Further observational evidence of normal mode Rossby waves with higher meridional mode numbers is presented with the aid of global data from the troposphere to the stratosphere over the period November 1979 through April 1986.It is shown, without using ana priori assumption of meridional structure, that the third antisymmetric modes of zonal wavenumbers 1 and 2,i.e., (1,4) and (2,4) modes, substantially exist in the real atmosphere. These modes are, however, easily influenced by the nonuniform background field even in the equinoctial season; amplitude submaxima near the equator are apt to be dubious in the upper stratosphere so that the prototype meridional structure becomes obscure. The period of the (1,4) mode often falls into that of the (1,3) mode, about 16 days. Hence, these two modes cannot be classified simply by their periods, but the separation is made by their meridional structure.An appearance calendar of various modes is also presented for the analysis period. It is found that each mode appears irregularly throughout the year and that the year-to-year variation is fairly large. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThere is growing interest in globally modelling the entire planet. Although topological relations between spherical simple regions and topological relations between regions with holes in the plane have been investigated, few studies have focused on the topological relations between spherical spatial regions with holes. The 16-intersection model (16IM) is proposed to describe the topological relations between spatial regions with holes. A total of 25 negative conditions are proposed to eliminate the impossible topological relations between spherical spatial regions with holes. The results show that (1) 3 disjoint relations, 3 meet relations, 66 overlap relations, 7 cover relations, 3 contain relations, 1 equal relation, 7 coveredBy relations, 3 inside relations, 1 attach relation, 52 entwined relations, and 28 embrace relations can be distinguished by the 16IM and that (2) the formalisms of attach, entwined, and embrace relations between the spherical spatial regions without holes based on the 9IM and that between the spherical spatial regions with holes based on the simplified 16IM are different, whereas the formalisms of other types of relations between spherical spatial regions without holes based on the 9IM and that between the spherical spatial regions with holes based on a simplified 16IM are the same. 相似文献

Studies were conducted to determine the cause of the acute mortality of half-smooth tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther juveniles in a fish farm in Jimo, Shandong Province, China, in June 2006. Gross signs of the diseased tongue sole included several petechiae and ecchymoses on the body and fin necrosis and hemorrhagic lesion at the base of the fin. Bacteria were isolated from kidney, liver and hemorrhagic lesions of the diseased tongue sole. Among 14 strains, SJ060621 was proved to be highly virulent to juvenile tongue sole with LD50 value of 〈1.0×10^5 colony forming units (CFU)mL^-1, while the remaining 13 were avirulent. Among the 16 antibiotics tested, SJ060621 was sensitive to gentamicin and nitrofurantoin. It was identified as Listonella anguillantm with conventional plate and tube tests in combination with API 20E analysis. 16S rRNA gene and partial HSP60 gene sequenceing analysis revealed that the strain was highly homologous with L. anguillarum. Examination of the infected musculature by electron microscopy indicated numerous bacteria and lots of macrophages containing phagocytosed bacteria. Histopathological investigations revealed severe necrotic degenerative changes in the infected organs. Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was employed to detect the location of occurrence of bacteria, and bacteria were found in aggregations in the inflammatory areas in musculature. 相似文献

This paper reports the presence of Diopatra marocensis in European waters, for which Diopatra neapolitana was the only species recognized until recently. Both species coexist in transitional waters, where D. marocensis may be mistaken for young specimens of D. neapolitana. The population of D. marocensis studied in the coastal shelf can be traced back to 1997 and is increasing in density, apparently benefiting from a local anthropogenic organic enrichment source. 相似文献

