根据2003年7月台风发生期间工厂化虾池生态系中的实测数据,重点分析了不同养成密度虾池生态系中COD的变化状况及其影响因素。结果表明:台风气候对虾池生态系中COD的影响较大,台风发生时COD含量相对较高,台风前后相对较低;台风气候对COD周日变化的影响以养成密度大的养殖池较为显著,养成密度小的养殖池则影响较小;COD与环境因子之间的相关性差异也较大,台风前,养成密度大的养殖池与NO2-呈显著正相关(r=0.668),与T和Chl.a呈负相关关系(r=-0.608或r=-0.633);台风后与PO4-P、NH4+和Chl.a之间则表现的显著正相关(r=0.907、0.832、0.846)。而养成密度低的养殖池,台风前COD与pH呈显著负相关(r=-0.732),台风后与PO4-P和NO2-分别呈显著正相关(r=0.720)和良好正相关(r=0.591)。但在台风发生时,二池均无此类相关性出现。  相似文献

毛乌素沙地生物结皮层藓类植物培育试验研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
 通过对毛乌素沙地不同发育程度的藓结皮进行养分分析,根据其N、P、K含量,对Knop培养液进行修正,按照正交试验设计方法进行室内培育实验,研究最适合毛乌素沙地藓类植株茎叶碎段生长发育的温度、培养液浓度以及培养液使用量。结果表明,当温度为15 ℃,培养液为low Knop,加液体量为12 ml时,藓结皮的生长发育状况良好,其株密度为329株·皿-1,平均株高为4.5 mm; 25 ℃时处理间差异不显著,生长情况不及15 ℃,而35 ℃高温下没有茎叶碎段生长繁殖。根据所有处理株高随时间的变化,得出了藓类植株生长拟合曲线。本实验可为野外培育藓结皮尤其是毛乌素沙地生物结皮的人工修复提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

At pressent, China has about 100 million ha of farmland and 1.1 billion inhabitants, of which, about 80% are still engaged in agriculture. In geographical distribution, primitive shifting cultivation was at first mainly scattered in small patches in Eastern Monsoon China, especially concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of the Huanghe (Yellow) River and the Changjiang (Yangtze) River. The ratio of agriculture to industry in production value changed from 7:3 in the early 1950s to 3:7 in the middle 1980s. Agricultural Regionalization is based upon agricultural development as well as physical regionalization in China. Seven first-level agricultural regions might be identified.  相似文献

Eighteen agar media were tested for the culture of gut-associated bacteria from farmed adult turbot(Scophthalmus maximus),including 16 agar media with or without 1% gastrointestinal(GI)supernatant,or with 2% or 4% GI supernatant.A total of 1 711 colonies were analyzed and 24 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)were identifi ed.The greatest bacterial diversity was isolated on Zobell 2216E/Zobell 2216E+ agar media,whereas MRS/MRS+ agar media produced a low diversity of colonies.Agar media with GI supernatant(1%,2%,or 4%)showed increased diversity and yielded different profi les of OTUs from the corresponding original media,suggesting that GI supernatant provides substances that enhance the culture effi ciency of bacteria from the turbot GI tract.The large majority of the colonies(82%)were γ-Proteobacteria,whereas 15.6% and 2.4% of colonies were Firmicutes and Actinobacteria,respectively.At the genus level,49.4% of all colonies were assigned to Vibrio.Other potential pathogens,including Pseudomonas,Photobacterium,and Enterobacter,and potential probiotics,including Bacillus,Paenibacillus,and Pseudomonas,were also isolated on agar media.Most cultured bacteria belonged to species that were fi rst described in the turbot GI tract.The impact of these species on turbot physiology and health should be investigated further.  相似文献

