访问韩国大田地方气象厅总结

应韩国大田地方气象厅的邀请,2009年4月6～12日,天津市气象局局长权循刚率领天津气象代表团一行8人访问韩国,并参加了天津市气象局与大田地方气象厅第10次气象科技合作会议。代表团先后对韩国大田地方气象厅、江源地方气象厅、韩国气象厅进行了友好访问。     

赴日韩土地管理考察报告

从不同的角度对日韩两国的土地管理制度、土地法律、土地政策、地产交易、地价管理等情况进行了考察。首先是两国的土地管理机构、土地利用现状和动态变化以及征地的法律依据；其次是土地利用规划和耕地（农地）保护措施；第三是土地所有权主体交易概况和地价动态；第四是详细介绍了日本主要的土地政策及其发展方向以及日韩两国的土地估价和公示制度。通过考察、形成了4点借鉴和启示。     

ECONOMIC EXCHANGES AND SECTORAL AND INTER—CITY COOPERATION IN NORTHEAST ASIA

Northeast Asia with China ,Japan and South Korea as the main components has drawn more and more atten-tion worldwide.Many scholars have researchec on the prospect of some alternatives of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia/or Yellow Sea Rin as its core area.In this paper the authors start with an introduction of the major arguments embracing Yellow Sea Rim regionalism,and attemptto identify the dynamics challenging the proposed approach-es of sub-regionalism of Northeast Asia.The paper firstly gives a brief review on the undate development of bilateral econom-ic exchanges,mainly Sino-Japanese and Sino-South Korean trades and direct investments with related contemporary is-sues.When the changing pattern of economic interactions is analyzed,special concerns are given to the possibility to real-ize the supposed potential of regional economic cooperation mainly based on economic complementarity among the related regions of China ,North Korea,South Korea,and Japan.The authors then made their major efforts on putting forward possible approaches of multilateral cooperation of three countries in the near future,that is ,deepened cooperation in select-ed sectors of industry and transportation and coordinated development among major cities.The authors stress that the develop-ment of sub-regional sectoral cooperation and the formation of interactive network of city-regions via social and economic interactions at local level are significant to the future regional integrated development in Northeast Asia..     

韩国对外直接投资的区位选择

本文通过对韩国对外直接投资区位选择的战略、影响因素、变化历程方面的分析，总结出韩国对外直接投资区位选择的总体特征和经验，并为我国对外直接投资区位选择提出借鉴意见。     

韩国集装箱运输渐入佳境

70年代后期,由于韩国政府采取发展外向型经济,其外贸海运量平均每年以12.5％的速度增长。为了应付长期以来货运量急剧增长的需要,从1992年起韩国政府不断扩大对海运业和港口开发的投资。目前,韩国政府仍致力于改善港口设施,扩大港口吞吐能力;同时更新扩充集装箱船运力,使其集装箱运输渐入佳境。     

韩国瑞大师主要业绩

韩国瑞大师简介 ＋韩国瑞，男，汉族，1960年2月出生，内蒙古人，中共党员。1982年7月东北工学院机械系治金设备专业本科毕业。历任北京钢铁设计研究总院炼钢室副主任、工程师、主任、高级工程师，北京钢铁设计研究总院院长助理、副总工程师兼工程部主任、高级工程师，中冶集团北京钢铁设计研究总院副院长、教授级高级工程师，2003年8月取得注册咨询工程师（投资）执业资格，现任中冶京诚工程技术有限公司常务副总裁、教授级高级工程师。兼任中国金属学会理事、中国金属学会连铸分会主任委员、中国勘察设计协会工程建设项目管理和总承包分会理事、北京市勘察设计协会理事和北京市金属学会常务理事。1985年、1986年被共青团治金部机关授予“新长征突击手”荣誉称号，1985年被共青团国家机关团委授予“新长征突击手”荣誉称号，1995年荣获“首届全国治金系统优秀科技青年”荣誉称号，1996年被评为治金部有突出贡献的中青年科技、管理专家，2006年被评为全国工程勘察设计大师。[编者按]     

韩日独岛(竹岛)归属之争

2002年5月31日～6月14日韩日两国携手合作成功主办了世界杯足球赛．然而这丝毫掩饰不了韩日双方在共有海域名称中是称呼日本海还是“东海”的争执，更难以了结双方就有关独岛(竹岛)的领土归属之争。     

Intensity distribution and effect of the Nov. 9, 1996 earthquake of Ms=6.1 in offshore outside the Yangtze River Mouth on the South Korea

On Nov. 9, 1996 at 21h56min (Beijing Time), an earthquake of MS=6.1 occurred in offshore outside the Yangtze River Mouth (31o43￠N, 123o04￠E). The shock affected Shanghai City and both Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces in China mainly. The shock was felt more strongly in the Yangtze River Mouth and Hangzhou Bay area than in the rest of them, particularly in high buildings of Shanghai City. In addition, the earthquake was felt in South Korea and also stronger in apartments or high buildings. LIU, JIN (1998) and LIU, et al (1999) described effect of the shock on the eastern China. The paper describes the effect of the earthquake on South Korea and the whole intensity distribution in South Korea and eastern China.     

公元1840年以来东亚夏季风降水变化—— 以中国和韩国的树轮记录为例

根据中国和韩国3条树木年轮降水记录, 本文分析了过去160 a以来东亚夏季风降水的变迁历史. 统计分析表明, 年际间中国和韩国季风降水不存在线性相关, 而在10 a尺度上则表现出同步变化的趋势. 1860~1890, 1910~1925, 1940~1960年是3个降水量较多的时段; 1890~1910, 1925~1940, 1960~1998年, 则是3个降水量较少的时段. 3条降水重建序列均揭示1920年代中期东亚夏季风降水快速由多转少. 同时树木年轮季风降水重建序列也被基于中国历史文献记载所划分的旱涝指数和韩国雨量记录所证实.     

国外国土规划的特点和新动向

本文首先阐明国外国土规划的基本概念和体系结构，然后对欧盟、日本、韩国及东南亚等国家的新世纪国土规划体系和制度改革的特点、新理念、发展趋势进行比较研究。最后，指出国外国土规划对中国国土规划的启示和中国新时期国土规划编制的重要性。
