有机碳-干酪根法(简称C-K法),是以油气成因的干酪根热降解动力学理论为核心的计算生油气量的新方法。使用了地质温度计--镜煤反射率,将有机质及原油的热演化过程划分类一个阶段:Ⅰ--低成熟阶段;Ⅱ--高成熟阶段;Ⅲ--过成熟阶段。以不同的学者的模拟实验为参考,综合分析了含油气区生油气层的沉积相,有机地球化学相条件,确定了不同生油气层有机碳(C)与原始干酪根(Ko)(未成熟的干酪根)的比例关系,从而建  相似文献

Based on the theory of characteristics, this research elaborates on the numerical treatment of two types of seaward boundary conditions for modelling long-wave dynamics in truncated estuarine and coastal domains. These seaward boundary conditions are devised for the solution of the fully non-linear shallow water equations in the time domain. The first type is the clamped boundary, at which the water level variation is given and the velocity is computed along the characteristic line going out of the domain. The second type is the non-reflecting boundary, where the incident wave information is introduced and the reflected waves from inside the computational domain are allowed to escape at the same time. The essence of its numerical implementation is to distinguish the inward and outward characteristics and to disconnect the incoming characteristic relation from the actual flow inside the domain. Compared with previous techniques, the present method includes extra terms in the derivation to account for the effects of the uneven bed, bottom friction and shape of the characteristic lines. A shock-capturing finite difference method is used to solve the shallow water equations in the deviatoric format, but the seaward boundary algorithms constructed herein are generic and applicable to other solvers. The necessity of these refinements is highlighted by simulating the tidal oscillation in the Persian/Arabian Gulf, periodic wave runup on the coastline and the wave resonance in a narrow harbour. It is found that neglecting the bed slope at the boundary may result in biased mean water levels in the prediction.  相似文献

以红砂的一年生苗嫩茎为外植体,添加不同浓度的氯吡苯脲(CPPU)、6-BA和NAA,进行愈伤组织诱导试验,得出红砂愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为1/2MS+CPPU 0.1 mg·L-1+NAA1 mg·L-1。利用响应面分析法,设计CCD中心组合试验,对CPPU和NAA两个因素进行优化,得出愈伤组织最佳继代培养基为1/2MS+CPPU 0.1195 mg·L-1+NAA1.1 mg·L-1,在此条件下,实际增殖率可达到4.7414,为理论预测值的99.15%,愈伤组织的最适继代周期为30 d左右。利用响应面分析法可优化红砂愈伤组织继代培养基,得到理论最佳配方,验证结果表明该方法科学、高效。  相似文献

In the global climatic change, China’s climatic change will be more complicated and its impact on the agroclimatic resources and agricultural production will also be more obvious. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to take the agroclimatic resources as a comprehensive climatic information system for evaluating the impact of climatic change on agriculture and exploring the correspondent ways to deal with it. This article studies the impact of climatic change on China’s thermal resources and make a correlation analysis of the climatic condition and the agroclimatic thermal resources in order to establish a regression equation and made simulant computation with Monte Cario Method. In addition, it analyses the change of the thermal resources possibly resulted from climatic change, evaluates its impact on agricultural, and finally sets up the correspondent countermeasures.  相似文献

The Normalized Full Gradient (NFG) method was proposed in the mid–1960s and was generally used for the downward continuation of the potential field data. The method eliminates the side oscillations which appeared on the continuation curves when passing through anomalous body depth. In this study, the NFG method was applied to Slingram electromagnetic anomalies to obtain the depth of the anomalous body. Some experiments were performed on the theoretical Slingram model anomalies in a free space environment using a perfectly conductive thin tabular conductor with an infinite depth extent. The theoretical Slingram responses were obtained for different depths, dip angles and coil separations, and it was observed from NFG fields of the theoretical anomalies that the NFG sections yield the depth information of top of the conductor at low harmonic numbers. The NFG sections consisted of two main local maxima located at both sides of the central negative Slingram anomalies. It is concluded that these two maxima also locate the maximum anomaly gradient points, which indicates the depth of the anomaly target directly. For both theoretical and field data, the depth of the maximum value on the NFG sections corresponds to the depth of the upper edge of the anomalous conductor. The NFG method was applied to the in-phase component and correct depth estimates were obtained even for the horizontal tabular conductor. Depth values could be estimated with a relatively small error percentage when the conductive model was near-vertical and/or the conductor depth was larger.  相似文献

In order to improve the coagulation/flocculation efficiency of polyaluminum chloride (PAC), a composite flocculant of PAC and polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDMDAAC), or PAC‐PDMDAAC, was prepared. The chemical species distribution of aluminum in PAC and PAC‐PDMDAAC, which has a close relationship with their coagulation/flocculation performance, was investigated by Al‐Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometry and 27Al‐NMR. The factors affecting the chemical species of aluminum in PAC‐PDMDAAC, such as the weight concentration of PDMDAAC (Wp), basicity (B) of PAC, and viscosity (η) of PDMDAAC, were studied. The flocculation efficiencies of PAC‐PDMDAAC, PAC and PDMDAAC were studied on a six‐spindle multiple stirrer unit. The results showed that the aluminum species distribution in PAC‐PDMDAAC depends on the Wp, B and η value. When the B value is 1.5 and η value is 1.22 dL/g, the composite flocculant with Wp = 15 % gives highest Alb and Al13 contents, and its flocculation efficiency is highest in the test flocculations.  相似文献