Olive production with microirrigation systems has increased in the last 15 years in northwestern Argentina. An irrigation experiment in a commercial olive orchard was conducted from September 2005 to May 2007 under two different irrigation regimes (moderate irrigation MI, and high irrigation HI). From May 2006 to March 2007, soil evaporation was studied using microlysimeters located beneath olive trees, and spatial variability in a sunlit exposed area, and a shaded site was analyzed. The soil evaporation observed under the HI regime was higher than the equilibrium evaporation during the entire experimental period, while the soil evaporation under the MI regime was higher than the equilibrium evaporation only during end of autumn and winter. The high values of evaporation were associated with microadvection in the shaded area, but not in the sunlit sites between olive trees, based on the use of a microadvection coefficient. A model that takes into account the surface energy balance was used to estimate soil evaporation under the olive tree canopy. The first day after irrigation the model underestimated the observed values due to microadvection in the areas wetted by the drip emitters, whereas subsequent days (>1 day) the effect of microadvection was not present.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献

Most studies on runoff and soil loss from olive orchards were performed on plots, despite the fact that measurements that examine a range of erosive processes on different scales are essential to evaluate the suitability of the use and soil management of this type of land. The main environmental limitations of much of the land used for olive orchards in the Mediterranean are the steep slopes and the shallow soil depth – and this was the case in the study area. Soil erosion and runoff over two hydrological years (2005–2006 and 2006–2007) were monitored in an olive orchard microcatchment of 6·1 ha under no‐tillage with spontaneous grass in order to evaluate its hydrological and erosive behaviour. Moreover, soil parameters such as organic matter (%OM), bulk density (BD) and hydraulic saturated conductivity (Ks) were also examined in the microcatchment to describe management effects on hydrological balance and on erosive processes. In the study period, the results showed runoff coefficients of 6·0% in the first year and 0·9% in the second. The differences respond to the impact of two or three yearly maximum events which were decisive in the annual balances. On the event scale, although maximum rainfall intensity values had a big influence on peak flows and runoff, its importance on mean sediment concentrations and sediment discharges was difficult to interpret due to the likely control of grass cover on volume runoff and on soil protection. In the case of annual soil erosion, they were measured as 1·0 Mg ha?1 yr?1 and 0·3 Mg ha?1 yr?1. Both are lower than the tolerance values evaluated in Andalusia (Spain). These results support the implementation of no‐tillage with spontaneous grass cover for sloping land, although the reduced infiltration conditions determined by Ks in the first horizon suggest grass should be allowed to grow not only in spring but also in autumn. In addition, specific measurements to control gullies, which have formed in the terraced area in the catchment, should be included since it is expected that they could be the main sources of sediments. 褐毛鲿(Megalonibea fusca)属石首鱼科(Sciaenidea),毛鲿鱼属(Megalonibea),是朱元鼎等(1963)命名的新种.其为近海暖温性底层大型鱼类,具有重要的经济价值.1998年福建省水产研究所开展褐毛鲿人工繁殖和育苗在国内首获成功,二批共培育出幼鱼6.667×105尾,其中第一批平均全长为32.55 mm和37.55 mm的幼鱼共8.680×104尾,第二批全长为24.0~35.0 mm的幼鱼共5.799×105尾.对1998年褐毛鲿室内人工催产、仔稚幼鱼的培育技术、仔稚幼鱼的食性和生长发育、生态习性,以及早期发育稚鱼阶段的适盐生存下限进行了分析.褐毛鲿适宜的产卵水温为23.0~26.0℃,盐度为29~32.催产激素以DOM剂量为3.5 mg/kg和LHRH-A3剂量为4.5μg/kg混合使用效果最好.仔、稚、幼鱼培育饵料依次为牡蛎幼虫、轮虫、卤虫、桡足类,在水温为24.5~29.5℃,盐度为18~28条件下培育,25d龄鱼苗全长为19.0~26.0 mm,80%完成变态进入幼鱼期,育苗成活率达25.3%.褐毛鲿稚幼鱼适盐范围为4~38,属于广盐性种类,可在海水和咸淡水中养殖.  相似文献