Seven soil geochemical certified reference materials (CRMs) GSS 10-16 recently prepared by the Institute of Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration (IGGE), are mainly used for sample analysis in geochemical surveys of the overburden region in China. Fifteen Chinese institutes and central laboratories, which operated at a high level of analytical performance analysed these samples. More than ten reliable analytical methods based on different principles of measurement were adopted, of which ICP-MS, ICP-AES and NAA were taken as the primary analytical methods. In total, 23715 determinations were carried out, 5660 average data sets were obtained, seventy two elements and components were determined and certified values of sixty nine elements and components were assigned. Rhenium concentrations were measured by isotope dilution ICP-MS in GSS-10, GSS-13, GSS-15 and GSS-16. Certified values of elements in GSS 10-16 have good precision and for 90% of these values relative uncertainties are less than 10%. 相似文献

黄喉拟水龟体表溃疡病原菌SG_(24)的分类鉴定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
从患溃疡的黄喉拟水龟病灶中分离到一株病原菌SG24。对菌株SG24进行了常规生理生化测定和ATBExpression半自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定,并测定16S rRNA序列,分析其与相关细菌相应序列的同源性,构建了系统进化树。普通细菌学方法结果显示菌株SG24为黏质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)。以沙雷氏菌属的16S rRNA基因序列设计一对引物进行PCR扩增,获得了菌株SG24大小约950 bp的16S rRNA部分基因片段,测序结果显示菌株SG24与黏质沙雷氏菌同类,与已登录的黏质沙雷氏菌(S.marcescensDQ207558)的16S rRNA同源性大于99%。综合以上分类鉴定结果,确定菌株SG24属于沙雷氏菌属的黏质沙雷氏菌。药物敏感试验结果表明:菌株SG24对链霉素、庆大霉素、壮观霉素、强力霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和复方新诺明敏感。 相似文献

12CO (1-0) observations of two Southern dark clouds (globules) associated with cometary nebulae GRV 8 (a biconical nebula) and GRV 16 (a conelike nebula) are presented. GRV 8 shows an outflow from the central part of the nebula (where in 2MASS images a star is located, which is perhaps responsible for this outflow); however, both lobes of the outflow are redshifted with a velocity of +1.95 km/s with respect to the molecular cloud. The two opposite redshifted lobes are a rather rare phenomenon that could be explained by the presence of a double star instead of a single one as the engine responsible for the outflow. The two lobes are almost parallel to the axis of symmetry of the biconical nebula. In the case of the conelike nebula GRV 16 we observe a bipolar outflow, where the eastern blueshifted lobe has a velocity of –4 km/s with respect to the molecular cloud, and the western redshifted one has a velocity +2.5 km/s. The outflow has a direction almost coinciding with the axis of symmetry of the conelike nebula. Anaerobic, aerobic, and facultative bacteria are all present in corrosive environments. However, as previous studies to address corrosion in the marine environment have largely focused on anaerobic bacteria, limited attention has been paid to the composition and function of aerobic and facultative bacteria in this process. For analysis in this study, ten samples were collected from rust layers on steel plates that had been immersed in seawater for diff erent periods (i.e., six months and eight years) at Sanya and Xiamen, China. The cultivable aerobic bacterial community structure as well as the number of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) were analyzed in both cases, while the proportion of facultative SRB among the isolated aerobic bacteria in each sample was also evaluated using a novel approach. Bacterial abundance results show that the proportions are related to sea location and immersion time;abundances of culturable aerobic bacteria (CAB) and SRB from Sanya were greater in most corrosion samples than those from Xiamen, and abundances of both bacterial groups were greater in samples immersed for six months than for eight years. A total of 213 isolates were obtained from all samples in terms of CAB community composition, and a phylogenetic analysis revealed that the taxa comprised four phyla and 31 genera. Bacterial species composition is related to marine location;the results show that Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant phyla, accounting for 98.13% of the total, while Bacillus and Vibrio were the dominant genera, accounting for 53.06% of the total. An additional sixfacultative SRB strains were also screened from the isolates obtained and were found to encompass the genus Vibrio (four strains), Staphylococcus (one strain), and Photobacterium (one strain). It is noteworthy that mentions of Photobacterium species have so far been absent from the literature, both in terms of its membership of the SRB group and its relationship to corrosion. 相似文献
