway to reduce the extra high density of NH3-N within the cell in order to ensure normal population growth.

“吏隐”作为大历十才子的生活特征之一,也成为他们创作的题材,这与当时方外隐逸诗人因其不同的人生观照所创作的诗作相映成趣。方外隐逸诗人又可分为隐士诗人和诗僧两个群体,大历十才子和方外隐逸诗人之间体现出了完全不同的生命体验,方外隐逸诗人对真隐精神的写作与十才子的“伪隐”形成了鲜明的对比,就后者来说,现实的功利主义态度和价值上的物质取向使其隐逸诗作之精神内涵大打折扣。
