用南海西沙站观测资料诊断研究南海季风季节内振荡

应用Lanczos滤波和小波变换方法,对1958~2000年南海北部西沙站降水和1980~2001年850hPa风场观测资料进行分析,发现西沙站每日降水和850hPa风场都存在谱长度10~50d左右其峰值为10~20,30~50d的季节内振荡,降水和850hPa风场的季节内振荡都有明显的年变化.降水季节内振荡开始于5月中旬结束于10月中旬,与南海夏季风的爆发时间和终止时间一致.850hPa风场谱长度10~50d左右其峰值为10~20,30~50d的季节内振荡在一年中的大部分时间都存在.降水和850hPa风场季节内振荡的强弱年与南海夏季风的强弱年并不一致.研究表明南海夏季风存在季节内振荡,而南海夏季风与季节内振荡的关系比较复杂.     

加强基础测绘管理、提高测绘产品质量

文章分析了测绘产品质量存在的问题及其成因 ,由此总结出测绘质量管理工作的两个方面 ,并对加强这两个方面的工作进行了深入探讨 ,最后提出建立测绘项目管理数据库 ,运用现代化手段保障测绘主管部门的质量监督管理。     

Reference Values Following ISO Guidelines for Frequently Requested Rock Reference Materials

We present new reference values for nineteen USGS, GSJ and GIT‐IWG rock reference materials that belong to the most accessed samples of the GeoReM database. The determination of the reference values and their uncertainties at the 95% confidence level follows as closely as possible ISO guidelines and the Certification Protocol of the International Association of Geoanalysts. We used analytical data obtained by the state‐of‐the‐art techniques published mainly in the last 20 years and available in GeoReM. The data are grouped into four categories of different levels of metrological confidence, starting with isotope dilution mass spectrometry as a primary method. Data quality was checked by careful investigation of analytical procedures and by the application of the Horwitz function. As a result, we assign a new and more reliable set of reference values and respective uncertainties for major, minor and a large group of trace elements of the nineteen investigated rock reference materials.     

地质调查行业管理与国际标准接轨的探讨——运用ISO9001:2000标准建立质量管理体系

新疆地质调查院作为中国地质调查局确定的建立质量管理体系的首批试点单位，2000－2001年探索性地将ISO9001：2000版国际标准应用于地质调查行业中，在行业与ISO9000旋国际标准的联系，1994版与2000版标准版本的对比，转换以及与地质调查行业的结合，质量管理体系建立和实施要点总结等方面均取得了进展。     

大气季节内振荡的研究进展及其在延伸期预报中的应用

回顾和总结了大气季节内振荡(ISO)的主要研究成果,尤其是新近的研究成果,主要包括大气ISO 的基本特征和活动规律、与ENSO 的相互作用、动力学机制及其对我国天气和气候的影响;重点讨论了季节内振荡在延伸期预报中的可能应用,并从季节内振荡的角度提出了制作延伸期预报的思路和流程.     

正确认识各种关系确保质量体系持续有效运行

论述了企业获得贯标认证证书后出现的新情况,分析了贯标与文件的可操作性、经济效益、工程规模、质量记录、偶发性质量问题之间的关系,提出了确保质量体系持续有效运行的几项措施.     

植被对季节内振荡影响的数值模拟

The influences of vegetation on intraseasonal oscillation (ISO) were examined using the Community Atmosphere Model version 3 (CAM3).Two 15-year numerical experiments were completed:the first was performed with a realistic vegetation distribution (VEG run),and the second was identical to the VEG run except without land vegetation (NOVEG run).Generally speaking,CAM3 was able to reproduce the spatial distribution of the ISO,but the ISO intensity in the simulation was much weaker than that observed in nature:the ISO has a relatively much stronger signal.A comparison of the VEG run with the NOVEG run revealed that the presence of vegetation usually produces a weak ISO.The vegetation effects on ISO intensity were significant over West Africa and South Asia,especially in the summer half-year.Vegetation also plays an important role in modulating ISO propagation.The eastward propagation of the ISO in the VEG run was clearer than that in the NOVEG run over the West African and Maritime Continent regions.The northward propagation of the ISO in the VEG run was more consistent with observation than that in the NOVEG run.     

浅谈质量方针和质量目标在测绘行业中的制定

从质量管理、质量控制基本原理出发 ,根据ISO90 0 0系列标准的要求 ,结合测绘单位的实际 ,提出了制定质量方针和质量目标的基本原则和方法。     

GGR Biennial Review: Reference Materials in Geoanalytical and Environmental Research – Review for 2008 and 2009

This review gives an overview of the literature on reference materials of geochemical and environmental interest for the two-year period 2008–2009. Reference materials play an increasingly important role in all fields of geoanalytical research. This is demonstrated by the large number of publications containing data on reference materials. Although many reference materials exist, there is still a great need for certified samples, so-called delta zero materials for stable isotopic work and homogeneous microanalytical reference materials. This review focuses on six topics: developments of certification processes of reference materials mainly postulated in ISO guidelines and the IAG protocol, new developments of the GeoReM database, investigations of powdered rock reference materials, Chinese reference materials published in Chinese journals, microanalytical reference materials and isotopic reference materials.     

浅谈质量管理体系在测绘生产单位中的应用

本文在简要叙述了GB/T19001-2000(idt ISO 9001:2000)质量管理体系的基础上,以测绘产品的质量控制为例论述了质量管理体系在测绘生产单位的具体应用。通过实施质量管理体系,实现对生产过程的质量控制,实现持续改进,不断地提高产品质量。
