试论引黄灌区水资源合理利用——以高青县引黄灌区为例

本文以高青县引黄灌区为例，从灌区水资源利用量计算、水资源合理调配以及加强管理与节流三方面论述了灌区在水资源利用中应遵循的方法和原则。     

天山北麓山前平原区水资源合理利用的环境同位素研究

通过天山北麓山前平原区近１００多组环境同位素特征的分析研究，将该区地下水资源在平面上分为８个亚区，在会向带上分为４个带．并在此基础上讨论了各水体的补给、迳流、储水等特征，同时应用同位素物理－数学模型．计算了几个代表性剖面的侧向迳流量。在此基础上．讨论了该区水资源时空调配设想，提出了水资源合理利用的初步方案。     

矿山开发对地质环境的影响保护研究

一、概述 人口、资源、环境是当今世界面临的三大主题。地质环境保护是环境保护中的重要组成部分，是环境保护工作的基础。而矿产资源开发破坏了地质环境，从而诱发了众多地质灾害。矿产资源开发涉及资源、环境双重问题，并且在地质环境保护中问题突出。因此，如何合理开发和利用矿产资源，减轻对地质环境的破坏程度，减少地质灾害的发生将直接关系到整个地质环境保护水平的高低。     

Characteristics, development and utilization of geothermal resources- a Nordic perspective

Geothermal energy is classified as a renewable energy source and it utilizes the heat generated in the earth primarily from the natural radioactive decay of isotopes of uranium, thorium and potassium. Heat is extracted from the earth to generate geothermal energy via a carrier, usually water occurring either in the liquid or steam phase. In the late 19th century and the early 20th century, the first developments of geothermal resources for power generation and household heating got underway successfully. Many of these geothermal fields are still being utilized today, proving their sustainability. Today geothermal energy is being utilized in more than 72 countries around the world and of the Nordic countries Iceland and Sweden have been in the forefront in each of their respective fields. While geothermal heat pumps are widely used for space heating in Sweden, geothermal energy covers 55% of the primary energy consumption in Iceland where it is used for space heating, power generation and industrial purposes. Future developments aim at expanding the range of viable geothermal resources by improving the capabilities to generate electricity from geothermal resources at temperatures as low as 100℃, as well as developing geothermal resources where water needs to be introduced, so-called hot dry rock resources. But the biggest expansion is expected to continue to be in the installations of geothermal heat pumps.     

徐绍史部长浙江调研侧记

四月粤浙,满眼翠绿,一派生机。4月15日至20日,国土资源部部长、党组书记、国家土地总督察徐绍史应邀先后来到广东、浙江两省作“严格管理和合理开发利用国土资源专题报告”。5天里,徐绍史一行深入田间地头、走访工矿企业,考察商品市场,围绕节约集约用地、土地综合整治、地质找矿改革发展等,悉心求教基层,诚恳探询经验,点点滴滴折射出国土资源部门主动应对危机、积极推进改革的服务意识和责任意识,引起了相关地方干部群众的强烈共鸣,受到了热烈欢迎。     

精心组织 统筹协调 有力有序推进矿产资源利用现状调查工作

为全面掌握矿产资源利用现状,掌控全国矿产资源储量家底,加强矿业权管理,进一步做好矿产资源规划、管理、保护和合理利用工作,国土资源部决定在全国范围内开展矿产资源利用现状调查工作。根据部的总体部署和要求,我厅领导高度重视,精心组织,统筹协调,有力、有序推进,全省矿产资源利用现状调查工作取得了重要的阶段性成果。     

小麦生长期干旱原因分析及解决途径

从1997到2006这10年中,只有2004年为丰水年,其它9年为枯水年。保定市枯水季节长达8个月,每年从入冬开始到翌年夏至,在这个阶段降水量仅为125mm,占年降水量1／3,而这阶段正是小麦生长季节,而小麦生长期的需水量为379．3mm,小麦缺水量大约250mm左右。根据冉庄实验站和保定市26个旱情监测站资料,就小麦生长期缺水问题原因及解决途径,提出以下几个论点,供讨论。     

日照市国土资源局严格年检不断规范矿产资源开发行为

为进一步加强矿产资源管理工作,巩固整顿和规范矿产资源开发秩序工作成果,促进矿产资源合理开发利用,日照市国土资源局近日下发通知分两个阶段开展矿产开发利用年检工作。
