一、GPS在环境监测中的应用各级环境监测部门为了确保昕辖区域环境监测工作的正常运行，需要一些常规监测设备，并派出监理人员定期到每个监测地点对污染源及周边环境进行检查、评定，还要对环境监测的管理资料（污染情况资料、处理方法信息等）进行更新、存储、分析，并且为主管部门提供数据分析以提高管理质量。以便及时发现存在的问题，采取措施，防患于未然。通过巡视检查和评测工作为所辖区域的环境达标提供保障。[第一段]     

Accessibility for High Asia： Comparative Perspectives on Northern Pakistan＇s Traffic Infrastructure and Linkages with Its Neighbours in the Hindukush-Karakoram- Himalaya

Starting with a discussion of development concepts which were applied in practice and which followed the developmentalist paradigm the expansion of traffic infrastructure in colonial and post-colonial periods is presented for the High Asian mountain rim. Selective railways and roads are the major feature of this development, which aimed first on serving the convenience of hill station visitors and followed strategic considerations later on. This bias between regional planning and implementation remains a characteristic feature. At the same time traffic infrastructure without asphalt roads is important for the mountain areas, thus breaking up the strong correlation between development and asphalt roads.

浅谈天津漕运与地名文化保护

新一代天气雷达故障处理和故障标准化平台的研发与应用

新一代天气雷达是一个组成结构复杂的探测平台,各个组合之间比较分散。由于机械运转的持续性,且对运行环境要求严格,所以雷达系统易发故障。对不同类型的雷达故障进行归纳和简析,并进行归类,按照雷达故障产生的原因分类为:雷达部件故障、软件故障、灾害引起的雷达故障、虚假报警、雷达产品图像错误。天气雷达故障处理和故障标准化平台的开发将相应的成果应用于日常的气象探测设备的监控业务中,并集成到综合气象观测系统运行监控平台,以实现天气雷达故障的快速响应和维修。对2007年6月至2010年5月新一代天气雷达的运行能力进行了计算,并抽样其中2种型号的天气雷达,对故障案例进行分析研究,给出了故障的分系统分布情况。     

基于SpiderWeb的事后RTK定位精度分析

一、SXCORS及SpiderWeb功能简介 山西省连续运行基准网及综合服务系统（以下简称SXCORS）在山西全省范围内共包括67个GNSS连续运行基准站,覆盖整个山西省域。SXCORS的平均站问距约58km,实时动态定位精度在水平方向为±1．8cm,垂直方向为±4．3cm。

介绍了极轨FY-1星地面接收系统设备与FY-3星的地面接收天线相互兼容,解决了以往用FY-1星地面接收设备使用C机天线接收NOAA16云图质量差等问题使该设备能够继续发挥作用.     

Global and Regional Impacts of Vegetation on the Hydrological Cycle and Energy Budget as Represented by the Community Atmosphere Model （CAM3）

The effects of vegetation and its seasonal variation on energy and the hydrological cycle were examined using a state-of-the-art Community Atmosphere Model （CAM3）. Three 15-year numerical experiments were completed： the first with realistic vegetation characteristics varying monthly （VEG run）, the second without vegetation over land （NOVEG run）, and the third with the vegetation characteristics held at their annual mean values （VEGMEAN run）. In these models, the hydrological cycle and land surface energy budget were widely affected by vegetation. Globaland annual-mean evapotranspiration significantly increased compared with the NOVEG by 11.8% in the VEG run run, while runoff decreased by 13.2% when the realistic vegetation is incorporated. Vegetation plays different roles in different regions. In tropical Asia, vegetation-induced cooling of the land surface plays a crucial role in decreasing tropical precipitation. In middle latitudes and the Amazon region, however, the vegetation-induced increase of evapotranspiration plays a more important role in increasing precipitation. The seasonal variation of vegetation also shows clear influences on the hydrological cycle and energy budget. In the boreal mid-high latitudes where vegetation shows a strong seasonal cycle, evapotranspiration and precipitation are higher in the summer in the VEG run than in the VEGMEAN run.
