黑海天然气水合物地质调查现状分析

黑海天然气水合物资源丰富,是我国未来开展国际合作的重要区域.论文系统地总结、分析了黑海地区天然气水合物近50年的地质调查结果,包括天然气水合物的分布、资源潜力和地质调查特点等.分析归纳要点包括:黑海地区天然气水合物类型以Ⅰ型为主,主要赋存在细粒沉积储层中,甲烷资源量最高可达850万亿m3;除俄罗斯外,黑海周边其他各国的调查能力和装备实力相对较弱,各专属海域水合物调查程度较低,资源分布不明;土耳其积极参与国际合作项目,具备一定的调查能力和装备实力,是我国未来合作的重点.     

美国大都市旅游带的生长机理及其启示

以纽约、洛杉矶、芝加哥为核心的美国三大都市旅游带,是伴随着美国城市化的形成而出现的。在美国三大都市旅游带的发展进程中,城市郊区化起了积极的联结与推进作用。某种意义上说,是郊区化的出现导致了多中心城市空间结构的形成和巨型城市带的兴起,进而促进了大都市旅游带的形成。比较美国三大都市旅游带与我国沿海大都市旅游带的发展,美国作为城市化高度发达国家,在城市化的进程中,城市空间规模的扩张、城市数量的增多和城市经济规模的扩大,推动了都市旅游带的发展。美国都市旅游带的生成特征与生长机理对我国沿海都市旅游带发展具有一定的启示。     

美、日、韩动漫产业发展经验及对我国的启示

目前,动漫产业已发展成庞大产业集群和消费市场,全球形成了美、日、韩三足鼎立的动漫市场格局。我国动漫产业方兴未艾,有关省市积极发展这一新兴产业,但产业规模小,产业链结构不合理,市场化运作不规范,专业人才短缺,明显落后于美、日、韩等国。本文基于我国比较优势,提出旨在发展和提升动漫产业竞争力的若干见解。首先是弘扬传统文化,塑造深入人心的动漫形象;其次,重视动漫产业链中上游产品的设计和原创,着力开发动漫产业链中相关的衍生产品,进一步优化产业链;第三,寻求适合本国动漫发展产业模式和创建和谐、良性的产业竞争内外部环境。     

河南省国际旅游客源市场分析

分析了河南省国际旅游客源市场的空间分布结构、境外游客在河南省内的流向特征及三大客源市场的状况,建立了河南省国际旅游客源市场的预测模型,并提出了今后境外旅游客源市场的开拓方向和促销策略。     

海水营养盐参考物质的国际比对实验

准确可靠的海水营养盐数据是研究海洋生物地球化学过程的重要前提,为增加我国海洋化学实验室与全球其他实验室间的营养盐数据的可比性,本文介绍了厦门大学近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室参与由国际海洋碳协作计划等海洋机构组织的海水营养盐参考物质的国际比对实验的具体测量过程和测量结果。在5次国际比对实验中（2006—2017年）,本实验室采用基于间隔连续流动分析技术测量海水营养盐参考物质中的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、活性磷酸盐和活性硅酸盐,在共计117项比对参数中,本实验室的结果与其他实验室高度可比,获得的满意测量结果高达109项,占比大于90%,且其中88%的测量值与公认的标准值的偏差在1倍的能力评定标准偏差之内,与国际同类实验室相比,本实验室对海水营养盐的测量能力在历年中保持在国际先进行列。本文基于历年国际比对的经验,对如何提升我国对海水、特别是开阔大洋营养盐测量的准确度提出了参考建议,为提高我国对海水营养盐的测量能力达到国际先进水平提供了借鉴。     

国际河流开发给中国的启示

通过分析亚洲的两河流域、北美洲的圣劳伦斯河、欧洲的多瑙河、非洲的尼罗河和南美洲的亚马逊河等国际河流的开发案例,借鉴成功与失败的开发经验和教训,得出加强合作、整体开发、全流域开放、协调生态环境等一些对我国合理、高效开发利用国际河流水资源的有益启示,并对我国国际河流开发管理提出了"与邻为善,以邻为伴"的建议。

The Square Kilometre Array: An International Engineering Perspective

The pace of the international Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project is accelerating, with major concept reviews recently completed and a number of technology demonstrators well underway. First-round submissions to host the telescope were lodged by six countries. The SKA timeline currently shows a site decision in 2006, and one or more technology concepts chosen in 2008. The telescope is expected to be operational, in various phases, in the period 2015–2020. This paper gives a status review of the project, and outlines engineering concept development and demonstration projects.
