非农化过程中农地非市场价值损失及其空间差异研究——以江苏省为例

由于残缺的资源价值体系以及由此造成的农地资源价格扭曲,造成人们决策过程没有或极少考虑具有社会生态价值的农地资源在非农化过程中的隐性消耗。基于此,以江苏省为例,深入分析农地非农化过程中农地非市场价值的损失及其空间格局。研究表明,2000—2007年期间,江苏省因农地非农化导致的农地资源非市场价值的损失达到993.220 2亿元。从单位农地非市场价值来看,该价值较大的地区大部分集中在长江以北的江苏北部,而长江以南的苏南大多数地区的农地非市场价值较小。     

中国历史蝗灾动态的社会影响及生态环境意义

人类发展史是一部与自然灾害的抗争史.水、旱、蝗并称中国历史上的三大自然灾害,其中尤以蝗灾为甚.水旱与气候环境关系密切,而蝗灾与气候环境的相关研究复杂且不足.因此,本文首先基于系统收集的飞蝗史料构建中国历史蝗灾记录数据库,建立不同时空尺度的蝗灾年份、等级、频数和县次序列;然后以蝗灾序列为主线作了一系列的比较研究,得出了一些新的认识;进而探索中国历史时期蝗灾大发与频发的社会影响和环境意义,并给出科学的生态解释,以期为探究"气候-灾害-社会"之动态巨系统提供新的视角.     

“3E”模式应对全球三重危机

所谓“3E”模式,是日本最早为应对能源（Energy）、环境（Environment）与经济（Economy）发展的三重矛盾而提出的。传统经济是由“资源→产品→污染排放”单向流动形成的线性经济,生态经济则是“资源→产品→再生资源”的反馈式流程。面向环境友好型社会的基本目标可分解为资源目标、环境目标、经济增长目标,即所谓的“3E’,增长模式。

Response of regeneration diversity of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Carex Lasiocarpa</Emphasis> community to different water levels in Sanjiang Plain,China

The species diversity at the regeneration stage, inflenced by different water levels, is important for community composition in the later growing season. Regeneration diversity of Carex lasiocarpa community under different water levels was studied at two stages, recruitment and adult, in the Sanjiang Plain, Heilongjiang Province, China. The results showed that, at the two growing stages, important value of C. lasiocarpa population and species richness of the community decreased with the increasing water level, while the Simpson and Shannon-Wiener diversity indexes and Pielou evenness index increased. Under different water levels, community diversities were higher at the recruitment stage, while population important values of C. lasiocarpa were higher at the adult stage. Indexes in vegetation evaluation must be chosen prudentially for successful restoration and effective management of wetlands, and especially for wetland restoration, the optimal time should be selected according to the restoration objectives and costs.     

Comprehensive measurement for carrying capacity of resources and environment of city clusters in central China

Studying the carrying capacity of resources and environment of city clusters in the central China has impor-tant practical guidance significance for promoting the healthy,sustainable and stable development of this region.Ac-cording to their influencing factors and reciprocity mechanism,using system dynamics approaches,this paper built a SD model for measuring the carrying capacity of resources and environment of the city clusters in the central China,and through setting different development models,the comprehensive measurement analysis on the carrying capacity was carried out.The results show that the model of promoting socio-economic development under the protection of resources and environment is the optimal model for promoting the harmony development of resources,environment,society and economy in the city clusters.According to this model,the optimum population scale of the city clusters in2020 is 42.80×106 persons,and the moderate economic development scale is 22.055× 1012 yuan(RMB).In 1996-2020,the carrying capacity of resources and environment in the city clusters took on obvious phase-change characteristics.During the studied period,it is basically at the initial development stage,and will come through the development process from slow development to speedup development.
